Chapter 9: Finding evidence to connect the dots

Changmin’s near the end of his pregnancy and in between caring for him and working on his drama, Yunho was pulling together evidence to Sue SM Entertainment for not only endangering Changmin and his soon to be son, but also for sending away the most important thing in their like JYJ and cutting their ability to contact them for a whole year. Plus he has Leetuek’s help which meant he had to include the stuff with Hangeng. Actually all the leaders of each group of SM were helping him, he had TaeYeon, Onew, Victoria, Kangta, Jay and a couple others, hell he even had Kris and Suho the leaders of EXO-K and EXO-M helping him. Usually when Yunho went to the SM building Changmin would come and someone would be there to bring him around to visit, other times he’d leave Changmin with Jaejoong. Today he’d brought Changmin, upon his request, when Yunho asked why Changmin answered

“I want to show everyone this months sonogram” Yunho smiled and agreed.

Yunho’s P.O.V

We arrived at the SM building at around 6, I helped Changmin out and the 2 of us wandered toward the building, inside the doors Leetuek was waiting for him, next to him was Minho who would be taking Changmin, as soon as Changmin was out of sight I spoke

“did you find anything” I asked

“yea, Kris found a fan cam of Changmin’s accident September” Leetuek answered

“good, Jaejoong gave me a recording he recorded just before they filed contract termination” I said

“good, lets go to our practice room, the others are waiting” Leetuek exclaimed

“hey what about geng” I asked

“we got a hold of Heechul who’s still in touch with him, he’s going to testify himself, he arrived in Korea yesterday, we’ve been using Kris to translate since It’s been so long Hangeng’s forgot his Korean” Leetuek answered

“oh, okay, then lets go” I answered and we continued down the same hallway Minho and Changmin disappeared down minutes earlier stopping in front SuJu practice room, inside was all the leaders of the group and like Leetuek had said Hangeng, he looked up when the door opened

“Yunho-ah” he said

“hey geng” I answered

“how’s Changmin” he asked

“he’s alright, his visiting” I answered listening as Kris translated my Korean to Chinese, then he turned to me

“Sunbae, can you go get Changmin Sunbae” he asked

“English” I asked, Kris nodded

“yea alright, he has a right to know what were doing anyway” I answered and quickly slipped out the room I could hear a whole lot of commotion coming from out practice room, I figured Changmin dragged them all there to show the sonogram, I knock and poked my head in

“yeobo, can you come, Kris wants you as a translator” I said, he looked up and nodded

“I’ll see you after he’s born, or maybe before I don’t know” Changmin spoke letting Minho helped him up and Kyuhyun pulled a disk out of his lap top and closed him tucking it under Changmin’s arm, I pushed the door open holding my hand out

“why does Kris need me as a translator” he asked as he took my hand waving back one last time before the door shut

“you’ll see Min, you’ll see” I answered and led him back to SuJu’s practice room and knocked once, Leetuek answered

“hey Minnie” he said and held the door open, we stepped in, and Changmin’s jaw dropped when he spotted Hangeng sitting next to Kris and Victoria

“GENG” Changmin called running at him

“hey Changminnie” he said hugging him as best as possible considering Changmin was huge

“when did you get here geng” Changmin asked

“yesterday I came to help” said Kris’s voice next to him just replay it in English

“really, thank you, I’m sure you know what happened” Changmin answered, Hangeng nodded before saying in iffy English

“I’m glad your both okay” Changmin smiled then he heard Kris ask

“how far along are you now”

“8 and 1/2” Changmin answered looking at me, I nodded

“jeez does that mean you have a month left” I heard Taeyeon ask

“ani, doctor said male pregnancies go as far as 10 months before their induced” Changmin answered everyone’s eyes bulged and me and Changmin laughed. Soon after that we got down to business, Hangeng seen the footage Kris got and Changmin hid in my shoulder not wanting to re-live that moment, it didn’t surprise me to much when I felt wetness against my shoulder

“yeobo you okay” I asked, he shook his head that’s when his body started shaking with sobs

“I’m sorry guys ever since that day Changmin’s been prone to flashbacks” I said trying to calm him

“here let me try” Hangeng’s voice spoke, I nodded and hoisted him up and place him next to Hangeng, who pulled him close and started humming something rubbing his own hand over Changmin’s large stomach, with in 5 minutes Changmin had calmed to nothing but hiccups and he stayed with Hangeng the rest of the meeting, he was calm and voiced the translations but he it wasn’t as happy as before. His hands never moved from his stomach, just as the meeting ended Changmin showed the sonogram and Changmin agreed to attend every one of these meeting until he gave birth which would be 2 months, that is all it would take to get a lawyer and enough evidence to sue SM Entertainment

“so we’ve got Jaejoong’s recording, we have hangeng and we have..” Leetuek stopped and looked at Changmin, who sighed and nodded

“and we have footage of Changmin accident, do we have anything else” Leetuek finished

“all the time they made us work when we were sick, I’m sure I can find footage or some fan cam of Yoona when she passed out on stage” Taeyeon exclaimed, every in the room except Suho and Kris nodded remembering that day

“okay Taeyeon that’s you job for today, oh Yunho do you and Changmin still live in your original apartment” Leetuek answered

“nae, does Hangeng need a place to stay” I asked

“yea, can he stay with you” Leetuek asked

“yes sure, I could use all the help I can get, Changmin doesn’t move around much at home, and he has the most random cravings in the world” Yunho exclaimed, earning and indigent yelp and punch from Changmin, Hangeng laughed and said

“I’d be glad to help” only Changmin understood him, being he was always studying new languages, Kris eventually translated it using Korean with that everyone dispersed and headed home. Hangeng following Changmin and I. Our next meeting was next months, which would make Changmin 9 and 1/2 months pregnant and shouldn’t be moving at all, but they needed him if Hangeng was staying and attending, plus it was Changmin’s idea to sue in the first place. Once home everyone went to bed, only to be woken when Changmin had a random craving for Sushi and frosty’s again.
