Chapter 18: the life rollercoaster begins

Three weeks later Changmin decides that Dr. Kim was right taking on this pregnancy will take everything he’s got, the cramping in his stomach is excruciating and it usually happened on days he had to perform like today. He was currently curled in on himself on Jaejoong’s couch, he and Bae were living there till Yunho came back, a 190 cm whimpering mess 4 hours before he performs on the music core stage and everyone was out Jaejoong was with Bae shopping, Junsu, who visited quite regularly, was touring the world with his solo album that was release 2 month prior to Changmin. Suddenly the front door opened and closed and there was a pained grunt from the front room, Changmin whimpered when he stomach seized in pain again, Yoochun appeared several moments later cradling his head in his hand

“oh hey Min” Yoochun said tiredly, Changmin only whimpered again face pinched in pain “oh, Min are you having stretching cramps again” Yoochun asked, Changmin nodded weakly, Yoochun nodded and disappeared into the Kitchen appearing 4 minutes later with a glass of was 2 painkillers and a heating pack “here swallow these and stretch out so I can put the heating back down next to your stomach” Yoochun stated, Changmin obey only getting half way before he was knocked back down with another pain, he wanted to cry, he wanted Yunho

“Chun, help it hurts” Changmin whimpered, Yoochun sigh and was at Changmin’s side in the next minute he helped Changmin sit up and help him swallow 2 painkillers, before carefully pushing Changmin lanky long legs straight setting the heating pad against Changmin’s side, the heat of the pad was to dangerous to the baby for it to be placed directly on his stomach at this point but Dr. Kim told them after the babies are more developed they should be able to

“there any better” Yoochun asked, Changmin nodded and laid his head against the throw pillow on the couch, he dozed off in a matter of seconds. He woke up a hour and a half later his cramps were gone but his neck was stiff and his back hurt; and he smelt food, meaning Jaejoong cooked. Changmin eased himself off the couch and wandered into the kitchen, Bae was sitting on the counter watching Jae cook, Yoochun was sitting at the table working on something, lyrics no doubt, they all looked up when Changmin walked in

“hey Minnie how are you feeling, Yoochun told be about your cramps” Jaejoong asked

“I’m fine now Jae, how long till my performance” Changmin asked

“two and a half hours, you have time to eat and shower before leaving” Yoochun answered glancing at the clock above Jaejoong’s head, Changmin nodded

“Jae hyung, would you mind giving a message before I shower, my back and neck are stiff from sleeping on the couch and that won’t turn out well when I’m dancing this evening” Changmin asked

“Nae, course Minnie” Jaejoong answered. After dinner Jaejoong did exactly that and Changmin headed to the shower shortly after, getting out he stood in front of the mirror staring at this reflection, there was a very obvious bump on his stomach and it made him wonder, how much longer he can hide this from Yunho, there was a knock at the door

“Minnie are you almost done we gotta go soon” Jaejoong’s voice float through the door

“nae, hyung can you come in for a second” Changmin asked

“yea” Jaejoong answered and the door opened “what’s up Min” Jaejoong asked, Changmin pointed to his stomach, Jaejoong understood instantly “your worried Yun will be watching and he’ll find out before you want him to” Jaejoong asked, Changmin nodded fingers unconsciously splaying over this stomach, “the manager and the noona’s know your pregnant they’ll make sure no one knows” Jaejoong reassured, Changmin nodded hugging Jae and pulling on his top being he already had pants on. They headed to the music core station and Changmin prepared for his 4th live, he had one left then he was done. Everything went well minus the fact that Changmin almost passed out after cause he lost a lot of water because he was sweating and he and the babies were dehydrated. They went home and Changmin rested for about an hour before another round of stretching cramps started, Jaejoong was there this time and after swallowing 2 painkiller Jae made Changmin eat some greek yogurt saying it’ll help.
