Chapter 12: Let the judge decide

It’s the 14 of December, Changmin had just been released from the hospital a couple days before, Bae was released from the hospital only for that week after that he had to return for tests, and since Bae’s hospital incident Changmin has only been more aggravated with SM Entertainment and its still not good for his health. After today Yunho is making sure Changmin rests and gets his energy back. Yunho and Changmin arrived at the court room at noon, Leetuek was waiting along with Changmin’s doctor and Bae who was hooked up to a breathing tube still, on the other side of the court was the jury and the representatives of SM including Soo Man himself, the moment Changmin noticed he was there him tried to run at him but only yelped in pain from his stitches and whined when Leetuek held him back

“Changmin not now, wait till you get your turn in the stand eh” Leetuek said, Changmin nodded and wandered over to see Bae, they heard the doors open and shut and they looked up, Changmin ran

“Jae Umma” he cried, Jaejoong’s arms wrapped around Changmin’s fragile frame and let the younger cry against his shoulder

“you don’t like seeing Bae like that do you” Jaejoong said, Changmin shook his head against Jaejoong shoulder. About 20 minutes after that everyone had arrived, even EXO who were just there to support and had no reason to charge SM entertainment

“is that everyone” the judge called

“yes your honor” their lawyer replying

“alright, then court is in session” the judge answered “now this lawsuit is against SM Entertainment who may or may not be guilty of over stress, abuse, and negligence of their singers conditions” the judge added “what is the situation here” he asked

“well your, back in September, Changmin-shii and Yunho-shii were told that they were to either attend SM Town 2012 or have a fan event before Changmin disappeared for a year, being his was 7 months pregnant at the time. Yunho agreed to do the SM Town, a couple weeks later there were there attending rehearsals and were told by SM staff that Changmin would go up in a cherry picker while Yunho was on wires, that didn’t sit well with them and Yunho did everything in his power to get Changmin out of the cherry picker. In the end he couldn’t and Changmin being the hard worker he is went up in it. The machine malfunctioned and throw Changmin out getting stuck 100 feet in the air. Thankfully his hyungs were below and caught him when he fell. Also SM has been treating their employees rather harshly and we have evidence to prove it” the lawyer exclaimed

“I see, Changmin-shii do you footage of this accident” the judge asked Changmin

“yes we do have footage of the accident, Yunho will show you, but I must leave when it’s being shown” Changmin answered

“may I ask why” the judge asked

“flashbacks” was all Changmin said and the judge understood and Changmin was sent out and was retrieved by Jaejoong 2 minutes later. After 2 hours of evidence, to which SM all denied, the ultrasound Changmin’s doctor brought and the physical evidence of Bae it came down to the last mystery piece of evidence, which was the one Leetuek wouldn’t tell them about, it turned out that JungMo and Jay were hiding under the stage when the staff was going over things with Yunho and actually recorded what was said and with the recording Jaejoong gave Yunho, to them all this was pretty damn god evidence they just had to wait. They were dismissed while the jury made their decision. Bae and the doctor had since gone back to the hospital, Changmin was exhausted and hypersensitive emotion wise and desperately wanted his baby boy in his arms safe and healthy. An hour went by, Kris and Suho being leaders of the youngest group under there label walked to the nearest fast food restaurant and bought everyone food, buying Changmin extra hoping it’d give him enough energy to get through the rest of this, finally an hour and ½ later they were called back in and seated

“alright so the jury has deliberated and SM has be charged…” he paused everyone was at the edge of their seat, Changmin was almost in Yunho’s lap and on the other side of the court the SM representatives were impassive, there was a huge amount of tension in the room “Guilty, all of SM goes to the oldest member under SM, that being Kangta, assisted by Soo Mans own niece Sunny” the judge finished, everyone sighed in relief and quite a few were mighty close to cheering. It was finally over, every bit if hell they’d all gone through, through SM was over, Changmin wound up crying and Yunho took him home telling the others to wrap this up, they stopped at the hospital on the way back to see Bae and tell Changmin’s doctor the news, in the end Bae was healthy enough to go home for the week, the moment they got home Changmin was in his bed Bae next to him on a bottle of formula and shortly after that Changmin’s finger

“babe are you happy” Yunho asked

“nae, SM has finally be took down and I have my Bae-Bae for the week, I couldn’t be happier” Changmin answered

“and soon Bae will be with us for more then just a week, you’ll be healed” Yunho said laying down next to Changmin, playing with the tube attached to Bae’s nose, Bae huffed and flipped over and before Yunho know it Bae was on his finger, Changmin laughed

“he seems to know who’s, who and can flip over on his own and he’s barely a 2 weeks old, ha he’s got Umma’s genius genes” Changmin laughed, Yunho agreed laughing as well. This is the beginning of a carefree happy family.
