"Umma! Appa!" I yelled when I saw my long-time-no-see parents whom I missed a lot. They greeted me with a bright smile and hugged me.

"Ah, Heaven! I miss you so much, honey. Have you been eating well? Are you healthy? Have you been giving Daehyun troubles?" My mom asked.

"I'm fine, umma. What about you and appa?" I asked.

"Me and your mom are fine, don't worry," my dad answered with a smile.

"Daehyun-ah! Haven't seen you in a while, thank you for taking good care of Heaven," My mom turned to Daehyun and said.

"It was my pleasure," Daehyun smiled.

"Daehyun, always good to see you," my dad said and held out his hand.

"You too, sir," he said politely and shook on his hand. I stared at Daehyun and my parents in awe. It had seem like my parents have more to say to him than me.

"So, Heaven, anything new that you want to tell me?" My mom asked and suddenly Daehyun's attention has been captured in our conversation.

"Um...... yeah," I said.

"What is it, honey?" She asked.

"Don't tell me you are dating someone, are you, Heaven?" My dad asked curiously.

"What?" I jumped.

"Ahh, shush, let her talk," my mom shushed my dad and waited for me to say something.

"Uhm...... one of the maids said she is going to get married so she needs a 2 week break," I said.

"Honey, we already knew," my mom said with a smile.

"I-I know....... but I am telling you in case you forgot....." I finished off lamely.

"Thank you, honey," she smiled. My mom always seemed so happy.

"Um, why don't you guys find your room and rest? You guys must be tired," I said.

"Alright, see you in a bit," my dad said and left with my mom. Me and Daehyun exchanged a look and we immediately went back to our room without saying anything on the way. Daehyun closed the door behind us.

"Why didn't you tell them?" Daehyun asked, his arms around me.

"I-I was too nervous," I said.

"Are you embarrassed that I am your boyfriend?" Daehyun teased in a husky voice that made my heart melt.

"No!!" I protested immediately and he smiled.

"I couldn't wait for my parents to meet you, and now you are hesitant to tell your parents about me?" He whispered, he tilt his head against mine. I felt more calm for some reason.

"Of course not, did you see how much my parents love you? They literally treat you like their own son, you guys even went behind my back to plan my birthday," I whispered and he chuckled.

"Since your parents already 'love' me, you have nothing to fear," he said, his lips slowly moved closer to mine.

"I guess not," I said swiftly, wanting his lips to touch mine already. His lips touched the corner of mine but then moved away. He smirked at me while I groaned in frusturation.

"Yah, Jung Daehyun!" I moaned and he laughed. The moment he pressed his lips against mine, I was satisified and I threw my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me.

"I can already imagine my parents' expression when they find out," I sighed.

"Probably thrilled," Daehyun mumbled, our lips still glued together.

"No, they are probably shocked since I never told them I liked someone before," I said.

"Mhmm," he hummed, not paying much attention to what I was saying and more concentrated on kissing me.

"Daehyun?" I mumbled.

"Hmmm?" He hummed.

"How many girls did you date before me?" I asked.

"None," he said, his lips still locked on mine.

"I don't know if I should believe you or not," I said and he chuckled.

"You are my first love, 100% true," he promised me.

"I'll believe you this time," I mumbled and he chuckled.

"Hush for a minute," Daehyun whispered as he kissed me eagerly. I have nothing to say anyways, my lips wanted to be glued together with his badly. Finally he gently pulled himself from me and gave me a somewhat-childish grin. He ran his fingers through my black hair while I rest my head on his chest. This moment was perfect. Nothing can be more flawless than this moment. There's the two of us, all alone and not being bothered. All my worries are gone, my train of thoughts had disappeared when I am with Daehyun.

"Heaven," Daehyun whispered.

"Hmmm?" I hummed.

"We should get ready," he said.

"For what?" I asked.

"For dinner with your parents," he said.

"It's dinner time already?" I asked, surprised.

"It's about 5PM now, you need to get ready," he said.

"Okay," I said but I didn't move an inch.

"Come on baby," he said, but his voice isn't encouraging me to go, it makes me want to stay longer.

"What if I don't want to?" I challenged.

"You want me to tickle you until you drop to the floor?" Daehyun asked.

"Nope, I'm good," I said and got up and he smiled. I took a shower and I changed into a sundress since the stuff I found in my suitcase contained mostly of casual sundresses instead of t-shirts and shorts. I really should have checked over the stuff in my suitcase instead of relying the maids to do it for me. I got out of the washroom and sat in front of the mirror again for the second time of the day, worrying over the same thing again while fighting with the stubborn knots in my hair. I sat there absentmindedly, brushing my hair and staring at the mirror blankly. Daehyun hugged me from behind, his arms around my waist and his head resting on my shoulder and we looked at our reflection.

"You look so beautiful tonight," Daehyun marked.

"You mean I don't look pretty the other days?" I asked.

"Of course not, you always look stunning," he said with a smile.

"Nice save," I said and he chuckled.

"It's true," Daehyun said and I smiled.

"Thank you," I said.

"You are welcome," he said. I stood up and Daehyun pulled me close to him. He wore a white and thin long sleeved shirt and jeans. Even though he dressed in such simple clothes, he still look extremely handsome and flawless to me.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked me.

"Yes," I said, he smiled and took my hand and we left. We walked through the long hallways without saying a word but we clenched onto each other's hand. After a long walk we arrived at the table and sat down with my parents.

"Good evening," I said to my parents. They always lectured me on having perfect manners, including acting like "lady" and stuff like that. But sadly I act like a dorky and stubborn little kid msot of the time. I disliked the ways of those upper class people, it had seem so fake and arrogant. Even though my parents disliked it just as much as I do, they were used to it.

"Hello, honey," my mom said to me.

"Um..... I have something that I want to tell the both of you," I said and my parents looked at me.

"Yes?" My dad said.

"Me and Daehyun...... We both like each other," I said and Daehyun held onto my hand.

"That's great," my dad said so casually that took me by surprise and my mom smiled.

"W-What?" I choked.

"I said that's great, honey, what's wrong?" My dad asked me.

"A-Aren't you gonna say I am too young to date or freak out about it?" I asked.

"Should we be freaking out about it?" My mom asked with a smile, at this point I was speechless. I had no idea that this would be that easy.

"Look, Heaven, you are old enough to make your own decision, you have been so independent so me and your mom trust you. Plus, I trust that Daehyun can take good care of you, he already proven himself that he can take care of you," he said.

"Oh, well, that was easy," I sighed.

"I think you are giving yourself a harder time than we are," my mom said. I sighed a little in relieve and Daehyun gave me a smile.

"Anyways, Daehyun, I trust you, don't let me down, okay?" My dad said.

"Yes sir," he said. Me and Daehyun couldn't stop grinning at each other after this and we carried on a casual conversation between us and my parents for the rest of dinner time. After we finished I bid good night to my parents and went back to our room with Daehyun. We didn't say much until he closed the door behind us.

"I told you have nothing to worry about," Daehyun said with a smile and pulls me to him immediately as if he couldn't stay another minute without hugging me.

"You were right," I said and managed to smile. I feel drowsy and I wanted to sleep.

"What's wrong?" Daehyun asked and pushed my hair back.

"I want to sleep," I said like a little kid.

"No problem," he swoop me off my feet and put me on the bed. He covered me with blanket like he always do.

"Good night," he said and kissed me on the forehead.

"Stay," I grabbed his hand and begged.

"I'll be back," he said and after a while he appeared from the washroom. He put his arm around me and I rest my head on his chest.

"Daehyun?" I said.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Do you love me?" I asked.

"I love you more than anything in this world," Daehyun said and my hair.

"You said you liked me ever since I told you I want to be friends again, right?" I asked.

"Yeah, what about it?" He asked.

"What made you like me at time?" I asked.

"I don't actually know...... At that time I just see your innocent face, telling me that you want me back..... I couldn't help but fall for you," he said.

"But I am not gorgeous," I said.

"You are, but you just don't see it. You are beautiful and adorable all at the same time, I could never distinguish you as only beautiful or cute, you are both all the time. Plus, I didn't like you just because of your looks, mainly I fell for you for your innocence and more importantly, you are the person that makes me happy all the time," Daehyun said.

"But I make you mad too," I said.

"Pabo, I am never mad at you, I am just worried about you and I want the best for you. You are usually very independent, I will acknowledge that, but sometimes I couldn't help but worry about you since you get sick so easily. That's why I always lecture you on keeping yourself warm and stay away from danger. Like last time, you were so sick and upset that I was worried about you 24/7, I would rather get no sleep than leaving you all alone by yourself," he continued.

"Aren't you concerned about your health?" I mumbled.

"I worry about yours more than mine," he said with a smile and I frowned at him.

"Sometimes you should worry about me less and start worrying about you more," I said.

"That's impossible for me to do, you are always first before everything else," Daehyun objected.

"Then take care of your health first before me, do this for me if you won't do it for yourself," I said and it was Daehyun's turn to frown at me.

"Be healthy and safe for me? Because if you are not going to be healthy I am going to be upset," I said and he pursed his lips.

"Please?" I pleaded and finally he smiled.

"Just for you, fine," he said and kissed me. I always have a hard time letting go whenever he kissed me, once our lips touched it's hard to seperate again.

"I am curious about something," I started.

"Aren't you tired?" He said with a smile but I ignored his comment.

"How did you find me?" I asked.

"Hmm?" He hummed.

"That night, when I almost died, how did you find me?" I asked.

"It must be fate," Daehyun said.

"Huh?" I said.

"That night, I am not sure what really happened, I just remembered hearing screams from that alley and I just saw you there with that man," he said.

"You must be really brave," I said and he smiled.

"I didn't care much at that moment besides saving you, and then you were lying on the ground. I thought you were unconscious until you opened your eyes and looked at me. It must be fate that I heard you that night and came to save you," he said.

"It must be fate," I agreed.

"If you didn't get hurt that night and I didn't come and save you, we wouldn't know each other today and I wouldn't fell in love with you," Daehyun smiled.

"I am suddenly glad that man decided to rob me," I said.

"Shhh, don't say that," he frowned.

"But without him I wouldn't have you today," I smiled.

"You sound like you are really grateful of that man despite the fact he almost killed you," he said with a smile.

"Then I should be grateful towards you for saving me," I said.

"It must be fate that I get to meet a beautiful girl," he said and kissed me.

"It must be fate," I echoed and the night slowly drifted away with me lying against his chest and his arms wrapped around me.
