Tiffany’s POV

I saw Sooyoung turned her gaze into the wind as she closes her eyes and nods her head.

What is is Soo? What is it that you’re agreeing on?

She then again looked at me and mumbled something but I didn’t hear it. And the next thing I know, she falls on the ground. And I felt lifeless.

Author’s POV

“SOOYOUNG!!” Tiffany said as she runs towards Sooyoung.

Yuri was frozen when she saw Sooyoung falls on the ground. It’s like her soul left her body.

Tiffany reached Sooyoung and put Sooyoung’s head on her lap and hugs her as she cries.

“Soo, please. Wake up. Don’t leave me please.” She said as she sobbed.

She then looked at Yuri and shouted at her.

“YURI! HELP!!” She shouted desperately.

Yuri was brought back to her reality and runs towards the girls.

“Babe, please. Don’t do this to me. Please.” Tiffany said pleading.

“I can’t lose you babe. Not now. Not ever. Please. Please, please just don’t leave me.” Tiffany continues as she sobbed harder.

Yuri arrived and tapped Sooyoung’s face.

“Buddy, wake up! Choi Sooyoung, wake up!!!” Yuri shouted.

“Damn you Soo! Not again, Choi! Don’t do this again!!!” Yuri said desperately.

The next attack could be fatal. Yuri remembered what Dr. Lee said to her.

“N-no. No. Not on my watch. Not on my watch. You’ll live Soo. Just hang in there.” Yuri mumbled to herself.

“Tiff! The car!!” Yuri shouted at her and gave the keys.

Tiffany then run towards the car, Yuri followed while carrying Sooyoung.

When they reached the car, Tiffany stayed with Sooyoung at the back as Yuri drives again to the hospital.

Please hold on, Soo. Tiffany thought as she cries.

Hold in there buddy. Just hold in there. Yuri thought and felt scared for her friend as she drives fast to the hospital.

At the hospital

Dr. Lee came out of Sooyoung’s room and removed her mask.

“You can come inside now. She’s still sleeping but she might wake up soon.” She said.

“Miss Kwon, can I talk to you?” She added.

Yuri nodded and looked at Tiffany, Yoona and Jessica. Jessica arrived at the hospital as soon as she heard what happened.

“You can go inside first. I’ll just talk to Dr. Lee.” Yuri said and followed the doctor.

Tiffany then looks at Jessica worriedly and Jessica smiled at her.

“It’s okay. She needs you now more than ever. I understand.” Jessica said, assuring Tiffany that it’s okay.

Tiffany didn’t say anything but smiled back at her.

“I’ll go home first, okay? Just call me if you need anything.” Jessica said again.

After bidding her goodbye, Jessica left and Tiffany entered Sooyoung’s room.

YURI’s POV

“So what is it that you want to talk about?” I asked.

“Yul, this is the second time she had an attack. And we consider it a miracle that she survived this one too but we both know that she cannot survive all the attacks that will happen. The third one could be the worst.” Sunny said.

“What do you mean?” I asked again.

“Her body is becoming weaker and weaker every day, Yul. All the medical attention we can give her can only help her ease the pain but it can no longer prevent the attacks.” Sunny honestly said.

“Does that mean…”

“It means we need to prepare ourselves for the worst.” Sunny said.

And Yuri felt her knees weaken and her body shocked with the news. She sat on the chair. Trying to accept the reality that she refuses to believe.

Author’s POV

Tiffany slowly entered the room and closed the door quietly.

She then saw Sooyoung, already awake, looking at her.

“Hey.” Sooyoung said weekly and smiled.

“Hey.” Tiffany replied. She sat on the chair beside Sooyoung’s bed.

“How are you feeling?” She asked.

“I’m okay.” Sooyoung answered softly.

“Where are they?” She added.

“Yuri went to talk with the doctor. Yoona’s on the phone.” Tiffany answered.

“And Jessica?” Sooyoung asked. Tiffany was surprised with the question.

“I saw her silhouette when Dr. Lee left. I was already awake by then.” Sooyoung explained.

“She, uhm, she went home. She told me to stay here with you.” Tiffa
