[Heechul's Pov]

“Wait—” I tried to push his hand away but his grip only tightened. He managed to pull me out and brought me back to his room. As we were both inside, he threw my body on the bed.

“Why were you there?” Jungsoo yelled at me, locking the door and approached me. He fuming mad and I could see it in his eyes. 

“I was just....” I moved a bit, trying to move away from him as I couldn't find any words to explain everything to him. 

“! Why?!” He asked me again.

“I'm sorry.” the only thing I could say as I lowered down my head and closed my eyes. 

“Are you really trying to get away from this house? Are you asking for his help?! Do you really think I would let that happen?! You are mine, no one could have you except me.” Jungsoo firmly said. I looked up to him, meeting his eyes and that's when my tears started to fall. .

“If you really love me, you would set me free! Please, I wanna go home!” I answered back. I wasn't supposed to say that because I promised to be with him and help him through it but I was so fed up with his s and causing me to change my mind. 

I genuinely want to help him. I want to save him but how? How could I save him if I'm also suffering? My mind is so ed up now—Jini is desperately looking for me and I'm all over the news. Kyunghoon is here and he's the only person who could help me but how? Why everything's so hard to do? I really found my match and look at me now, paying for all the things I've done before. 

“We already talked about this. I thought you were okay with this set up? You agreed to live with me and now you are taking back your words? Why?! Are you having fun playing with me, huh? !” Jungsoo said, walking towards his cabinet and pulled out something from it. He was making his way back to me when someone knocked on the door.

“Who are you talking to?” Kyunghoon asked while yawning. It looks like he woke up because of the noise coming from Jungsoo's room.

“Shut your mouth.” Jungsoo warned me as he took a deep breath and opened the door a bit, making sure he wouldn't see me inside.

“What are you talking about?” Jungsoo laughed, nervously.

“I heard you talking to someone. Is everything fine?” Kyunghoon worriedly asked.

“Of course. I was just having a conversation with my secretary.” He lied.

“Are you sure? I heard another voice inside.”

“You just woke up, you are probably hearing things. I'm alone here and don't worry, I'm fine.” 

“Really? Can I come inside? I mean if—” 

“No. I mean I'm going to sleep now and it's already late. You should go back to sleep.” 

“Okay.” I heard footsteps away from Jungsoo's room and Jungsoo, on the other hand, shut the door and turned back his attention to me.

I decided to ignore him and get back to my sleep but I was surprised when he hurriedly went to me and pointed the knife he was holding at my neck. My eyes snapped open and my heart beat sped up as I felt the edge of the knife against my skin.
