[Heechul's Pov]

“Why are you so quiet? Did anything happen while I was at work?” Jungsoo asked. I was in the kitchen sink and washing all the things we've used for our dinner. I did keep my words and prepared everything before he arrived at home. After finding out that Jini was still looking for me, I couldn't brush it off in my mind and I was messed up. 

I vividly remember how she cried and begging for everyone to help them. As she delivered her message to me, I turned off the television even though it wasn't done yet and they were about to interview someone. I couldn't bear it anymore and my heart aches. 

“Nothing...” I lied, refused to look at him and stayed still in my current position.

“Are you sure?”

“Yes.”

Of course I am not. Jini is doing everything to find me while I'm here, watching my friend losing her mind because of me. I caused her pain and I wasted her time. I do want to come back home and see them but how? How could I do that when I know if I leave, someone's gonna suffer and that's because of me. All people around me are suffering and it's all because of me. It's always me. 

“Hee—” Jungsoo didn't manage to finish his sentence when someone knocked on his door. Her eyes shifted to me and panicking.

“Just stay here, okay? Hide yourself and don't let them see you.” Jungsoo grabbed my wrist and put me in the corner of the kitchen, hiding me from someone.

“Okay.” I nodded and did what he told. I just sighed and watched him go as he opened up the door to see his unexpected guest.

“Kyunghoon?” I heard him calling someone's name and my heart skipped a beat after hearing that name.

Kyunghoon? As in Min Kyunghoon? 

“What are you doing here?” I stepped closer to eavesdrop on their conversation in the living room. 

“I just dropped by. I thought you got married and had built a family but I guess, you decided not to do it.” Kyunghoon jokingly said and they both laughed.

“Well... I'm not into that kind of thing. Anyways, how are you? You didn't inform me you are coming back here.” Jungsoo said. 

“Surprised! I'm done with my work there so I decided to come back and stay here for good.” Kyunghoon replied.

So, he's going to live here again? I thought he would settle down in another city because he wanted to live in peace and comfortable. I mean that was the reason why we broke up and now he's coming back? For what? Why is he even here? How are they related to each other?

“For good? I thought you loved living there because it's different from here so what's the point of coming back here?”

“For someone.”

For someone? 

“Your ex boyfriend?”

“Aha.”

“Why? I thought he was creepy and after finding out something strange, you creeped out and decided to break up with him
