Byunghun's POV

I sat quietly by myself, outside of the room that Chanhee was resting in. The events played over and over in my head as I waited for the doctor to come out. It seemed like Chanhee got into a fight without me knowing, but why? That was the question. And the other guy, I don't think anyone's allowed to visit him until he gets his face fixed. I heard a few nurses chatting about how unfortunate it was for the guy. Chanhee must've messed it up pretty bad.

The door next to my chair slid open and an older man stepped out. From the clothing he was wearing, I'm guessing that he's the doctor. He glanced down at me and then scanned the hallway, "Are his parents here yet?"

I shook my head, keeping my eyes on him. I really wanted to see Chanhee right now. I've waited for hours already. Yes, that included walking out of the classroom when Chanhee was being taken away. Probably wasn't a good idea if I didn't want to get on Mr.Kim's bad side, but this was Chanhee we're talking about here. My boyfriend. I had to see him.

The doctor turned back around, "There's someone here to see you. Do you want any visitors right now?"

I leaned in closer to the wall, attempting to hear what Chanhee says. I didn't hear a thing from him though.

After a few seconds, the doctor sighed and turned back around to face me, "Don't take too long." He gave me a nod and continued walking down the hall. I returned a nod and gave him a bow before slipping into Chanhee's room.

He was propped up on his bed, the pillow hugging his back. He had a few bandages visible, but it wasn't as serious as I thought it was. "How're you feeling?" I asked as I rested into a chair next to his bed.

"Better." He gave me a weak smile, "Aren't you supposed to be in school?"

"Your point?"

"..."

I gave a soft chuckle and scooted my chair closer to him. "How'd this happen?"

He let out a nervous laugh, "It's nothing, Byunghun. Don't worry about it."

"..."

I stared at Chanhee for a long time, waiting until he would open his mouth and explain, but that didn't happen. He just sat quietly, messing with the wrinkles on his blanket. "Chanhee... tell me."

He glanced over at me, but quickly returned his attention back to the sheets and shook his head.

"Chanhee... It's something about me, right? Did someone start another rumor?"

He shook his head again.

"Chanhee, tell me." I put my hand over his, causing him to look over at me.

It felt like forever before he actually said something. "The guy..." He started as he held my hand back, "The one that made you get suspended. It wasn't fair. You didn't deserve it."

I stared into the red-head's dark eyes. "... So... you fought him?"

Chanhee slowly nodded at my guess and ripped his gaze away from me. 

I studied Chanhee's bandages and guilt immediately swept over me. He did it for me. He's always doing something for me. Always.

I stood up from my seat and leaned in towards Chanhee. He glanced back at me in surprise as I lifted his head up. Our lips met and I rested my hands on the bed as he put his arms around me. We stayed that way for awhile, just kissing. But I wanted more. Chanhee fell backwards when I leaned in more. I slipped my tongue in between his lips and felt his body tense up. "B-byuh-" He gasped before I caved in for another kiss. 

The door slid open and I stumbled off of Chanhee and onto my chair. "You two okay in here?" The doctor asked as he eyed the two of us. We both nodded thoughtlessly, hoping that he would leave. Well I was hoping that he'd leave. Not so sure about Chanhee. "Okay then. Chanhee, if you need anything, just press the button on your bed." He gave an uneasy nod and left the room.

Chanhee and I let out a sigh of relief. "That was close." I said as I laid back in the chair.

Chanhee nodded and glanced over at me. It was silent in the room. All you could really hear was the clock on the wall ticking as each second passed. I examined the plain room for something to do and something to talk about while I'm at it. Chanhee beat me to the conversation though, "Byunghun, can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, what is it?"

"...Well... you've been acting strange lately. Well not right now, but before. Was there something bothering you?"

I thought about his question for a long time. I was acting strange lately? What happened yesterday? Oh yeah... Chanhee was always affectionate towards me after we started dating, but I was more cautious of what people were going to do to us and how I was going to try and leave Chanhee out of the bullying. That didn't seem possible though.

I let out a sigh when I realized that I was completely ignoring Chanhee yesterday, "I'm sorry, Chanhee. I didn't want to get you involved."

The red-head stay silent for a long time, but then smiled at me, "Aish, Byunghun, didn't I tell you before? I don't care what they think about me." He reached out his hand and ruffled my hair.

I let Chanhee's fingers brush through my hair as I took his words in. I felt like I was on the edge of heaven, staring at this beautiful red-head who was my boyfriend and realizing how lucky I was to have him. How lucky I was to be able to call him mine. I returned his smile and pulled his head close to mine, giving him a sweet kiss on his lips.

A/N: Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. ;_; I made like 2 other Chunjoe Fanfics. BAD IDEA. LOL. REALLY. Anyway, I think there's only one chapter left of this. I think I said that like 2 chapters ago. Idk. But it's seriously ending. ;_; They made it so far. /SOB
