❝Sneaking And Gathering❞

6:36 pm

Perhaps Love.

The songs was playing through the airpods plugged in Inha's ear; the other one was fitted in the one's ear who had always been her music buddy as her eyes glanced at Sehun having his nap beside her, on her bed, positioned on his side facing her while she was seated on it with her back against the headboard, her eyes couldn't help but adore his sleeping self in a peaceful manner and the two words of song had reminded her of that one evening; the evening of ten years ago, in the classroom, where they listened to this one song together.

And who knew they'd be listening to this song again while relating to it now.

Her eyes glanced at the window of her room; curtains slide aside so she could see the hue of dark blue shade indicating the sunset had happened a while ago; the time she was back from her duty, and the time she met Sehun in the elevator again who was also back from his work but this time it was known by the texting of theirs where him looking for a good rest had Inha push him to his place dragging her along only to find out his air-conditioner not working and the second week of August was still in the phase of heat, hence, he was napping in her room beside her.

Her eyes glanced back at the book she was reading; the next second, she felt him moving in his sleep to find him shifting closer to her figure as his arm had wound around her lap as she sat still; her eyes still watching his move to have his head on her lap the next second as he shifted comfortably, hugging her and Inha had to shake her head with a smile, as she had come to realize that this man has got a habit of hugging while sleeping and her fingers instantly threading his hair as he nuzzled into her touch.

Oh, how her heart warmed at his actions.

Inha grabbed her phone to check the time; they had yet to be in a gathering organized by Minho at his house by nine to glance at his sleeping figure with a contemplation of waking him up but her softening heart chose to do it later; she was getting whipped for her handsome jerk now yet she liked it, scratch it, she loved it.

The moment she began to read the book, felt dry for a thirst as she huffed frustratingly, too lazy to get up before placing the book at the nightstand, she was suddenly reminded of his head on her lap as she blinked a couple of times to sigh, her hands taking a hold of his head carefully yet slowly to not to wake him up to put it gently on her pillow; doing the same for his arm around her as the next second, she stood up, before bending over to place a soft kiss on his forehead to lean away with a smile.

The next thing she was already pouring the apple juice in her glass in the kitchen as the moment the rim of the glass had grazed her lips; her ears perked up to hear some familiar voices outside her apartment and placing the glass back on the counter, she was already walking to the front door.

"This brat changed the password again."

Inha heard the familiar female voice and immediately recognized it being Sehun's mother's voice as she was quick to open the door to find Sehun's parents outside his apartment where both of them glanced at Inha's direction to find his mother smiling at her. "Inha, how are you?"

Inha smiled back; her steps walked to them. "I'm good, aunty, how are you both doing?" She glanced at Sehun's father who gave her a nod gently. "We're good, and it's good to see you."

"Are you having a problem?" Inha questioned, and found his mother nodding. "We were just back from a wedding so thought of meeting Sehun before going home but this boy never stops changing his password, I can't handle him anymore now."

An unconscious chuckle left Inha's lips only to stop by their confused looks as she cleared . "Actually," She trailed off, her heart suddenly nervous; her fingers fiddling as her cheeks heated up. "Sehun's sleeping at my place."

Both of them exchanged a glance of confusion yet an amusement to look back at the nervous woman in front of them as Mr. Oh's forehead creased. "Your place?"

Inha smiled nervously; damn it felt like she was operating a patient for the first time in the room and this situation felt nerve-wracking, especially handling it alone because her jerk of a man was napping peacefully. "Um, his air-conditioner stopped working and the weather has gotten hot lately," She bit her lip, smiling and fiddling her fingers nervously. "So, it happened like that."

Mrs. Oh nodded with a mischievous smile. "I see, I am glad he has got you as a neighbor-friend then."

Neighbor-friend? They were more than that.

And from their talks it looked like they didn't know about them and it was understandable because they had just got into the phase of dating; even her parents didn't know yet, and she just didn't want to imagine her over-protective father's reaction at this time; hope Sehun gets save from his glares, if not that, then beating mostly.

"Would you like to come inside?" Inha offered, with a genuine smile, and they nodded, walking inside with her pacing behind them with a smile with a relieved sigh of hers; that went well.

"Are you both dating each other?"

Or not.

Sehun's mom questioned the moment she had walked in the living room; a teasing smile toward Inha who had her breath held back for a second to let it out gently as she nodded with an awkward yet nervous smile. "Yes."

"Great!" She cheered, and slapped her husband's shoulder with a smile. "I told you I feel something more than friends around them."

Mr. Oh rubbed his shoulder. "And you didn't have to hit me for that, woman."

The latter rolled her eyes to look back at Inha who stood still for a moment while looking at them and Mrs. Oh chuckled, before extending her arm towards her. "Come here, Inha."

She walked to her as she stood by them to feel Mrs. Oh's hand behind her back with a gentle pat. "I'm really glad it's you."

Inha couldn't help but feel warm by her gesture as a soft smile curled her lips but a chuckle left her lips at her next words. "I hope he is not being a brat to you."

"It's like you're asking a night not to be a night."

His father remarked, earned a look from his wife and Inha bit her lip, preventing herself from laughing out loud. "Well, he is just how he is."

"A brat."

She looked at his father with a smile. "A bit."

The three of them had to chuckle together as she felt his fatherly pat on her head to feel his mother's hugging her shoulder and Inha felt like another family had engulfed her in her embrace; well, in terms of being known friends parents had it but this kind of felt something more; something her own and she liked this new own of a feeling; warmth, and just hers.

The next moment, she had made them sit on the couch as she walked to the kitchen to bring some juice for them to hear his mother saying. "You both must be having a rest, we feel like intruding right now."

Inha halted her actions of pouring the juice in the glass to notice herself; clad in her regular-simple pajamas with her hair open without combing it, and she closed her eyes with an embarrassment plus an internal curse as it was the second time she was seen in a mess of hers by her; last time it was just his mother but now his father too.

Great going, Baek Inha.

"Don't worry, you still look good."

She stated, with a smile as Inha placed the tray on the table for them to sit beside her while Mr. Oh was settled on the one-seated sofa as they helped themselves while complimenting the place of hers where Inha being herself had to narrate him everything about how she wanted a place with city-lights but got scammed that have them laughing at her fumed expression yet his father replied back with the equal fumes; a great combo found right here.

"So, since when have you been dating?"

His mother asked, and Inha's lips halted again between the rim of her glass with a sudden nervous thud of her heart, as she placed it back on her lap to look at her for a moment until she asked again; a teasing squint of her eyes. "Was it from the last time I visited?"

Inha's eyes widened, and her head shook. "No, no, it's just been a week or two."

She nodded, smiling as she patted her hand on her lap. "It's okay, but I do hope you both go a long way together because I think no one can handle my son more than you, and though," She trailed off, sighing. "He can be a brat sometimes, he does love wholeheartedly so take care of him and treat him well."

Inha's heart softened like her eyes as she nodded, smiling back. "Yes, aunty."

"But you can slap his back if he becomes too much of a brat."

His father uttered, and the ladies had to laugh together along with him.

"So, that's how you three have teamed up against me."

Their laughter subsided at the voice of the familiar male in the place as Inha glanced at the direction of her room to find Sehun leaning his shoulder on the doorframe; his arms crossed to himself that flexed his biceps more for his given physique underneath his perfect clung gray shirt, while his messy hair softly on his forehead but his eyes had a soft glint towards their direction.

Damn, can this jerk take a break from looking good every time? The answer was a no because her eyes were to blame for beholding his beauty.

"Not even a greeting to your parents?"

His father gave him a look, and Sehun smiled, walking towards them as he bumped his fist with his dad as their greeting to kiss his mother's head as their greeting, leaving Inha's lips to smile softly at it, and the next second, she found him sitting beside her; her back was slight against him since she was facing his parents and that gave him the chance to poke her back softly; that was his greeting for her.

Sneaky jerk.

"Why were you teaming up against me?"

He questioned, ruffling his hair back to lean back comfortably with his one bent leg over his lap; his elbow on the armchair while other hand seemed to be playing with the tips of Inha's hair on her back that was hidden in their sight as she glanced over her shoulder at him with a frown of 'don't do anything funny' and he tilted his head giving back his 'I don't care' look and she huffed silently to look ahead leaving him with a mischievous little smile.

"We were asking Inha to teach you a good lesson if you don't stop being a brat to her." He heard his mother and his forehead creased, eyes slightly widened, as he met Inha's eyes by her glance. "You told them?"

"Why didn't you?" His dad questioned, and Sehun blinked a couple of times. "I was going to tell you after meeting you but who knew we'd meet like this?" He glanced at Inha's side-profile with a smile to meet his dad's eyes. "And that she'd complain about me."

"She didn't," His mom narrowed her eyes on him. "We just know you well enough."

He rolled his eyes; his torso leaning forward to lean over her shoulder. "Just what did you do that they're already on your side?"

Inha held her breath at his actions, not that it was something new to her but him being too close to her in front of his parents had left her in a shy embarrassment as she attempted to scoot to his mom's side only to feel him holding her shirt from behind; preventing her from doing it.

This jerk, seriously.

She huffed, glaring at him through her squinted eyes. "I don't have to."

"Right, she's already amazing."

His mother uttered, and Inha smiled at her to make a face at him; he nodded, with a challenging look as she turned back to talk to her again, but he observed a sight again, Inha getting along with his parents, them adoring her like he does, Inha treating them with her usual self of love, and care; his lips curved upwards in a smile, his eyes softening with a thought crossing his head of how he had hoped for this sight for a lifetime moment, and right now he was having it.

And it was going to be a lifetime sight; this time it wasn't just a hope, but a firm belief.

At the moment, Inha's phone rang with a loud ring as she gave them an awkward smile to excuse herself not before sneakily punching his back lightly for being sneaky with her that he didn't react much but his eyes had followed her figure until she was inside.

"Do you really love her?"

The question from his dad had taken him aback as he met his serious eyes and Sehun sat up straight, nodding with a soft look. "I do, dad, you do know I'm not someone who'd date just for a fling, and," He trailed off, his eyes glancing at Inha's room as his eyes softened again. "And Inha never comes close to that word."

Their parents saw it; the glint in his eyes that screamed love, and respect for her and it was a first time for them to see this side of him, not a first entirely because his mother had observed how he behaves around Inha and that was opposite of how he behaves with other women, erase it, he hardly comes near any woman like that, because Inha was an exception for him and they were glad to see it; the happiness on his face, and relieved that it was Inha for him.

"You better take care of her," Sehun's mother ordered him, "Do not be a brat to her all the time and keep her happy if possible, and if not, make sure not to make her cry."

Sehun nodded. "Yes."

"And stop changing your password, you brat!"

He rolled his eyes again. "I'm a grown up man now, mom!"

And his whine had them think otherwise yet choose to laugh and after a few minutes, Inha was back in the living room holding a box in her hand as she took her seat again to find Sehun sipping apple juice from her glass before facing his mother again with a smile as she extended the box to her. "This is for you, aunty."

"For me," His mother took it to open the box and a smile graced her lips to find the familiar bracelet. "The one we chose."

"Yes." Inha nodded, to feel Sehun leaning towards her behind as his chin hovered her shoulder to look at the bracelet and remembered the time of them buying it together for her through the video-call to hear her speaking. "I actually bought it for our ladies circle so we could wear it on Yoojung's wedding together!"

"That's a great idea!"

"So, do you like the bracelet?"

"Like it? I love it, Inha, thank you for this."

"Women know women better." Sehun's father commented and Sehun nodded. "I agree."

And got the silent look of theirs; women indeed.

The next moment, his mother had begun to talk about Yoojung's wedding's preparation and Inha began to narrate her everything she knows; being the chatterbox she was got a match of chatting partner as his father joined in the conversation; the trio leaving the fourth one behind, but unaware of his soft gaze at them, his heart swelling with warmth, as his head had leaned on the headrest of the couch; facing them, his eyes glancing at Inha with a smile.

Her eyes were glowing; like her lips smiling beautifully.

Inha, who was having a good conversation with his parents, but slightly flinched by his finger drawing different types of lines on her back; her hair tangling through his fingers and warmth rushed through her, as she tucked her back behind her ear while continuing her talks but, her breath hitched, the moment she felt him sliding his finger to the curve of her waist as her heart hammered, making her back straightened with her cheeks seeping in a warmth.

The next second, she had sneakily tuck her arm behind by the backrest to immediately hold his hand only to feel his fingers threading through hers with a soft caress to the side of her palm and she had to take a deep breath while fighting the urge to not to punch him right in front of his parents; this jerk knew it, and he was going for it.

"Why are your cheeks red, Inha? Are you feeling hot?"

Inha blinked, and nodded with a smile; she tried. "Yeah, it's a bit too hot."

And only he knew how he had controlled his laughter; damn, he was enjoying teasing her.

Soon enough, his parents had taken a leave as the couple watched them getting on the elevator with Sehun's reminder to send him a text after reaching home before he found Inha walking inside as he followed suit; the moment he had closed the door, a silent yelp left his lips to feel himself getting pinned against the door by her again.

His eyes met her glaring ones; oh she looked so alluring with her hands either side of his shoulder on the door and he suddenly felt intimidated. "How dare you get sneaky with me in front of your parents, you jerk?"

His forehead creased in amusement; his arms were quick to hug her waist. "And where was this aggressive doc-lady that time?"

"I was this close to punch you." She showed her thumb-forefinger almost together before giving him a sarcastic smile. "But you jerk don't deserve my respect that I was giving you that time, so wait for the next time, and I'll punch the hell out of you!"

He grinned back. "I'm scared right now."

"Bloody jerk."

She attempted to step back from his hold only to find herself getting lifted up again; a gasp from her lips along with her legs around his hips likewise for her arms around his neck as he walked in still having that foolish grin on his lips but too beautiful to be softened, as she squished his cheeks with her one hand. "Stop smiling."

"I can't help it around you."

And her smile couldn't be stopped. "Shut up, Oh Sehun."

"Okay, Baek Inha."

He chuckled, leaning in to press his lips on her already warmed cheek; her heart fluttering as she was getting used to his sudden heart fluttering actions before they found themselves in her room back as he placed her on her floor gently and with a quick kiss on her forehead, he leaned back. "Thank you, Inha."

"For?"

"For everything." He uttered, his eyes softening as he palmed her cheek; the place between her jawline with a soft of his thumb on her skin warming her heart, as she smiled, reaching out on her tiptoes with a quick palm to the curve of his neck, and left a warming kiss on his forehead as his eyes closed to meet her soft ones. "My words back to you."

"Using your small brain now." He nodded, and Inha nodded back. "One of us has to use the brain, and I happen to be the topper."

"You little-"

And Inha was quick to walk past him with her giggles to the bathroom not before ordering him like always. "You better get ready quickly because I don't want to get late."

And all she got was his lazy nod; brat.

After a few minutes of washing her face; Inha walked out only to find him lazily lying on the bed scrolling through his phone as she huffed, pacing to his side with her folded arms. "I think I told you to get ready not to laze around."

He met her eyes for a glance; authoritative and his heart hit a giddiness to sigh where Inha found him rolling over to the other side as she gasped. "Yah, Oh Sehun, get up before Minho brother nags at me because of you!"

"I can't seem to get up."

"Oh really?"

"Really."

"Alright," She nodded, grabbing the pillow. "I'll get you up."

The next thing he felt was the smack of the pillow on his back as he flinched, instantly meeting her sharp eyes while holding the pillow on an almost hit as he laid back on his back. "Listen-"

A hit on his legs. "Tell me."

"Inha-"

Another hit on his shoulder. "What?"

"Don't pick a fight with me."

"Oh, I am picking a fight with you."

He was quick to stand up on his knees on the mattress; his own competitive eyes on her and her sharpened more with a smile. "You're feeling lazy and I'm going to make your laziness go away."

"This way?"

"Best way."

The next moment, she swung the pillow only for it to get torn by the little sticking nail by the corner of the headboard as a few feathers were flown on his face as his eyes closed, before opening them while meeting her amused eyes; her eyes glancing at the pillow to him again and now smiling at him; in fact, giggling now.

"Don't you laugh at me."

And her laughter was echoing in the room as she pointed at his almost feathering mess then back to the torn pillow as she grabbed some more to throw on his face. "Let's make you a celeb duck."

He nodded, his eyes closed as he ruffled the feathers off his hair while his heart softening at her laugh but his competitive self was always in an urge for a juggle with her; and the next second, Inha met his eyes with a flinch; intense it was as she unconsciously gulped, tightening the pillow against her.

"Now you're so dead, doc-lady."

The next thing Inha found was him grabbing her waist with a quick lift as a sudden squeal left her lips to find herself sitting on the bed with a dumbfounded look until she felt him fishing out handful of feathers from the pillow to find herself being showered with the feathers as her eyes closed while his laughter was echoing in the room before Inha glared at him to do throw the feathers back again at his face along with hitting the pillow that had him grabbing the other pillow for a fair battle.

Like they say; two can have a play.

The next situation was of the two competitive beings of lovers having a battle filled with laughter; happy squeals, and screams of wanting to win but both of them being too competitive to give in; so them.

Inha had managed to stand up on the mattress with an attempt to hit him only for him to stand up while grabbing her again by throwing over her shoulder as she held his shirt from behind with a squeal. "That's out of rule!"

"Rules are meant to be broken!"

He let out a laugh, attempting to put her down only for his foot to slip off the balance by her continuous hit on his back as both of them ended up on the mattress with a thud on their backs together.

Inha let out a whine to punch his stomach as he groaned lightly but still laughing where she huffed, instantly rolling over so that she was on top of him; her hair on one shoulder where he held her back as she tried to squish his cheeks hardly but he was quick to enough to grab her hands and with a swift moment, Inha found his feet either side of her front hips with a quick lift upwards as their hands hold tightened now that her figure was hovered over him.

She let out a squeal of a giggle. "Don't you dare throw me over."

Both of them laughing mess at their actions as he bent his legs to himself to place her down and she ended up on top of him again; her face in his neck as she was calming herself but that had him feel her warmth against him enough for his heart to flutter where the next second, Inha found herself being rolled over to have him on the top of her; sideways as his chain had grazed her collarbone while his face close enough for a nose brush.

"You think I'm your dumbbell?"

"You think I'm your punching bag?"

A smile graced her lips and his lips curved a smile back; their little smiles.

At the moment, the phone rang and Inha glanced over along with his groan of interruption through her ears. "It must be Yoojung again."

He hummed, his head falling on her shoulder; in the crook of her neck, her heart hammered at the feel of his lips over her collarbone with a warm flutter to tilt her head towards him only to feel his cheek against hers. "If I heard any nags from Minho brother or Yoojung, I swear I'm going to block your number and ban you from coming here."

He was quick to lift his head; his palm on her waist. "You like my place to intrude, should I ban you too?"

"Do the deed and find yourself dead."

He chuckled, and she felt his deep chuckle against her body through the vibration to push him away from his shoulder. "Enough of the fight now."

His lips puckered unconsciously to roll over only to find himself falling off the bed as both of them were on the edge of it; idiots didn't even realize, and Inha sat up with a gaped look as he sat up with a groan only to hear her laughter from behind while clapping her hands to slapping his back. "Oh God, are you okay?"

He felt her figure leaning over; almost out of the bed and he was quick to get a hold of her arm where Inha felt the harsh pull from him as a huge scream left her lips to find herself down with him; on his crossed legs underneath that she was sitting on it, her legs stretched on one side of his legs.

She slapped his shoulder. "I could have gotten hurt, Oh Sehun!"

"As if I'd let that happen."

"Don't be cheeky with me right now."

He made a face and Inha was quick to grab a handful of mess feathers on the bed to throw right on his face that had him close his eyes with a sudden sneeze behind where Inha cupped to meet his done look; he was so close to explode but irony was his woman had laughed at his face.

That's her for him.

And between her laughing mess; she had squished his cheeks with a firm but warm kiss on his cheek and his smile back at the action was enough to soften her heart.

And that's them for each other.

____________________________

9:49 pm

Gatherings.

The kind of thing that's filled with love, and pleasant warmth; especially, if the people around are warm enough, loving enough, and at the moment, the huge living room of the apartment was filled with those exact people; having a loving atmosphere, echoing their laughters, and warm conversations together with an urge to have it always like this.

And this moment will always be like this; lost for a while but not anymore.

And while a relief to have this moment with the same people; a happiness of having new people around was felt as well.

"You're taking too long, Ah-Young."

"This is difficult."

Ah-Young mumbled, her eyes narrowed with a focused look toward the jenga; the building that was almost at the verge of breaking because of the constant odd style of pieces placed on it and it was now her turn to get out another piece to which her hand reached out, plucking out with the nervous bite of her lips but the moment she did, a hand had collided with her elbow, ending up falling the jenja on the table with a scatter.

And a loud roar of cheers plus laughter of the youngsters echoed again and Ah-Young was quick to glare at Mingyu who had done this deed while he was quick to raise his hands with a glass in his one hand. "I just grabbed my glass."

"Your thirsty throat couldn't wait for a few minutes?!"

"My thirsty throat matters more to me."

"You just wanted me to lose."

"You had zero chance of winning anyway."

"You called me incapable of winning?" Her forehead creased, clearly offended, and he huffed, rolling his eyes. "You always take my words in the wrong way."

"Then, learn to talk."

"Learn to listen."

"Enough, enough now."

Both of them stopped to look at Minho hovering over their seated figures with a stern look. "Handling them is already hard, so don't make me lose my voice on you too."

He pointed at the regular-nonstop bantering couple seated together on the floor like the others around the jenga in the middle as like them everyone had been watching the newly developing pair with an interest to interrupt but now were seeing everyone laughing at them by Minho's one dialogue; well, he wasn't wrong too.

"We don't fight now."

Inha declared, and glanced at Sehun with her elbow nudge who nodded. "Exactly, hyung, check your eye-sight now."

And the next second, he earned a forehead flick; boy was still being a brat.

"Never say you don't fight." Jinsoo stated, as he was already on the task of building the jenga pieces along with Yoojung and Soomin before glancing at them, neutral. "Before you even walked in the house, your banter was already heard from afar."

"Yeah, because he was lazing around." Inha pointed at Sehun who rolled his eyes. "You were the one taking time to get ready and now throwing all your blame on me, doc-lady."

"If you had just listened to me instead of being a jerk, then we wouldn't have gotten late."

"You had the most awesome thought of throwing away my laziness by throwing feathers on me, so it had to take time!"

"Don't come at me for your doings, Oh Sehun!" Inha pushed his shoulder away and he locked his arm around her neck with a pull towards him. "Don't throw your blames on me, Baek Inha."

"Let go."

"Not happening."

"Oh my gosh, why the heck did I invite them?"

Minho held his head with a drained look; a done look, before pointing at them. "Let go of each other and I know you can't but hold that fight for night."

Minho surely was surprised to find out the two brats of his whom he had treated like his children, and the ones who can't even take a second to start fighting with each other were so in love; had been in love from the last ten years, he was baffled at how he didn't see such thing happening between them, not back then, not after having them meeting again, and it was the night of the event, he found the youngsters in the balcony together only to find out about everything.

Everything about Inha and Sehun.

Yet, at this moment, he was having a thought again, were they really dating each other?

The next moment, Inha and Sehun had glanced at each other to smile; and a chuckle as he loosened his grip but his palm was against her back and this time, Minho was again left in a thought, but with an answer; whatever they had, it was theirs anyway.

But in love was a confirmation.

And he was happy for them, he was always happy for his kid like brats.

"Hey, guys, could you please look after my little baby while we fetch some ice-creams?"

Hee-won asked, and Yoojung was quick to stand up with a smile; kids lover indeed as she embraced the baby to watch Minho and Hee-won exiting the house; not before warning the squad to not to cause any trouble; well, that was them and the house was left with the youngsters as the two elders, Jinsoo's grandfather and mother had gone to visit Daewon's restaurant.

"I really wanted to ask this."

Ah-Young uttered, taking the others' attention while still playing jenga as she straightened her back; her eyes towards Inha and Sehun who were at the moment trying not to slap each other's hands off since her jerk of a man was teasing her by poking her waist so she would lose for him to wish his any one thing; likewise for her as Inha kept jabbing his shoulder; competitive lovers indeed.

Yet the little enjoyment was seen by others.

"Are you two really dating each other?"

Jinsoo snickered. "That's kinda obvious but oblivious to ask them."

Soomin shook her head. "Literally."

Inha and Sehun exchanged a blank stare while immediately taking a hold of Inha's arm that was about to jab his side with a quick grasp of it and she let him be before looking at Ah-Young. "Why do you ask?"

"Because clearly you don't look like it," She trailed off, pointing at their regular antics with a baffling look. "This is seriously so different from the night of the event."

And the new couple was left in a whoosh of blush at the reminder; the night of their confession, their kiss that was witnessed by everyone here and since Ah-Young had asked Mingyu to screen-record it, their video surely was sent to them with the list of the messages from them of nothing but teasing.

Inha cleared , meeting his eyes to find him already looking at her with a glint of softness yet teasingly as her eyes squinted to look back at Ah-Young with a shrug. "I mean we have always been like this, so we don't have to act differently just because of a different feeling, right? It's still going to be us."

Sehun nodded, a proud look on his face. "Always good with words."

Inha met his eyes with a smile. "With good punches."

He chuckled, shaking his head as her hand in his grasp was close to his lips; the back of her fingers down her knuckles were already pressed against his warm lips for a kiss leaving her in a flutter warmth of pleasant as he met his eyes with a smile to find her already smiling at him.

"Uh, okay, I shouldn't have asked anything."

Both of them snapped out, and found their friends with a fake grimace look, especially Jinsoo as he nodded. "I asked them to kiss like there's no tomorrow and they are pasting it right on my face now, kissing freaks."

The next moment, he earned a piece of jenga thrown by Inha towards him.

Soomin laughed. "Come on, it's not even surprising anymore," She paused, with a look toward them. "Though it should have been in high school but who cares? It's all settled now."

"Exact my thought."

Si-woo agreed; he had been a part of their teenage life, he had seen it before they did, and surprised that Soomin also had the same thought as him, and giving his own relationship with her, he had told her about how he felt about Inha that went in the flow of in one of their conversation and told her how he had moved on and he was happy to have Soomin in his life while she was surprised by this fact, but him being open, and honest to her was commendable to her to give their relationship a chance.

And this chance was going to be a beautiful reality of their lifetime.

"Were we really that oblivious?"

Inha questioned, a confused frown towards Sehun whom she leaned closer to; he was quick to react by meeting her eyes with a quick of his thumb between her eyebrows like always; a soft smile on his lips. "We are idiots, don't you know?"

Her forehead creased. "I'm the sane one."

"Not happening."

He made a face and she did it back; idiots indeed but in love.

The talks had continued about Yoojung and Jinsoo's upcoming wedding; Soomin's suggestions for places in korea but she was fine if the couple was going for an abroad destination with Inha raising her hand for a vote to raise Sehun's along who wasn't much of a volunteer but gave in the moment he met her glaring eyes; his woman was good at it.

Whereas, Jinsoo suggested Hawaii as for a destination wedding as Yoojung would just want to have a simple wedding that he could never say no to being a whipped one for her but he had suggested her and to his surprise, she had agreed to it, maybe because she knew that he likes to have things in a grand way always and his already love in heart fell for her again.

Soomin had agreed to his suggestion after he narrated how in winters, Hawaii seems still in a good weather to have an outdoor wedding likewise for her being a wedding planner gave her a part of exploring around so, the suggestion had come to a decision.

"Inha, could you hold him for me, I'll make his food real quick."

Yoojung placed the baby in Inha's lap who had held him with a blank stare and the baby looking back at her, blankly; the woman was never good at handling kids till now, not even in the time of attending her duty to the pediatric ward and she smiled. "Hi."

He blinked, his lips already pouting and Inha shook her head vigorously. "No, no, no, please."

"You still can't handle kids?" Sehun questioned, his head leaning over her shoulder as he imitated the baby's action of blinking who smiled at his action and Inha's mouth gaped to look at him. "How many babies have you babysit?"

He gave her a look. "None."

"How are you so experienced?"

His head tilted, a playful smirk on his lips as his face was close enough. "I'm a man of talent."

Inha knew what he was talking about and her cheeks had flushed at the memory and his eyes glowed at it, but her eyes squinted. "Cheap talents."

His forehead creased. "Really now?"

"Stop flirting now."

Mingyu, who was silent until now, spoke up. "You're going to make the baby cry at the sight."

And the next second, he had started crying where Inha was already panicking trying to cradle him with Sehun trying to make different faces to make him smile only to cry again where Inha laughed at his hard-work, only to have him glare at her to laugh the moment the baby had palmed Inha's face; yeah, talk about chaos.

As the chaotic sight was seen by the friends of theirs; relieved, and happy.

"Okay, where is Yoojung, he's hungry."

The baby was still crying where the next second, Mingyu had taken the baby in his hold while cradling him in a way he had stopped his sobs with his head leaned over his shoulder now leaving the friends to stare at him in a baffle; except Sehun.

"How did you do it?" Ah-Young questioned, and he blinked, suddenly shy by her curious gaze. "I have a little brother whom I have almost raised by myself."

Ah-Young couldn't help but find herself curious about him as she nodded. "How old is he?"

"In his 20s, and now going to graduate from his university."

"Nice."

"Yah, Kim, do you," Inha trailed off, as she got everyone's attention where Sehun found a glint in her eyes and he knew what was coming. "Do you have any thoughts of becoming a babysitter later?"

Jinsoo raised her eyebrows. "You're planni
