TREASURE PUBLISHING HOUSE:

Philip was drinking some coffee when out of nowhere his editor-in-chief came to his cubicle to talk to him

"Philip, your article about Kim Hongjoong has become one of the trending topic in social media". Mr. Son said 

"I haven't checked any social media platform, sir". Philip said with a nervous smile

"In case you had time... try to go and read this article about Hongjoong and his boyfriend Park Seonghwa at Declaration". Mr. Son said in a firm tone

"Declaration is a new tabloid journalism online newspaper. Seems like they've got a piece of juicy news about Hongjoong when someone from their team went in to cover when Mist launched there new apparell". Mr. Son continues

"I see". Philip said in a quite anxious tone

"You better think of something to write about the Kims if you still want your articles to keep on the buzz". Mr. Son said in a serious tone. Then after their small conversation, Mr. Son leaves his cubicle and went to his office. Philip was about to stand up from his seat when suddenly his cellphone rings and got a call from an unknown number. Philip was quite hesitant to answer the call but he pick it up anyways

"Hello?". Philip said and suddenly his expression drastically changes

"Come again? and why would I believe you?". Philip said in a mocking tone

"Look here, whoever you are... I'm not in a mood for pranks at this kind of hours, okay, and I need some real good stories... what are you talking about the Horizon?...you better be a hundred percent sure about this, because I'm not gonna waste my goddamn time on rumors or hearsays... I understand... I'll wait for your call at exactly 8 in the evening". Philip said as he hangs up the call. After a few seconds of contemplating what that anonymous caller had said to him, it tickles Philip's curiosity that's why he agreed to talk with the anonymous caller later tonight. 

Seonghwa was about to leave his apartment and was ready to go to the orphanage when out of nowhere he receives a call from Dr. Lee Minhyuk

"Good morning Seonghwa-ssi". Dr. Lee greeted him

"Dr. Lee, good morning". Seonghwa said as he grabs his bag and ready to leave

"Seonghwa you need to come here as soon as possible, your noona... she's awake". Dr. Lee said in a serious tone

"What? okay, I'll be there... I just need to call someone". Seonghwa said in a hurry, then they hang up the call. Seonghwa didn't waste any more time as he hurried and got a taxi and go to the hospital.

ASIAN INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (AIMC):

When Seonghwa arrives at the hospital Dr. Lee was just gotten out of his noona's room

"Dr. Lee... how's my noona?". Seonghwa asks as he tries to catch his breath

"She's okay for now... we still have to check his brain tomorrow, so we will need to do an MRI scan on her... just to make sure that there is no further damage". Dr. Lee said in a firm tone

"Okay. Can I see her now?". Seonghwa said

"Sure... and when you're done come to my office". Dr. Lee said with a small smile. Seonghwa nods his head and thank Dr. Lee as always. Before entering her noona's room, Seonghwa gathers all his courage to face his noona who's been in a coma for a month. When he enters the room Hwayoung was awake and sitting in a high fowler's position. Hwayoung immediately looks at him and smile

"Seonghwa". Hwayoung gently called him with a smile and Seonghwa couldn't help but teared up as he walks closer to his noona's bedside

"How... are you noona?". Seonghwa asks through sniffles

"I'm fine... I guess~". Hwayoung said as she gently held his brother's hand

"I ask my doctor, Dr.Lee, for how long I was in the hospital and he said that it's already been a month. Then I ask him what just happened to me... he told me that I should ask you instead. What happened to me Seonghwa?". Hwayoung asks him in a confused tone. Seonghwa was quite taken aback upon hearing his noona's question. 

"What do you exactly remember?". Seonghwa asks her back in a quite disbelief tone as he wipes his tears away

"All I remember was... I went out and looking for a job... I went to a bakery to buy some cupcakes... and that's it... I don't know what else happened". Hwayoung said as she tries to recall what she can remember

"Yes, that's all right. You went out that day looking for a new job because you resigned from your previous job. I was at my work when I got a call from the police and said that you were in the hospital. They told me that you were hit by a car while crossing the pedestrian lane... and so they ruled it out as a hit and run... but... that's not the case noona. Detective Lee said that it was not a hit-and-run case... it made it look like that but... it was on purpose, noona". Seonghwa said in a firm tone

"You're saying that someone was trying to kill me? for what?". Hwayoung said in confusion as she try to recall if she had quarreled with someone but she couldn't remember at all

"Don't push yourself noona. Just rest for now okay, everything's going to be fine~". Seonghwa said as he held on to his noona's hand

"I'm so happy to see you~". Hwayoung said with a smile

"I need to go and have a word with Dr. Lee... I'll be back in a minute okay~". Seonghwa said with a small smile

"Okay". Hwayoung said as she watch her brother exits her room. She has a lot of questions in mind but all she could do was wait for her brother to come back.

DR. LEE'S OFFICE:

When Seonghwa came to Dr. Lee's office, the doctor was reading his noona's medical chart

"Seonghwa, please have a sit... we have alot of things to discuss about your noona". Dr. Lee suddenly said as he set aside Hwayoung's chart. Seonghwa sits in one of the chairs in front of the doctor's desk

"I know you have some questions... so go ahead and ask". Dr. Lee said with a small smile

"Her memory... she...". Seonghwa utters but Dr. Lee immediately cuts him off before he could even finish what he was about to say

"Yes, about your noona's memory. Hwayoung is currently experiencing this rare type of amnesia called Dissociative Amnesia. It's purely a psychological response to trauma, which is usually temporary. It's not caused by damage to the brain, like other types of retrograde amnesia. I just want to make sure that Hwayoung is fine in the head that's why I order her to have an MRI scan tomorrow". Dr. Lee explained
