The next day, Seonghwa left Stay's cafe as soon as his shift is over. After knowing that Hongjoong wasn't feeling okay yesterday, he already plans to go early to his house today just to make sure that the latter one was okay. When he arrives at Hongjoong's house he saw the latters' car was parked outside, so he thought that Hongjoong was still not okay. Seonghwa made his way inside the house and it was quiet, he thought that Hongjoong must be sleeping so he immediately proceeds to do some house chores before cooking something for Hongjoong.

Once he's done with some cleaning and cooking, Seonghwa silently went to Hongjoong's bedroom to check the latter one but to his surprise, Hongjoong was sitting in front of his study table and was silently working on something in front of his laptop

"Hongjoong-ah". Seonghwa gently calls him and the latter one immediately faces him and stops whatever he was doing

"Seonghwa... what are you doing here?". Hongjoong asks the latter one with a slight frown on his face

"I... I came early today... cause I thought you're still feeling unwell... and maybe... I could...". Seonghwa didn't finish what he was saying because Hongjoong immediately cuts him off

"You could what?... there is nothing you could do about it". Hongjoong said in a serious tone. Seonghwa was quite taken aback upon hearing what the latter one has said

"Look, you shouldn't have come today... let's get this straight... from now on I'll call or text you whether you'll be coming or not... starting today. You can leave now". Hongjoong said in a cold tone as he turns away and continues to type on his laptop

"I'm sorry". Seonghwa muttered but Hongjoong heard him

"Just leave". Hongjoong said without sparing another look as he continues to work his . He didn't even notice the pained look on Seonghwa's face. With that Seonghwa gently closes the door and silently left Hongjoong's house but before leaving he went to the kitchen and write something on a post-it on paper, hoping that Hongjoong will read it.

Hongjoong didn't even realize how time goes by, it's already 9 in the evening when he finishes all his work. When he comes out of his room it was awfully quiet and a bit dark, the only light that was on was the light in the kitchen. Hongjoong immediately went to the kitchen thinking that maybe Seonghwa was still there... but to his dismay, no one is in there. Hongjoong sighs in disappointment that the latter one was not there. Then he realizes what he did earlier to the latter one, he dismisses him in a quite harsh way, and Hongjoong regrets it. Then he saw a post-it note on the counter and read it

"Hongjoong-ah. I'm sorry that I come unannounced today. I didn't mean to intrude... I didn't know that you're busy. I thought that you're still sick, I'm just worried that's it... as your friend. Well, I cook something for you just re-heat it whenever you're hungry. I'll leave now. Please eat and don't stay up late~".

After reading the note, Hongjoong was guilt-stricken to the fact that he just dismisses Seonghwa just like that when the latter one was just concerned for him knowing that he was sick. Hongjoong thought that he was an for doing that. So to lessen his guilt he ate all the food that Seonghwa made for him and tomorrow he made a promise to personally apologize to the latter one.

HORIZON MAIN BUILDING; HONGJOONG'S OFFICE:

Eden and Maddox were surprised when Hongjoong walks in inside his office in a quite good mood

"Maddox hyung what's my schedule for today?". Hongjoong immediately asks before sitting on his office chair

"You have 2 meetings for today. At 10 am with Mr. Lao from Highlands company and at 2 pm with the Mist clothing lines creative department". Maddox said in a firm tone

"Good. Because I'm planning to leave early today". Hongjoong said and Eden and Maddox got curious upon seeing their cousins behavior

"What's going on Hongjoong-ah? last time, you look like you're about to commit suicide but now,... you look like you're back with your usual self again, what happened?". Eden was the one who asks first

"Nothing much hyung. I just thought that... there is nothing that I could do about it. I can't hate Jeremy for the rest of my life for what he did to me and the same with my mother". Hongjoong said

"True, especially with your mom. I thought that you were already immune to her tirades~ so, what's up?". Eden asks once again

"I ed up". Hongjoong said with a sigh. Eden and Maddox gave him a confused look

"Seonghwa came early yesterday to my house... because he thought that I was still sick but I'm not. He saw me working... and I... dismissed him quite harshly". Hongjoong said in a frustrated tone

"And?". Maddox curiously asks

"Well, after that he left the house... I don't know when but that thing is... he cleaned the house, do some chores... he even cooks something for me... and now I feel like an ". Hongjoong said in a defeated tone

"Oh, God! Hongjoong-ah how could you?!". Maddox said in disbelief

"And now you're guilty". Eden said in a firm tone

"Yes, and I need to apologize to Seonghwa". Hongjoong said

"No, no, no. You're not just going to apologize like that to your boyfriend! bring him some flowers!". Maddox suggested

"What?". Hongjoong asks

"You heard me. If you want to apologize and look sincerely you need something like flowers okay. And you better talk to him about why you are acting like an yesterday". Maddox said in a firm tone

"Seems like you're forgetting some things with regards to dating Hongjoong-ah~". Maddox adds up in a teasing tone

"So that's the reason why you were leaving early today?... I get it... good luck to you~". Eden said with a teasing smile 

"Yah hyung!". Hongjoong said

"Don't worry, he'll forgive you~". Maddox said with a reassuring smile. Hongjoong just smiles as they went on and proceed to do their jobs.

STAY'S CAFE:

Today wasn't a busy day for the cafe, there were few customers inside the cafe. So there is nothing much to do. Jisung already noticed that his Seonghwa hyung was not in his usual self so he corner the older one
