"Happy Birthday Unnie", the maknaes screamed after she got out from the bathroom.

"Yah! You guys scared me", the frown that was originally on her face disappeared when she saw Gyuri approach them with a cake on both hands.

"Thank you guys!"

Each member prepared a gift for her. A pair of boots from Gyuri and Jiyoung, a star necklace from hara and a fresh diary from Nicole. With each present wrapped in their own special and delicate way, she hesitated at first.

"Let's eat!", Nicole flew out from the couch where they all watched Seungyeon unwrapped her presents.

"Yah Jung Nicole! Seungyeon should get the first piece of the cake!", Gyuri screamed directly at Nicole who was already holding a kitchen knife ready to slice the mocha flavored birthday cake.

Seungyeon gave Nicole a signal telling her to continue.

"You guys eat the cake, I have to go. SSGB does not wait for anyone", she grabbed her purse, hugged each member and left with their manager.

The second she arrived on set, it immediately sank in to her that it was the day that Onew is going to be on the show. She practiced her dialogue all night but because of the sudden birthday event from her friends, she had forgetten everything.

"What am I going to do?!", Onew said over and over in his head as he slowly peaked inside the SSGB set.

He looked so tensed that his manager couldn't help but comfort him. "Onew-ah, are you alright? Don't be nervous. You've done this plenty of times", he assured.

"That's not it...."

"Then why do you look like you are about to throw up?", Onew was looking paler as time ticked.

Suddenly, Taemin poked him with his index finger.

"Hyung! Hyung! It's a celebrity!", as Onew followed Taemin's gaze, he saw Seungyeon standing behind them with glistening eyes.

"Oh! Hello", she immediately greeted both boys and gave them a 90 degree bow. Taemin and Onew did the same.

"I'm Taemin, nice to meet you...." as he his bowl-like hair, Seungyeon couldn't help but smile, showing her fondness towards the boy.

"And I'm......." Onew trailed off.

"I know who you are.", without realizing she released those words.

"You know each other?", the little one asked with an expression not even an experienced artist could replicate.

Seungyeon placed her fingers on , "What are you gonna do now Seungyeon? What if he say he doesn't know you?..Aissh!", she scolded herself.

"Oh, I've seen him around before", Onew turned from hopeful to sorrow as he heard those words that might as well be daggers aiming for his heart. He sanked.

"Ah Yes, Nice to see you again Seungyeon-shi", he awkwardly let off. As if having to speak to her formally was uncomfortable enough, for their segment he had to sit beside her leaving only inches away from each other.

Seungyeon and her partner kicked off the show with their daily introduction.

"Get the boys ready", the boys overheard the PD.

"Taemin-ah, I have a favor", he looked at him with puppy dog eyes. Taemin is such a er for mild aegyos.

"What is it hyung?", he seemed very willing to help no matter what favor it may be.

"Let's switch seats.", Onew pronounced.

"Why?"

"Just coz......okay?"

Taemin nodded.

As Onew and Taemin hastily read through the script, they were approached by one of the female writers.

"The staff are doing a surprise birthday party for Seungyeon", she glanced at Seungyeon making sure she's not gonna over hear their conversation.

"Oh. Is that so?", Taemin let out a gasp.

"Do you boys mind if you serenade her with your song?".

"It will be my pleasure...I mean our pleasure", Onew gladly accepted.

The plan was set. A staff member gave them the cake that was already lit.

"Let's welcome...SHINee", the MCs introduced.

Onew and Taemin walked in with the cake, all smiles as they approach the celebrant.

"Happy Birthday Seungyeon", the staff roared as Seungyeon covered her face in delight. She actually kept her birthday hidden from everyone, although as a public figure things like these cannot remain a secret.

"Thank You", she gratefully bowed everyone. A sudden tear fell from her eyes. Her partner wiped it off for her as Onew stared intently at this gesture.

"What's he doing? Huh!", he thought to himself as Seungyeon shyly turned her gaze towards him and Taemin. The female writer they talked to earlier gave them the signal and they started singing.

"Noona Neomu Yeppeo....Replay Replay Replay". The boys sang harmonically as they came closer and closer to Seungyeon, close enough for her to be able blow the candles.

She made a wish. "Be my bestfriend again", hoping to find the courage to let these words out. She surrendered.

"I want SHINee boys to call me noona from now on", she blushed.

"What? But you hate being called noona", Onew thought and looked at Seungyeon. At that time, they locked gazes. Two seconds of awkward silence filled them and a slight disappointment embedded Onew's face. Seungyeon broke the contact.

"Yes, noona", Onew faked a smile.

Sorry I got extremely lazy and couldn't update. But here is Chapter 11. I feel like this story is getting way too draggy and so I'm gonna try to fasten the pace for the next chapter :)
