The next morning, Taeyeon,Tiffany & Krystal who was sleeping by the side of Jessica's bed was awaken by Jessica's cries.

"Dont.. Cold.."
"Tiffany,Krystal,Taetae.. Dont.. Im cold.."
"Pleasee.." cried Jessica.

Jessica was still sleeping but seemed to be stucked in yesterdays nightmare.
There three of them woke up, one went to take Jessica's temperature, one changed the cloth on her forehead while the other was trying to calm her down. Jessica was grabbing onto her blanket very tightly while struggling to break free from Tiffany&Krystal's hold, like last night.The thing is, they werent holding her. It turned into Jessica's dream.

"Hush hush Sica.."
"We're not doing anything.."
"Dont cry.." Taeyeon cooed while hugging Jessica.

"Taeyeon unnie, Tiffany unnie. Jessica unnie's still running a fever"

"How high?" both Tiffany&Taeyeon answered in unison

"Erm.. 39degrees celcius?"

"WHAT?!" exclaimed Tiffany&Taeyeon

"Do you think we should get her into the hospital?" asked Taeyeon

"Unnie.. Dont.. Jessica unnie hates the hospital A LOT."
"Trust me"

"Yeah, i dont think you should"
"You will make things worse 'cause if Jessica wakes up and realised she's in the hospital"
"She's gonna run away. We tried it like so many times"

"Uh.. Okay then."
"Then what now? Her fever's still so high."
"Look at her, mumbling things unconciously" Taeyeon said while pointing at Jessica

"Let me call Dr.Choi.." Krystal said

*Conversation with Dr.Choi*

"Dr.Choi, unnie's temperature still kinda high. What should we do?"
"We tried wiping her body with cold wet cloth last night but it only made unnie's temperature drop to 39degrees celcius"

"What?! Still 39degrees celcius?"
"Nevermind, wait for me im already on my way there"

10 minutes later

Dr.Choi arrived at Jessica's room.
He took Jessica's temperature and read

"39.7 degrees"
"Oh my.."
"Erm girls, im just gonna.."

When Dr.Choi was talking, Jessica woke up.
She was trying to remove her oxygen mask when Dr.Choi pulled her hands away.

"Well just as i was saying, im going to hook up a stronger dose of medication for her together with a saline since she's kinda dehydrated"
"And, im going to give a jab to reduce her fever and get her blood back to the hospital for tests"
"If her fever still dont go down, you'll have to bring her in for more tests" informed Dr.Choi

Jessica's eyes widened upon hearing the word "JAB".
She started struggling, but she was so weak.
Her struggles are nothing to the others.

"Taetae.." cried Jessica as she called for Taeyeon

Taeyeon walked over to Jessica and lean towards her oxygen mask to hear her speak.

"Yup Sica? Im here"

"Taetae.. I dont wanna get the jab.. i dont wanna get my blood taken.."
"It hurts.. a lot.."

"But Sica.. Its gonna make you feel better"
"Just bear with it okay? Stop struggling, Dr.Choi cant do anything if you keep on struggling"
"And in the end we just have to hold you tight like last night"
"Be good okay Sica" Taeyeon pleaded while holding onto Jessica.

Taeyeon's POV

Jessica's such a baby when she's sick.
How cute..
But it hurts me so much seeing her in so much pain.
Aww..
Sica get well fast yeah?

End of Taeyeon's POV

"Dr.Choi, just give it to her"

When Dr.Choi was trying to give her the jab, she started struggling again.
Tiffany&Krystal came and held her down while Dr.Choi gave her the jab & took her blood.

"Sica baby.."
"Im sorry, we had to do this.."
"Dont hate me.."

"We just want you to feel better unnie" said Krystal

After much struggling, Jessica went back to sleep while we took turns and took care of her.
While taking care of Jessica,

"Krystal, is Sica always like this when she's sick?"
"Refusing almost everything?"

"Erm.. Its like.."
"Jessica unnie sort of.. kinda.. will tend to throw tantrums when she sick"
"Refusing everything, i mean, its like this since she's young"
"She'll only "surrender" herself to us when she's really exhausted"
"Before that she'll just refuse everything"
"Its the same for now"
"But I know she's going through lots of pain now"

"Oh.."
"Krystal.. There's something i would like to tell you.."

"Yup?"

"Im sort of.. in a relationship with Sica"

"Oh."
"..."
"Yeah i know that you liked her"
"Its fine with me" Krystal smiled

Suddenly, coughs were heard and both Taeyeon&Krystal's attention were changed to Jessica.

"Sica, you alright? Need some water?"

"Unnie, are you okay?"
"Need me to call Dr.Choi?"

" *Coughs coughs* Ani.."
" *Coughs coughs* Im fine. Thanks Krystal. But can you call Yuri over here? I need to speak to her regarding our company's business"
" And taetae, why are you still here? Didnt you go back home? Im sorry to 'cause you to stay here and look after me.." Jessica said weakly

"First thing first, dont say you're fine Sica. We know you're not. You yourself know it too."
"And, stop talking about workworkwork, i wont call Yuri over unless you've fully recovered"
"And i stayed here because i was worried about you" answered Taeyeon

"Unnie, i know you said you're okay just because you dont want us to worry about you"
"But the more you say, the more worried we are"
"You didnt know how worried we were last night!"
"We stayed up whole night to look after you afraid that anything might just happen to you"
"And, if you're looking for Tiff unnie, she resting right now"
"We are taking turns to rest & look after you"

"Im sorry i've caused you girls so much trouble"
"Im okay now, you girls can go and rest, and Taetae you can go back home and rest"
"But before you girls leave, pass me my phone please?"

"Sica. I said im not going to let you handle your company matters for now. You hear me? You're my girlfriend now"
"I can just handle our whole project collaboration now"

"Im sorry taetae. I cant help it, i really have to"
"Even if its not the project we're collaborating now, there's still plenty i need to do"

"I said NO Sica. Understand me?!" Taeyeon argued

"Im sorry, Taetae"
"If you're really not letting me do it, i'll have to do it myself" whispered Jessica

Jessica started tugging out the IV drips, and the oxygen mask after Taeyeon denied her requests to settle the company stuffs.
Taeyeon was taken aback by her sudden outburst. Then Taeyeon tried to stop Jessica, but Jessica was so frustrated and shouted.

"TAETAE! IF YOU REALLY LOVE ME, LET ME HANDLE THE STUFF, I CANT LET MY FATHER'S HARDWORK GO DOWN THE DRAIN JUST BECAUSE IM FEELING A LITTLE UNWELL!"
"YOU JUST GO BACK HOME AND REST, STOP BOTHERING ME!"

"Sica.." Taeyeon's eyes were filled with tears upon hearing her shouts.
"If thats what you want.."
"Bye..I'll visit tomorrow.."
"Feel better.."

And Taeyeon just walked out of the room and house, feeling so heartbroken.
Its the first time someone shouted at her, and she's being shouted at by her beloved Jessica.

Jessica's POV

Aish..
I did it again..
Why did i even shout at her.
Looking at her dejected backview made me feel so guilty!
Aww..
I'll just apologise to her later.
Now let me call Yuri..

*Phone call*

"Yoboseyo"

"Yuri-ah, its me"

"Oh its you Ms. Jung, anything wrong?"

"Oh erm, i just wanted to ask.. Is my schedule on monday very tight?"

"I guess so.. Let me take a look.. "
"You've got a few important meetings, but other than that i think you can push it back"

"Oh.. then can you just bring forward all the important meetings for me? Starting from 9am?"
"And push all the rest back to Tuesday or Wednesday?"

"Okay can Ms.Jung. Will do that."

*End of phone call*

Aish.. Since i've pulled out everything from me,
i should go and look for Taetae and apologise to her.
I was being too over just now..
Gosh..
Gonna change and sneak out..

End of Jessica's POV

After Jessica finished changing,
she left a post-it note on her bed and sneaked out of the house.
She took a cab to Taeyeon's house.
Pressed the bell to look for her but she's not in.
So she sat outside her house waiting for her.
After 2 hours went by, Taeyeon saw a fragile figure sitting outside her house from far.
The figure looks really familiar.
Walking towards it, it was actually Jessica.

"Sica?"

Jessica looked up with her teary eyes & ran towards Taeyeon giving her a hug.

"Im sorry Taetae, i didnt mean to shout at you"
"Im sorry.. im sorry.."

"Sica?! Why are you out here?!"
"Why's your body so cold?! How long have you been sitting out here?!"
"Why didnt you call me?!"
"You know you're still running a fever how can you stay out here?!"

"Taetae.. Im sorry.." Jessica said in between sobs
"I came here around 20 minutes after you left"
"I thought sitting down here and wait for you would have been able to show my sincerity in my apology, Taetae"

Taeyeon placed her hands on Sica forehead and realised that her fever still high.
She piggyback-ed Jessica into her car and asked her driver to send her back home.

Tiffany&Krystal's side

Tiffany&Krystal was carrying a tray of soup up to Jessica's room when they realised that Jessica's missing.
With all the medical equipments hanging around, they found a post-it note on the bed.

"Krystal/Tiffany, im sorry but i had to go out now."
"I'll explain it to you guys when im back okay?"
"Please dont be mad at me."
"I love you guys"
"Jessica"

After reading the note,
Krystal received a call from Jessica.

*Phone call*

"Unnie? Where are you now?!"

"Krystal, im Taeyeon. Jessica's with me now"
"We're coming back. I'll explain the details to you later when we reach"
"Meanwhile please call Dr.Choi first and wait for us"

*End of phone call*

"Tiff unnie, call Dr.Choi to come back here"
"Jessica unnie's on her way back"

"Okay"

30 minutes later

While Taeyeon was busy explaining to Tiffany&Krystal what happened,
Dr.Choi came and started scolding Jessica for being so irresponsible.
When he inserted the peripheral canula into her skinny arms, Jessica winced.
A tear went down her cheek.

"Sica.. Does it hurt a lot?" Taeyeon asked while wiping away her tears.

Taeyeon wished that she's the one lying on the bed suffering and not Jessica.

"Ani.. Its okay." replied Jessica weakly

"Jessica, look, you're afraid of needles so why did you even get it out yourself?"
"After getting it out, you still have to get it back on again, causing it to hurt again"

"Neh Dr.Choi"

After that, Jessica fell into deep slumber.
Later on at night, the girls went to take Jessica's temperature and was relieved when her temperature fell all the way down to 37.5 degrees celcius. That night, Taeyeon finally went home after seeing that Jessica's temperature fell into a soon-to-be normal range.

Kim's mansion

"KIM TAEYEON! WHERE WERE YOU LAST NIGHT?!" shouted Mr.Kim

Taeyeon's POV

"Heehee"
"Halraeborji, i was just staying over at Jessica's house"
"She's sick"

"Jinja?! Are you lying to me?"

"Ani." Taeyeon replied while giving Mr.Kim with a why-would-i-like-to-you look.

"Alright then"
"Go back up and rest"

"Neh halraeborji!"
