The next morning, when Jessica woke up from bed,
she picked up her phone immediately and dialled some numbers.

*Phone call*

"Yoboseyo"

"Anyeonghaseyo Mr.Kim"
"Jessica imida"
"I heard from Taeyeon that you were looking for me while im in America"
"So, may i know what is it regarding?"
"Is it about Taeyeon?"

"Taeyeon?"
"Ah, yes"
"You said you wanted prove me wrong"
"That you are capable of protecting,loving Taeyeon as well as giving her happiness"
"Am i right?"

"Neh Mr.Kim"

"So now i've decided to give you a chance to do it"
"If you managed to get it done, i'll CONSIDER about your relationship with Taeyeon"
"I mean CONSIDER and not accepting it immediately"

"Neh Mr.Kim, your consideration meant a lot to me"
"And im really grateful for that"
"So, may i ask whats the test?"

"The test is that you have to come and work for my company for six months"
"I'll assign you a project to complete"
"The project you will be solely incharge"
"As for people helping you, you'll have to find your way out"
"Find if there's any people in the office to help you"
"And the project you'll be working on is to plan, design a condominium"
"Not to leave out the last part, to have it built"

"Wae?! What about my company?"

"Thats for you to find out and for me to know"
"So how? Dont dare to take up the challenge?"
"I knew you'll be like that"
"Then there's nothing for us to talk about anymore"

"WAIT!"
"Okay.. I guess i'll take up the challenge Mr.Kim"
"I wont give up Taeyeon"

"Great. Before i see you at the company tomorrow,"
"I'll wanna meet you at XXX in 2hours time"
"I have to pass all the relevant documents to you"

What a nice weather to start the day off!

Taeyeon sat up on her bed and took a look at the calender that was placed next to her bed on the side table.
It is Taeyeon & Jessica's 6 month anniversary on the coming Friday.
Taeyeon wanted to prepare something special for this day.
Remembering that she received a disc from Jessica last night,
she then decided to gift her something similar in return.
Or probably a little better than hers.
Some kind of improvisation.

So she got off her bed and started washing up.
After washing up, she headed out of the house towards a nearby recording studio.
Upon reaching the recording studio, memories filled her mind.
It was as if she can visualise her past her.
Her childhood time was spent here most of the time,
when she lost her parents to a traffic accident and her grandfather didnt have enough time for her.
She took up singing lessons there although at that young age,
she could actually sing really well.

As she entered the studio,
she saw someone familiar from afar approaching her.
Someone she should know, someone she used to spend her time with.
As that familiar figure is nearing her,
she finally figured out who was it and ran towards him giving him a big hug.

"Oppa!"
"Its been so long!"

"Hahas, yeah its been a pretty long time since i last saw you too"
"How've you been doing?"

"Im fine oppa!"
"I missed you so much!" Taeyeon said as she threw him another hug.

"I missed you too Taeyeon"
"What brings you here?"

"Well, i've got this special someone"
"And i wanted to give her a special gift on a special day - my voice" giggled Taeyeon

"Oh really?"
"Can i help? Its been a long time since i heard you sing"
"I hope you didnt forget the things i taught you when you were younger"

"Of course you can oppa!"
"As for the things you taught me, i hope i didnt forget too" chuckled Taeyeon

After that, the both of them went into the recording studio.
Taeyeon recorded a total of 3 songs for Jessica.

1st track ; Way back into love [ENGLISH]
2nd track ; If
3rd track ; I love you

Just before they were separated, Taeyeon shouted for Kyuhyun.

"Oppa!"
"By any chance do you know of any cafe that has a stage?"
"Like at night, and i can rent it or something?"

"Wae? You wanna perform for your someone special?"

"Yup! Hahas, only oppa knows me best!"
"So do you have any?"
"If you have and can help me get a stage at Friday night"
"You'll be invited by me, personally to my mini concert"
"HAHAHAS" laughed Taeyeon

"Hahas, i do have one in mind"
"Its my favourite cafe"
"I go there like at least thrice a week"
"Its like a music cafe and i know the boss quite well"
"Come on, i'll bring you there!"
"And, as for your invitation, i think i'll accept it right away"
"Cant say no to your angelic voice singing"

So the both of them headed off to the music cafe that Kyuhyun has introduced to Taeyeon.
Fortunately, she was able to book a night on Friday for the stage.
As for Kyuhyun, he was really curious on who's Taeyeon's "someone special".
So, seeing him in the cafe on Friday night is definitely expected.
After the both of them were separated, Taeyeon went back to her office.

"Yoona-ah,"

"Neh Taeyeon unnie?"

"Hehe, i wanna trouble you to do something for my on Friday"
"I'll let you off for the whole day but you have to help me complete something first"

"Okay sure"
"What kind of help do you need from me?" smiled Yoona

"well, this coming Friday, which is 4 days away from now"
"Is the 6th month of Jessica&I being together"
"I wanna give her a surprise"
"So i actually had a cafe booked for the day"
"So i was wondering could you go and help me put up some decorations?"
"Like some pink&white balloons"
"Preferably heartshaped ones"

"Hahas, okay Taeyeon unnie"
"I'll do what i can" promised Yoona

"Hahas, and Yoona, you're invited together with Yuri"
"Please do come okay, you two are one of the audience im gonna have"

"Okay Taeyeon unnie"
"We'll go and support you" chuckled Yoona

"Okay, its Friday, 7pm okay!"

"Neh" smiled Yoona

Jessica's side

"Anyeonghaeseyo Mr.Kim" Jessica greeted politely with a 90degrees bow.

"Mmm"

"And here's a little gift for you Mr.Kim"
"I brought this back from America for you" Jessica said as she handed the bag over to Mr.Kim's secretary.

"Ahem"
"Regarding the project i'll be assigning to you"
"Here are all the relevant documents" Mr.Kim said while motioning his secretary to pass the documents to Jessica.

Jessica took the documents from the secretary and started flipping through.

"And, please bear it in mind that i want the lowest costs possible"
"So work your way through it"
"Im sure this project is a piece of cake for you since you're capable of managing your own huge company" grinned Mr.Kim evily

"Neh Mr.Kim"
"I'll try my best and make you accept the relationship of Taeyeon&I" Jessica bowed

"If there is nothing much you wanna ask, i guess everything will end here"
"I'll see you tomorrow at the marketing department"
"Oh ya, and one condition"
"You're not supposed to let Taeyeon know about this"

"Neh.. Mr.Kim" Jessica answered sadly as she stood up and sent Mr.Kim out.

Soon, the day where Jessica has to report to work at the Kims Enterprise arrived.
Jessica was entering the building when she heard whisperings here and there.
Like why is she here to work, she's got her own big and successful company etc.
It hurt her to just hear all that but she just pretended as if she heard nothing and headed off to the marketing department.
As soon as she entered the marketing department,
sacarstic remarks were made straight in her face.

One of the remarks that hurt her most is that someone called Sooyoung&Hyoyeon,
said this to her.

"Oh my oh my, look whos here?"
"Isnt it the almighty Jessica Jung of the Jungs Holdings?!"

"Ohhh~ Sooyoung, it sure is her!"
"Look at her, i heard that she had a relationship with our Ms.Kim"
"And she's on an agreement with Mr.Kim"

"Omo. Relationship with our dorky Ms.Kim?!"
"What a , what a lesbo to make dorky Ms.Kim like her!" taunted Sooyoung

Hearing this, Jessica felt like there were thousands of arrows piercing through her heart.
How she wished she could run away from all these insults.
But she cant.
She have to prove Mr.Kim wrong and that she can take care of Taeyeon and give her all the happiness that she deserved.
Jessica just suppressed her feelings down and headed towards the desk that has a tag - Head of Marketing

"Anyeonghaeseyo"
"Jessica imida" greeted Jessica

"Oh! Almighty CEO of Jungs Holdings!"
"WELCOME! There's your seat"
"And everyone! Clap for her!" Donghae said sacarstically while pointing towards a seat right at a corner.

That was an isolated seat.
It seemed like it hasnt been used since a long time ago judging from the dust collected there.

"And oh, you can go to the toilet and look for the cleaners there to get a cloth or something to wipe the your desk" laughed Donghae.

"Oh okay" Jessica replied.

That was all she could say.
She was at a loss, she didnt knew what to do.
In the end, she just took the wet tissues from her bag and started wiping the dust off the desk.
Just when she finally finished cleaning the desk, she started wheezing & gasping for air.
But no one in the office bothered to help her.
Everyone was just doing their own work.
Jessica started fumbling her bag, looking for her inhaler.
Then, she found her inhaler and took a few puffs before calming down.

Jessica's POV

Phew..
Its the dust that doing the mischief.
Nevermind..

As she sat down, taking a short rest on her chair,
she received a call from Taeyeon.

*Phone call*

"Sica!"
"Sica Sica!"

"Whats up Taetae?" replied Jessica weakly

"Hm? Sica?"
"Why do you sound so out of breath?"
"Did your asthma attack start again?"

"Hahas, nope Taetae"
"Dont worry, its just that i breathed too hard just now"
"So whats up?"

"Well, I wanted to ask if we could have lunch together"
"You know, i missed you so much despite the fact that we just didnt meet each other for a day" giggled Taeyeon

"Oh.. Taetae, cheongmal byuneh"
"I dont think im able to"
"Am really busy today" apologised Jessica

"Oh really?"
"Okay then" Taeyeon said sadly
"By the way, Sica"
"Do you remember what day is it on Friday?"

"Friday? Nope? Is it any special day i should take note of?"

"You really dont remember?"
"Oh well, nevermind. Its also nothing important" Taeyeon said, sounding more depressed.

"Sica, I hope to see you soon"

"Me too, sorry Taetae"

After ending the call with Taeyeon,
Jessica dialed for another number - Yuri

"Yoboseyo"

"Yuri-ah, Jessica here"

"Neh Ms.Jung"

"Yuri-ah, can you help me take care of my company matters for 6 months?"
"Not really take care, as in look after it for me but still bring my work to me?"
"For some reasons, im stucked in the Kims Enterprise for now"

"Wae? I can help you to sit in & bring documents for you"
"Thats fine with me"

"Oh, sigh. Its a long story"
"Will fill you in when im free"
"And please push all my meetings to night time starting from 7pm to whichever and whatever time it will end"
"And if possible, fill some on the weekends so i wont have to be out so late"
"I'll be in the office as soon as i knock off from work at Kims Enterprise"

"Neh Ms.Jung"

"And, Taeyeon doesnt know about this"
"She's not supposed to know"
"So i hope that you wont tell Yoona 'cause she will probably tell Taeyeon"

"I understand Ms.Jung"
"Will do"

"And, just keep this coming Friday for me free please"
"Its an important day for Taeyeon&I"

Non-stop.
Like a workaholic.
But she's also left with no choice.
She has to do this for Taeyeon.

Aww.
Its so sad to hear that Jessica didnt remember our 6th month.
Sobs..
But i guess its expected..
For she's always so busy.
I should already be grateful to her despite her busy schedule she still made time for me.
I know i shouldnt be feeling this sad, but i cant help it.
My heart felt like its gonna break or something
