While Jessica's back in office working her butts off,
Krystal & Taeyeon heading towards Incheon International Airport,
her phone rang.

"Hi Ms Jung. Im Dr.Kang calling from the hospital"
"Its regarding Krystal's bone marrow transplant"
"I told you that we found a bone marrow donor for Krystal yesterday afternoon when i met you in the hospital"
"You hoped for the surgery to be ASAP right?"

"Yup Dr.Kang"
"I did"

"Well, i've got everything arranged for Krystal already"
"The surgery will be tomorrow evening, but Krystal have to be admitted into the hospital tomorrow morning for some tests before the surgery"
"Is that okay with you?"

"Jinja?! Dr.Kang! Thats great, i didnt expect it to be so fast!"
"Alright, thanks a lot Dr.Kang, i'll get Krystal ready tomorrow and i guess we'll see you tomorrow?"

"Yup, you're welcome Ms.Jung"
"Im glad that you're happy for your sister. I guess we'll see each other tomorrow then"

Ahh!
Finally, the day has come.
Krystal's gonna be free from all those painful treatment.
Im soon gonna be able to see her full of smiles everyday,
telling me her everyday life.
Gosh, im gonna tell Krystal when she gets home later!

Standing at the arrival hall, Krystal&Taeyeon was chatting happily waiting for Tiffany's arrival.
It seems like Krystal&Taeyeon has became great friends after this afternoon and probably because Krystal doesnt have any friends since she was stucked at home&hospital after treatments&during treatments.

"Its already 8.10pm Krystal"
"Where's that soon-to-be-my-friend Tiffany?"

"Hahahas! Taeyeon unnie! You seem to be so excited about meeting her!"
"Im sure she will be coming out soon"

"Of course i am. This is my first time having so many friends!"

"Me too unnie. I was stucked in the hospital&home ever since i was diagnosed with leukemia"
"Going in&out of the hospital, stucked on the bed"

"Oh.. Does it hurt? Everything?"

"Of course it does! Its like living hell for every treatment"
"But its okay, since i have my sister with me and im going to go through a bone marrow transplant soon"

"Wow, i cant believe you went through so much!"

someone wearing hollywood-style sunglasses,

"YAH! Tiff unnie! Stop shouting! Everyone's looking!!"

"Hey.. who's this?"
Tiffany asked while she removed her sunglasses.

"Oh right. Tiff unnie, this is Taeyeon unnie."
"Jessica unnie's working partner&friend"
"She met her just yesterday"
"She's got a thing for meeting new friends, so i brought her along to meet you Tiff unnie!"

"Krystal unnie&Taeyeon unnie, lets go back home!"

So the three of them went back home together.
To their surprise, Jessica's already home waiting for them!

"Hey, i miss you too" replied Jessica while returning her a hug.

"Are you doing badly here?"
"Aww.."

"Hahas, nope Tiffany"
"Im doing well!"
"So have you talked to Taeyeon?"
"She loves to meet new friends"
"Are you one of her friends already?"

"I guess so?"
"She's really kind&heartwarming"

"I think she is too. Her smiles&laughters are always so comforting.."

While they were catching up & getting to know each other more,
Jessica suddenly stood up, looked at the clock and spoke.

"Its getting late now. Krystal go to bed already."
"Your bone marrow transplant surgery is tomorrow evening"
"You have to get sufficient rest to be able to go through the surgery"

"Jinja unnie? So fast?!"
"Okay then!"
Krystal replied and skipped back into her room like a contented little girl who has gotten her favourite candy.

"Tiff, go to my room okay?"
"We'll sleep together in my room tonight"
"Got plenty of stuff to tell you"

"Alright Jessica!" Tiffany said while throwing her her famous eye smile

Omo. They are sleeping together?!
WHY?!
Ops, why am i feeling this way?

Jessica just got back home from sending Taeyeon home.
She's so tired after one whole day's work that she can fall asleep anytime now at anywhere!
But she just walked back to her room and saw Tiffany lying on her bed waiting for her.

"Hey Tiff, are you free for the rest of the week?"

"Yup i guess so. Why?"

"Can you do me a favour?"

"Sure! But what favour?"

"Can you help me look after Krystal during the whole process of her bone marrow transplant?"
"I've to work but i'll rush back to look after her after work"

"Of course i can! She's my baby jung!"
"But Jessica, arent you trying too hard on yourself?"
"Overworking yourself and taking care of Krystal?"

"Tiff, i've got no choice"
"After my dad passed away, i've to take over and manage the company"
"I cant possibly ask Krystal to help right? She's not in her best of health all the time"
"I dont wanna stress her out. Plus, she's still so young. She's supposed to enjoy life"

"And you know it yourself too that you're also not in your best of health all the time"

"But Krystal's health more important to me.."
"I cant lose her or anyone else anymore since she's my only family member left.."

"What do you expect? This are the must-have for me."
"After i took over the company so suddenly, my health's deteriorating so quickly for the past months Tiff"

"Forget about all these Tiff, lets go to bed"
"Gonna bring Krystal to the hospital to prepare her for the surgery tomorrow morning"

It pained me to see my best friend working so hard for Krystal&the company but not her health.

Krystal started stirring, rubbing her eyes and asked

"What? Why?"
"Im still sleepy unniee~" whined Krystal

"Told you have to go to the hospital to prepare for your surgery already Krystal"

"Unniee~ i thought you said it was in the evening.."

"It is in the evening! But Dr.Kim says you have to be admitted into the hospital in the morning for some tests before the surgery"

"Alright alright. Im up im up!"

"Thats the way baby jung!"

After they got ready everything, they went out together and headed towards the hospital.

 In the hospital ward 

"Krystal, i've filled up all the forms for you already."
"I've to leave for work now, Tiffany unnie will accompany you alright"
"Listen to the doctor & Tiffany unnie yeah?"
"I'll rush back here straight afterwork okay?"

Jessica gave a peck on Krystal's forehead and turned to Tiffany

"Tiff, thanks for everything in advance!"

After Jessica left, Tiffany & Krystal started chatting together like the good old days where they hang out together,
doing stupid things together.

Once Jessica entered the room,
her desk was filled with documents.
AGAIN.

She sighed and sat down while Yuri briefed her on her daily schedule

Sigh..
Schedule here, schedule there.
I just hope that Krystal's surgery will turn out well..
Its so worrying when i have to do so many stuff here and cant be beside Krystal when she needed to go for the surgery.

"Ms.Kim, are you ready for work today?" smiled Yoona

"Uhh.. Yup i guess! So just tell me what kind of schedule i have today&what should i do"
"its just the 2nd day of me working here as CEO"

"Well, since Mr.Kim had completed a lot of projects before you enter"
"There's just this meeting and that, looking through this and that..."

"Mr.Kim really dotes on you well Ms.Kim"
"He's afraid that you cant handle much at first so he wanted to let you take things step by step, slowly"
"So your first step is mostly on the project collaboration with Jung's holdings"

"Okay then, hahas, Yoona&Taeyeon hwaiting!" Taeyeon said while punching both her fist into the air.

"Dont call me Ms.Kim, sounds so old"

"Hahas okay Ms.Kim. Ops"

"Yoona, is there any free time for me today?"
"Or what time does my schedule end?"

"Your schedule ends at 6pm today but if you can complete it earlier like 5pm, then you are done for the day"
"As for your free time, you have around 2 hours free for lunch later"

"Oh really, okay, Yoona, dont schedule anything for my for today's schedule anymore after 6pm"
"And, can you help me order some delicious&healthy food for lunch?"
"For around 4 persons' servings?"

"She's so busy with her work i doubt she got time to eat"

"Yuri told me that ever since Ms Jung took over the company, she's always not in her best of health"
"She took over the company so suddenly, not like you unnie who has Mr.Kim to finish up before passing the company to you" Yoona smiled.
"She has to finish up all the leftover projects and manage the new ones"
"And okay, i'll get that done for you. 4 persons' servings of lunch"

"I'll get going now, to order lunch for you"

"Yuri-ah, you can go out for lunch already. Just get back for my next meeting alright?"
Jessica told Yuri while going through her documents one by one thoroughly.

"How about you Ms Jung? Do you want me to buy you some takeaways?"

"Nope it alright Yuri. Just go and have your lunch. By the time you buy back I guess its time for us to move on to the next meeting"
"So just go and have your lunch"
"I dont wanna be blamed for starving my secretary you know" smiled Jessica

"Okay then, thank you Ms Jung"

Just as Yuri was heading out of the office,
Taeyeon&Yoona came into the office.

"Sica! Sica! I brought lunch for you&Yuri!"
"Lets have lunch together!"

"Why did you buy us lunch?"

"I knew that you wouldnt give up your time to go have lunch"
"So i brought you lunch instead"
"You gotta eat! You're already so skinny!" Taeyeon pouted

"Alright alright"
"Yuri, you can back to your office to have lunch with your Yoona"

"Yeah, just go ahead"

"Here's your lunch packs Yoonyul!" chuckled Taeyeon

Jessica opened the lunch pack and started eating while she continued looking through the documents.

Jessica, shocked at her sudden outburst, sat there stunned.

"Oh.. er.. I just dont have enough time Taeyeon"
"Okayokay.. dont shout at me like this. Everyone's shouting at me like this when im working"
"I'll stop and eat with you okay?"

"Im just worried for you"

While they were eating,

"Yuri~ Look at Taeyeon unnie&Ms. Jung, they looked kinda cute together"

"Yup i guess so. Ms.Kim's always so concerned about Ms.Jung"
"I hope they end up together. HAHAHS."
"You know, just like those fairytale story when they end up happily together?"

"Krystal-ah, how are you feeling now?"
"Great? Since you're gonna be free from those painful treatments already"

"But im kinda nervous. There's a 5% chance that my body might reject the bone marrow you know.."
"If my body rejects it, then my body will a turn for the worst"
"So im kinda worried too"

"Dont worry Krystal. Im sure you're not in the 5% but the 95% range!"
"In an hours time you'll be in the operation theatre, so dont worry so much!"

"Tiff unnie.. I hope to see Jessica unnie before im pushed into the operation theatre.."
"Do you think Jessica unnie will be able to come in time before im pushed in?" pouted Krystal

"Im sure she will" smiled Tiffany

Krystal's still like a kid to me,
forever asking for her Jessica unnie.

Aish..
Gotta rush there before Krystal gets into the operation theatre.
Although Krystal said she's fine,
I guess she scared but doesnt wanna let me know 'cause i'll be worried for her.
She's still my baby Krystal afterall...
When she's scared, she'll always look for me.
Just like all her chemotheraphy treatments, she need me to be with her.

45 minutes later

"Ahh.. Finally, i've finished all these documents"
"Im left with 15 minutes to get to the hospital"
"Gosh, gotta hurry"
"Yuri, prepare car. Right now to the hospital"

"Neh, Ms Jung"
Yuri went down and called the driver to drive up the car.
While Jessica got down a little later than Yuri,
She got onto the car immediately and rushed to the hospital.

As soon as she reached the hospital,
her phone rang.

"Yoboseyo"

"JESSICA! ARE YOU REACHING?! THEY ARE PUSHING KRYSTAL INTO THE OPERATION THEATRE!"

"Im at the hospital already! Give me 1 minute!! Ask them to stop first"

Jessica hung up the call and started running towards Krystal's ward.
She was panting & gasping for air, despite that she didnt stop running till she reaches Krystal's ward.

"Krystal, unnie's here. Dont be afraid okay?"
Jessica said while giving Krystal a peck on her forehead and a hug to comfort her while Krystal nodded with a smile.

With that the nurses pushed Krystal out of the ward and into the operation theatre.
As soon as Krystal left the ward,
Jessica fell on the chair and started gasping for air while clutching her chest.
Witnessing everything,
Tiffany started scrambling through Jessica's bag for her inhaler.
At the same time, Taeyeon just arrived at Krystal's ward witnessing Jessica's asthma attack.
She was stunned, looking at how much pain Jessica's in, she rushed into the ward and helped Tiffany to looked for her inhaler.

"Found! Here Jessica, quick! Inhale!" instructed Tiffany
After inhaling, Jessica started calming down.

"How're you feeling right now Jessica/Sica?" asked Tiffany&Taeyeon

"Im fine" smiled Jessica weakly

"Dont say you're fine! I was so worried just now, looking at how much pain you're in!" shouted Tiffany&Taeyeon while they help Jessica onto Krystal's bed for the time being.

"Aish.. dont worry guys. Really. Its just a daily happening. It looked more serious just now 'cause i ran all the way here"
"You know.. I cant run.."
"But Krystal wants to see me before getting into the operation theatre"
"And, the both of you better dont tell Krystal i ran because of her, and had an attack because of her"
"She's gonna blame herself for it"

"Alright alright, we wont tell"
"Now rest first okay Jessica"
"We'll call you when Krystal's coming out" instructed Tiffany

"Yeah rest first Sica" agreed Taeyeon

"Ani, I cant. Still got work to do"
"I came here completing half of my work 'cause of Krystal"

Its my first time seeing Jessica pout.

"If not, you know whats going to happen right? Either Dr.Choi comes or Mr.Cucumber will come to you"
"If its Dr.Choi, you know it yourself, you're gonna be on the bed for days"
"If its Mr.Cucumber, you know it too. You're still gonna stay in be for days"

"Aww.. Tiff, why are you always like this? I know you're concerned about me.."

"They act like my mum sometimes.." whispered Jessica

While Jessica's 1 hour of working starts,
Taeyeon pulled Tiffany to a corner.

"Hey Tiff, why is it that cucumber can make Jessica to be on her bed for days?"

"Oh, hahs. That. She's got a really weird allergy. Which is cucumber allergy"
"She cant eat it as it will give her asthma attack"
"Then, we'll have to call her doctor-in-charge Dr.Choi"
"He's been taking care of Jessica ever since she was diagnosed with asthma"
"So he'll agree with us to give her bed rest etc 'cause Dr.Choi also realised that she's working too much"

"Oh.. you seem to know Jessica very well.."

"Yup, i know here when she was young, she lived in US for some period of time"
"I met her there"
"Then we got our own jobs, things to take care of"
"I became one of the top international models while Jessica had to come back to Korea to take care of her father's business and baby Jung"

"No problem, im telling this to wish that more people will take care of that dumb girl"

"Im giving you 3 seconds to shut your laptop and rest"

"Not buts, you're not keeping? Im calling Dr.Choi" Tiffany threatened while she pulled out her phone from her pocket.

"Okayokay.. Im keeping.. Stop threatening me with Dr.Choi."
"Im totally fine okay?"

Then, Jessica started keeping her laptop, documents etc and sat back at the chair resting & waiting for Krystal's return.

"Aish.. She's been like this, a workaholic after her father passed away" sighed Tiffany.

Taeyeon's POV

Woah..
Hearing from Tiffany made me feel like Sica went through a lot after her father's death.
Its so sad for her..
Nevermind!
Im gonna take care of her then!
