After the movie, Ryeowook was already so sleepy and is now lying down. Kyuhyun was still awake, reading a book. He suddenly remembered to ask Kyuhyun something.

“Kyu?” he said, facing Kyuhyun.

“Hm?”

“Is Siwon hyung…?” Ryeowook hesitated.

“What?”

“Is he...does he...does he like men?” Ryeowook finally asked.

“Well, I wouldn’t know.” Kyuhyun shrugged.

“He’s your childhood friend, right? Your families are business partners after all. ”

“Yeah, but we never really talk about that.”

“But do you talk about girls?”

“Uhm, no.” Kyuhyun said, suddenly looking uncomfortable. “Why are you asking this?”

“Well, you said he asked if Yesung hyung is single...”

“Ohhh. That.” Kyuhyun said.

“Well?” Ryeowook pushed, curious.

“I don’t know, Ryeonggu. I’m sleepy now.” Kyuhyun said, shutting down his book and lying down on the bed.

Ryeowook finds all this fishy, but is too sleepy to think straight. And after a while, dreamland has claimed him again.

Ryeowook is cooking kimchi fried rice while singing a song. A pair of arms s around his waist and he looked back at Kyuhyun hugging him from behind.

“Hmm, smells so good!” Kyuhyun said with a smile.

“Wait for a while, it’s nearly done.” Ryeowook answered.

“I meant you.” Kyuhyun said while putting his head in the nook of Ryeowook’s neck, sniffing.

“Kyu, what are you doing?” Ryeowook said, laughing playfully.

Kyuhyun shut down the stove and turned Ryeowook to face him. He looked at Ryeowook’s eyes and bent down slowly to claim Ryeowook’s lips. Sweetly at first, and then he pressed himself closer to Ryeowook as he kissed him deeper, with Kyuhyun’s hands on Ryeowook’s back, clutching tightly. 

Ryeowook woke up, shocked. He’s already used to dreaming about Kyuhyun almost every night, but this one is something new. His dreams consist of Kyuhyun’s smiles and little touches, but they had never kissed or embraced that close in his dreams before.

Ryeowook is unnerved. Blushing, he sat up and looked around and saw Kyuhyun cooking right in front of him.

“Good morning Ryeonggu! I’m cooking kimchi fried rice.” Kyuhyun said, noticing him awake.

Ryeowook’s eyes bugged out. His dream hitting too close to reality. He immediately got up and grabbed clothes from his closet.

“I-I’m in a hurry. I’ll be going ahead.” Ryeowook said as he dashed towards the bathroom.

“But this is your favorite!” Kyuhyun said, disappointment evident on his face.

Ten minutes later, Ryeowook is already out the door of their dorm. “Bye, Kyu!” he shouted without looking back at Kyuhyun who looked so confused.

It’s actually still very early. He has more than one hour left before his first class starts so he decided to walk to the University’s park. He sat down on a bench and held his chest. He sighed, frustrated. He took out his phone.

Sorry for leaving in a hurry. By the way, I won’t be eating dinner at the dorm later so don’t cook too much.

He needs to put distance between Kyuhyun and him for now. If that dream is any indication, he’s treading on dangerous waters now.
