Donghae snapped another photo of Hyukjae while he stood in front of the class and mimicked the move he was trying to show the trainees for the third time. He looked at himself on the mirror and counted off each step to the beat. He stepped to the left, swiftly moved his legs with his arms then counted again when he did a similar move the right. Everyone's eyes were on him and as soon as Hyukjae finished the last step, the shuttering sound of Donghae's camera echoed in the practice room. 

"Yah! Enough!" Hyukjae exploded at Donghae who was smiling teasingly at him but tried to look baffled at Hyukjae's sudden explosion. 

The trainees around the room quickly picked up on the act and stifled their laugh. 

"What? I'm just doing my job."

Hyukjae glared at him and completely ignored their current audience. "You're supposed to be taking pictures of them," Hyukjae pointed towards his students who innocently shifted their gaze at Donghae to see what witty remark he would make next. "Not me!"

"Actually, I was told to take sample shots of the production's behind the scenes," Donghae informed innocently. He put on his professional act and looked through the shots he's already taken with his camera before looking back up to meet Hyukjae's glare with a charming smile. "Part of the creative process."

"Creative process, my ." Hyukjae muttered. "You're distracting me."

Donghae wasn't able to stop the breathy giggle that came out of him as he raised his camera back up and snapped a photo of Hyukjae's very annoyed face. He quickly reviewed it and showed it to the other trainees who immediately laughed along with him. 

"Now, this would definitely create a buzz for your production, don't you think so?"

A resounding "Yes!~" came frome everyone which only illicited an annoyed groan from Hyukjae. Not knowing what else to do, Hyukjae hit Donghae's backside lightly and started playing the music from his speaker. 

"Everyone, places!" Hyukjae clapped his hands together and started counting. Donghae rubbed the spot Hyukjae kicked him, albeit lightly, with a light chuckle before bringing his camera back up and taking candid snaps of Hyukjae's students copying exactly what he did. Hyukjae stood at the side observing the synchrosity and accuracy of each trainee. He walked around them and stood in the back to see what the formation would look like when he got sidetracked by Donghae once again. 

The latter wasn't doing anything distracting in particular, just the way he smiled and lit up when he looked at a particular photo he took of them doing the highlight part of the routine. Hyukjae just had to take a second admiring the view because every time Donghae smiles that smile of his that tells him how happy the latter is, Hyukjae couldn't help but get second-hand happinness from him. However, Hyukjae must have taken more than just a second because one of his students had to wave his hand in front of him to snap him back to reality.

"Seonsaengnim? Seonsaengnim, are you okay?"

"Huh? What?" Hyukjae looked around and saw everyone (including Donghae) staring at him. The song was still playing in the background and it was then that Hyukjae realized he hasn't covered that part of the song. "Uhh...g-good...good job!" Hyukjae played it off as cooly as he can by clapping his hands together really loudly and raising two thumbs up. The trainees were still a little stunned and shared a look of confusion. Hyukjae briskly walked back to the speaker and paused the song. 

"Hyukjae, are you okay?" Donghae asked worriedly. 

Hyukjae took a brief glance at him before quickly looking away when he saw how Donghae was looking at him. Those eyes were just too expressive and he's not quite sure why his heart was still skipping a beat. Shouldn't he be immune to it by now?

"I'm-I'm fine," Hyukjae cleared his throat and tried to look busy on his phone. "Are you done?"

Donghae was a little taken aback by the sudden aloofness in Hyukjae's attitude but quickly brushed it off. "I think so. I should have enough for the portfolio."

Hyukjae hummed and nodded his head as acknowledgment. Not fully trusting his voice at the moment. Donghae noticed and frowned. 

"What's wrong?" He couldn't help but ask. 

"Nothing's wrong," Hyukjae answered as he started another song and motioned towards the trainees to get in position. "You should-um...go to your meeting now. I gotta review what Shindong hyung did with them this morning and I don't think they could concentrate with your camera distracting them every ten seconds."

Donghae was almost offended at being called a distraction but seeing Hyukjae's strange behavior, he decided to check in on him later. Donghae grabbed the rest of his equipment and told Hyukjae to wait for him when he's done then proceeded to wave goodbye to the rest of the trainees. There were several who waved back eagerly at him and had an obvious frown at his departure. Donghae and Hyukjae both noticed. 

Once Donghae was out of the room, Hyukjae let out a sigh of relief he didn't know he was holding. Shaking his head back to reality, Hyukjae started clapping his hands along with the beat and focused his attention on the routine. Work and dance were the only two things that worked in effectively getting his mind off of Donghae.

Walking out of Hyukjae's rehearsal room, Donghae couldn't shake the feeling that maybe he should have stayed with him longer. He made his way to Sungmin's office while looking down on his cameras and assessing which ones he should present as part of his angle for the production. Donghae was so focused on his camera that he didn't see another person coming his way when he a corner. 

"Omo! I'm sorry." Donghae quickly apologized but then immediately scowled when he saw who it was. 

Siwon looked unaffected and simply fixed the creases of his suit. "It's okay. No harm, no foul." Siwon then showed Donghae a friendly smile to which the latter simply scoffed at. Donghae didn't want his mood to dampen any further and decided to quickly walk away and get as far away from other as possible. Siwon looked back at him, a little stunned by his rude behavior but decided to brush it off. 

Donghae was walking so briskly towards Sungmin's office, still obviously upset at bumping into Siwon, that when he opened the door to Sungmin's office, both him and his guest were startled by his arrival. Donghae realized it too late but didn't have time to be embarrass when Shindong wrapped up his meeting with Sungmin. 

"Okay, I'll let you know when everything's arranged. It'd definitely be easier to direct the whole thing once we know how the ending will go." Shindong stood up and bowed his head before turning around to take his leave. On his way out, however, Shindong patted Donghaes shoulder twice before bursting out laughing. His laugh lasted quite a while since Donghae was still able to hear a faint echo of his laughter even when he knew Shindong was already a good distance away. 

Sungmin chuckled seeing Donghae's flustered look but still waved him in. "Donghae-ssi, how can I help you?"

"Uhh...I-I was just...I came to show you the sample shots I've taken for the promo." Donghae lifted his camera a little in the air to indicate that he was indeed there with a purpose. "I thought I'd get your opinion so I know what direction you're looking for."

Sungmin smiled, obviously happy with Donghae's direct work approach. He left his desk and met with Donghae halfway by the small meeting table he had set up in his office and looked through the shots he took. Sungmin was intrigued and liked the quality of Donghae's work. It was clean and each action shot was precise. Just by looking at the photo, Sungmin could feel the intensity of their training and how hard the boys must have been working if the sweat and focused look they had were anything to go by. 

It was all really impressive but...Sungmin couldn't help but notice that it may slightly just be more focused on the instructor than it is on the students. Despite the fact that he could obviously see Kyuhyun and Taemin at the center but the way Hyukjae looke
