Sarang helps hold the door for Sehun who's carrying their already sleeping son inside their hotel room after a whole day of having fun in the theme park, Hajun fall asleep immediately after their dinner at one of the restaurants in the theme park. Sarang could never forget how happy and bright her son looks like everytime he starts squealing excitedly in every attractions they visited and she makes a mental note to thank Sehun for preparing only the best for their son. Putting Hajun on the bed and fixing her blanket, Sehun turns to look at Sarang who's staring at him with a smile on his face,

"You can go and freshen yourself up first, I'll look after Hajun in the meantime."

Sarang didn't say anything but she marches forward, standing tall in front of Sehun after putting her sling bag down, making the guy arches his eyebrows as he stares at her,

"Thank you, for today. And for the past days."

Sarang whispers, just when she's about to walk towards the bathroom, Sehun gently held her wrist, 

"Can we talk? Please, Sarang."

Sarang sighs, knowing that no matter how bad she tries to avoid him, to push him away, he'll never stop trying so she thought on settling things out between them that night, so she nods,

"After I take my shower."

Sehun hums with a huge smile on his face as he releases his ex-wife's wrist, watching her making her way towards the bathroom and he couldn't help but feels a surge of happiness bubbling inside him now that she's giving him the chance to finally talk to her. Turning to look at his already sleeping son, Sehun leans down and peck a kiss on Hajun's cheek, whispering towards the sleeping boy,

"Daddy will fix everything back, Hajun. I promise. Daddy loves you and your mommy so much."

Sehun waited for almost 30 minutes and when he heard the bathroom door being opened, he puts his phone down on the bedside table and sits up from the bed, carefully standing up to not wake Hajun who's still deep in his sleep. He could see her drying her long hair with a small towel in front of the mirror and she looks extremely pretty with her bare face and her long hair messy as she gently dries every strands of her hair. Noticing that she's being watched, Sarang turns to look at Sehun and puts her small towel down on the small couch, signalling him to talk outside at the balcony and the guy smiles, making his way out. 

Sarang slides the sliding door closed and take a look at her sleeping son before she settles herself down besides Sehun, eyes staring straight towards the pitch black night view in front of them. 

"Sarang."

Sarang hums, she could feel him staring at her but she couldn't make herself to turn and look at him,

"I'm sorry. I'm a jerk, I should've believed you. I should never doubt about Hajun. I should never..."

Sehun releases his breath, feeling tears pooling in his eyes as he saw her tears start falling down her rosy cheeks, making his heart breaks so much thinking about all the pain he caused her.

"I should never chase you out, I should never force you to sign the divorce paper. I love you, Sarang. I love you so much. I was stupid, I was a fool and I know that. I'm sorry for everything."

Sarang purses her lips, her hands move to wipe her tears before she softly speaks,

"You said you're digusted with me. You said you regretted everything that happened between us. You said you wanted me to disappear and you want everything about us to become a nightmare that you want to wake up to."

"Sarang, I--"

"I think about those words every single day, I could never forget how you look at me with so much hate in your eyes. I can't stop thinking why can't you trust me, what wrong did my baby do to be thrown out of his own father's life. Everytime I look at Hajun I feel so sad and angry that he has to grow up without a father, in a foreign country with just the two of us. But he never complained, not even once. And that makes me feel much more sad and angry. You chased us out like we're some sort of dirts that you want to get cleaned off yourself. And when we came back here, you said nasty things to me, claiming that Hajun is Baekhyun's son when he's yours. I had to lie to everyone, I had to tell everyone that Hajun didn't have a father and everytime I did that my heart breaks so much. Hajun didn't do anything wrong and why he has to live without being able to receive the love he deserves from his father who's still well and alive?"

Sarang starts sobbing as she looks down on her lap, her tears dropping down, staining her favourite pink pyjamas but she couldn't care less. She suffered alone for 5 years, and to finally talk about it out loud to the person who's the cause of her misery, really making her walls to start crumbling down. Sehun sighs, looking up to not let his tears fall before he stands up and crouches in front of Sarang who's a crying mess, taking her trembling hand in his,

"I'm sorry, Love. I'm really really, deeply sorry. For everything I've said, for everything I've done. You and Hajun don't deserve any of it, I'm sorry for making you go through everything alone. I'm sorry for breaking your heart. I'm.. truly.."

Sehun bites his bottom lips as he starts sobbing too, burying his face on their intertwined hands on Sarang's lap. He regretted everything, he regretted every single thing that happened and he hates himself for saying those awful things to the woman he loves the most, to the mother of his child. Sarang choked on her tears seeing how broken and regretful Sehun looks like as he cries on her lap, his broad shoulders moving in every sobs that come out of his mouth and Sarang couldn't help but moves her free hand to caress his soft hair, gently caressing them as she let him cry with her.

"You said you love me but why can't you trust me that time, Sehun?"

Sarang whispers, her hand didn't stop caressing his hair until he looks up from her lap, face red and drenched with tears,

"My mom's the one behind everything. I'm sorry I didn't trust you. I'm sorry my mom did that to you. I'm sorry--"

"It's not fair."

Sehun stares at Sarang who's looking down at her, her tears didn't seem to stop flowing down her cheeks and his heart breaks at that,

"Why are you apologising for what your mother did? Why should you apologise on her behalf? You did wrong too, it's true but what your mother did has nothing to do with you, so please, don't apologise about it. I don't want to hear you apologising for what your mother did towards me. She's the one at fault and she's the one who needs to apologise for what she has done, not
