4/4 Updates

3rd Person POV

729 B.C years ago *Note: This is before 747 B.C Years ago*

"Haha take that," the young boys said as they kicked the little girl holding a piece of bread. She cried hugging the bread close to her.

"Give me that," they said yanking the pice of bread out of the child's hand

"No, no please I haven't eaten in days" the girl cried as she crawled trying to get the bread out of his hand, the boy just laughed before kicking her stomach.

"Hey! you!" an older looking boy said running up to the group of boys and tackling them down.

"Ugh get off me," they said before kicking the boy off of him, the boys all ganged up on the older boy until he couldn't even move.

"Tsk lets go," they said before leaving the two in the alley.

"Yonggeun Oppa" the little girl came up to him shaking his body

"HERE!" The teen's hand shot up holding a bag, he got up smiling.

"Yonggeun Oppa" the little girl hugged him

"There, there Yubin, your safe" Yonggeun patted her head. The little girl calm down and they both leaned on the wall of the alley

"Here" Yonggeun handed Yubin a piece of steam bun, Yubin eyes sparkled as she munched down her steam bun in a flash only to release she hasn't saved any for her older brother so she started to cry

"Hey, hey it ok" Yonggeun patted her head "Oppa already ate," he said

"OPPA NO" the little girl screamed as she chased after the guards, the guards stopped her and pushed her back. Yonggeun stopped and smiled at the little girl, it's ok he mouth before continuing to walk. Yonggeun had got caught stealing gold from one of the noble people and accidentally knocked over a shelf causing the shelf to fall onto the person, killing him. After the trial and multiple beating, Yonggeun was sentenced to death. Yubin watched in horror with the crowd as they hung her brother, she cried running away from the plaza. Yubin ran far away, far far away.

4 days in the forest Yubin spent, she was hungry, scared and lonely. She missed her brother, crying herself to sleep every night. Yubin was at her limit, she was only 7. Being deprived of food and water, it's a miracle that she's even alive. After some more walking, she collapsed. Luckily for her, a chariot happen to be traveling pass

"Heave," he said as the horses stopped

"A child" he got off and checked her pulse, she was still alive. The traveler scooped up the child and went on his way home. Upon opening the door he quickly rushed the child to a bed after realizing the child had developed a high fever.

"Appa" a little girl called out from the other side of the door

"Gahyeon can you help Appa with something," the traveler said, the little girl nodded and ran to her father's side

"Appa needs to go and see someone very important as well a pick up some herbs, can you look after her for me," he said, Gahyeon smiled and nodded.

"Doctor Lee, your guests are here" one of the housemaids called out, Doctor Lee looked at his daughter and smiled before heading out. Gahyeon was left alone with the sleeping girl, she looked at her carefully, examining her face and the type of clothes she was wearing. Yubin looked pretty ragged, her face was dirty, she was skinny and small while the clothes she wore were torn and patchy. Gahyeon went to grab a bowl of water and a towel, the little girl started cleaning Yubin's face, she cleaned her hands and feet before rinsing the water of the towel and placing it on Yubin's forehead. Slowly the unconscious girl opened her eyes which shocked Gahyeon, out of nowhere Yubin started crying.

"Oppa" she cried out, Gahyeon panicked and didn't know what to do, she called for the maid who then patted Yubin to stop her from crying. Gahyeon sat and watched as Yubin didn't stop. frustrated the maid went out to grab some make the little girl some food. Gahyeon walked up to her and held her hand drawing soft circles on it, magically it stopped Yubin from crying. The maid soon walked in and handed Yubin some food as well as some water. Yubin gobbled the rice and meet down in less than 2 minutes. The maid chuckled

"What's your name?" the maid asked

"Y-Yubin" she replied, the maid pat her head

"Well Yubin, I'm going to go but if you need anything just ask lady Gahyeon here" the maid pointed to the little kid that was next to her. After the maid left an awkward silence formed in the room, Gahyeon made a move to get closer to Yubin but stopped when Yubin flinched.

"I-I won't hurt you, I promise" Gahyeon raised her pinky finger, Yubin looked at it not knowing what it
