Jessica is glancing at her side, on the side of the bed. Someone is sleeping soundly; and she knows it. She’s not having random with random people

But that side, usually occupied by someone who holds Jessica’s heart all the time and she forgets to give it back

“You are awake” a manly voice jolted her

“Morning, Donghae” Jessica smiled. Her relationship with this man is complicated. She won’t be able to say that Lee Donghae; the man who sleeps beside her, is her boyfriend. Instead, both of them agreed on the term of Friend with Benefit

“What time is it?” Donghae stretched his arms and intentionally hugging Jessica. He inhales the sweet scent from Jessica’s neck while leaving some pecks on the juncture of her neck

“6 in the morning” Jessica replied. She pecks Donghae’s cheek and slipped from her comforter, “We need to be ready, I have work”

“I thought you are free today. You just finished your fashion week tour yesterday” Donghae yawned, still buried himself

“Work is work. I got the offer from SM to be their MV actress” said Jessica while walking to her bathroom, “You go ready”

“Yea, Baby” Donghae chuckled, for the Friend with Benefit things, Jessica and he might be too touchy for it. But neither of them is care enough

“Morning, Jessica” Wony, Jessica’s manager chirps happily when she opened the door. Jessica smiled back and processed herself to her seat

“Did you have any breakfast?” Jessica asked

“Just a sandwich. I bet you don’t have any single bit”

“Sure. Still jetlag”

“Are you sure? Since I saw Lee Donghae came out from your building”

“Dispatch would ignore it” Jessica chuckled, “We denied it immediately”

“Rumor will be rumor. Last time you need to be aware since Dispatch wanted to release your photo with Tyler Kwon”

“I don’t care” Jessica sighed, “You know that all of the rumors are false, Unnie”

“I know it exactly” Wony looked from the rearview, “Have you read the proposal from SM about this MV?”

“Not yet. But Tiffany said it would be great from me because the song itself is great. And the information that they were considering between Yoona or me, already flattered me”

“They said Yoona’s face is too bright for this song”

“Yah, I’m gonna tell her!”

“Ooops. It’s meant your face is gloomy, Sica”

“I know” Jessica shrugs

“I’ll make that smile last forever, Sica”

“Do you promise me?”

“I promise”

“Jess...sica?” Wony’s voice snapped her back

“Hm? Sorry”

“You were daydreaming. I bought the sandwich and coffee. Go eat before we attend the meeting with SM and the actor”

“Lee Dongwook, right?”

“Yeah. Don’t make it obvious, people already guessed that you will reunite with your ex”

“Oppa and I just a colleague” Jessica huffed, “I have no idea why people always assumed things”   

“People wanted to see whatever they pleased to” said Wony while turning the car to the right, “We’re arrived”

The initial greeting is smooth; Jessica already knew Dongwook and his team. Also, the MV Director is known her very well since her debut. As a model and Director of her own brand, Jessica is well-known on the entertainment industry. She starred on many MV along with her sister, Krystal Jung. Both of them were known to be super sister in this industry

Jessica wasn’t aware about the song that she will be the actress at, until the director mentioned it

“The singer would be there in a minute” Danny Jo, the director informed Jessica, “I’m glad the company agreed with me to choose you and Dongwook, Sica. Your chemistry with him is undeniable”

“Oppa, you are too exaggerating” Jessica playfully pushed his shoulder, “I’m happy too, for working with familiar people. Anyway, I’m not reading the lyrics yet”

“When the singer comes, you can see her singing live” Danny chuckled, “Oh, here she is”

Jessica turned her head to the followed direction and that’s when her time stopped ticking

“Good morning, Taeyeon-ssi!”

Taeyeon smiled to the crowd. It’s been a long time when she’s back to Korea and produce music in her hometown. She just ended her world tour after her debut on five years ago; she’s a superstar. And now, she’s having comeback with the heartbreaking song titled “Fine” and the MV is in process

“Taeyeon, the actor and actress for your MV already here” the assistant director informed Taeyeon and pointed at the tent where Jessica and Danny had a conversation, “My name is Yuna”

“Thank you, Yuna” Taeyeon smiled and walked to the shelter. She’s preparing for this time like this, she also the one who agreed to make Jessica as the actress of her MV

“Hey, Tae!” Danny smiled, Jessica just half smiled to her, “I guess you already know Jessica Jung here”

“Yeah. We met several years ago” Taeyeon smiled, “Nice to meet you again, Jessica”

Jessica nods and muttered that she needs to find her co-actor for discussing something about the MV

“Is she having stomach cramp?” Danny furrowed his eyebrows, “She just fine a while ago”

“Maybe” Taeyeon shrugs, “Let’s start the meeting, Oppa”

“Yah, Unnie! Why don’t you tell me that this is Taeyeon’s song” Jessica hissed after she found her manager behind the desk

“Tiffany told me not. Besides, I sent the proposal to you”

“This is for work, Sica. You know SM paid well, right? I thought you were moved on from Taeyeon since you changed your partner often”

“She’s the reason why I don’t have a stable partner” Jessica huffed. She was about to snaps again when Dongwook comes to her

“Sica, let’s have the meeting” he let his gummy smiled, “Other is waiting”

“Sure” Jessica nods and mouthed we will talk later to her manager before following Dongwook outside

“Aigoo, this girl” Wony shook her head and took her phone. She called the exact number to informs about the event
