Before Jessica realized, Tiffany is sure Taeyeon and Jessica were getting closer day by day. She often boss slash best friend, and the latte only chuckled upon the tease

“Your boss seems happy,” said Tiffany to Wendy, Jessica’s secretary

“I heard Taeyeon-ssi often came here and brought her for lunch,” Wendy replied, “Her mood will be great after that.”

“I hope Taeyeon would have the courage to say it,” Tiffany mumbled, “Well, please call Seohyun if Jessica arrived.”

“Okay, Director Kwon.”

“Yaaah, can you just call me Tiffany Unnie,” Tiffany protruded her lips. In this small company, she wants to make the atmosphere comfortable; they do not have many crews anyway, “You call Jessica with Unnie.”

“Ah, sorry,” Wendy laughed, “Unnie? Okay, Tiffany, Unnie. Because I knew Jessica Unnie from my younger days, and I called Unnie back then. She insisted.”

“I insist too,” Tiffany playfully flicked Wendy’s forehead, “I’ll be back in my room, Wendy.”

“See you later.”

“Ah, really?” Jessica covered while she laughed at Taeyeon’s jokes. The latter was telling her about the story of her school days in Paris. She said the story when her lecture fell in love with her friend, but another one was taking a false alarm, so the class was chaos because of the three people

“Lucky enough, we didn’t cancel the class. That was the last day before the exam for the dessert course,” Taeyeon chuckled and took her drink. Jessica and she were getting closer. Also, Jaehyun likes Taeyeon’s presence. He often called Taeyeon or vice versa, for having a game at arcade or basketball yard

“I heard Jaehyun called you yesterday and played the arcade game,” Jessica stated, her eyes are looking straightly at Taeyeon

“Umh, yeah,” Taeyeon scrubs her nape nervously, “Sorry.”

“He found the partner for the game,” Jessica shook her head in amusement, “I can’t stop him, but you need to know, he needs to study!”

“Yes, Ma’am,”

“Why did I scold you?” Jessica laughed

“I can take care of Jaehyun,” said Taeyeon in a heartbeat. She cursed internally since her words could come uncertain  

“Haha, we’re fine. Don’t worry,” Jessica flashed her smile. Her usual smile which makes Taeyeon’s heart flipped around

“I mean,” Taeyeon jerked, “I can find him if you lost him,” Taeyeon chuckled nervously again, “I know where he goes.”

“Seems like you are getting closer with him than me.”

“Huh? Hahaha,” Taeyeon laughed nervously. She has no idea to explain why she likes having Jaehyun around

“Don’t worry. He seems comfortable with you.”

“I’m happy to hear that. How about you?”

“I’m fine,” Jessica smiled, “You make me comfortable, and I like your company.”

“Thank you,” Taeyeon grinned, “I’m afraid if you still hold the grudges when I left.”

“Oh sure, I still hold the grudges,” Jessica rolled her eyes, “You said we’re best friend.”

“Don’t make me repeat another story,” Taeyeon sticks her tongue out, “Anyway, did your lunchtime almost over?”

“Ah, right,” Jessica glanced to her watch, and Taeyeon swears she can see Jessica’s disappointed eyes

“Let’s go. I will walk you to the office,” Taeyeon stood first before Jessica

“You don’t need to,” said Jessica, “Your bakery is across mine.”

“That’s the reason why I like to walk you until the office. Not a big deal.”

“Thank you then. You are so gallant,” Jessica didn’t mean to compliment the smaller woman, but she could see Taeyeon’s redden ears

“Not first time to hear that,” Taeyeon tried to ease her thumping heart by joked around, “Ah, I remember about your offer to accompany you to Daejeon. Is it still available?”

“Haha, do you think I offered to many people? Of course! Usually, I came alone or with Jaehyun.”

“Then, count me in,” said Taeyeon, “I asked my brother, and he said that would be okay if I go with you on Saturday for the museum exhibition.”

“That’s good,” Jessica smiled widely, “Glad that you will come with me. Do you have another plan upon you agreed to come with me?”

“Not really,” Taeyeon taps her finger, “I think it would be nice for me to go around. I just stick in Jeonju after I came back to Korea.”

“Okay,” Jessica stops for a while. They arrived at Jessica’s office. Taeyeon let a heavy sigh, but she’s hoping Jessica didn’t notice that. Oh, how Taeyeon hopes they could walk another way so the time would be longer than this. Taeyeon likes Jessica’s side view, correction, she loves everything on Jessica

“Well, I’ll see you later,” Taeyeon smiled at her company. The wind blows to Jessica’s hair, which makes Taeyeon holds her breath on how breathtaking Jessica with her messy hair

“Aish, the wind,” Jessica grumbled, “See you later, Taeyeon.”

“Aunty Tae!” a young boy called Taeyeon when she finished one stick of cigarette. It’s her habit after work, coming to a park, and smoking for a while. The reason only because her mother hates her smoking, but she couldn’t stop it

“Hey Jaehyun,” Taeyeon smiled to the newcomer, “Where are you come from?”

“From Mark’s house. We had a group assignment for tomorrow.”

“That’s good,” Taeyeon reached Jaehyun’s head and patted him, “Do you want to get some ice creams?”

“Huh?”

“It’s on me,” Taeyeon chuckled

“I know,” Jaehyun winked and laughed, “I just surprised because it comes nowhere.”

“Hahaha, let’s go!”

“Jaehyun, are you busy this Saturday?” Taeyeon asked while enjoying the chocolate ice cream

“Yep. I have basketball training, and Mommy asked me before to come with her.”

“Your mom asked me,” Taeyeon grinned
