“Jessica” a low voice from a middle-aged man jerked her. She turned her head aside and finds her parent is standing with the same look; worried

“Mom, Dad…” Jessica sighed, “Is she will be okay?”

“Park Chunghoo is a great doctor,” said Mr. Jung, “I know him for a long time since resident days so you need to believe him”

“Who is she, Sica?” Mrs. Jung asked, “You never introduce her to us and yet, why Yuri also came to the hospital”

“She’s… friend” there’s a short pause between Jessica’s words, “Same faculty with Yuri?”

“Faculty of Medicine?” Mr. Jung asked, as a doctor in the university hospital, which is Jessica’s college, he knows almost all of the co-assistant doctor

“Yes. The same year with Yuri too” Jessica answered

“Oh, four years” Mr. Jung nods his head, “I hope she would be okay since the co-assistant years will be starting in the 6 months”

Jessica sighed heavily when listening to her father, this is so ed up and she has no idea what should she say after this to her parent

“Are you Taeyeon’s parent?” Mr. Jung asked

“Ah, yeah. We’re sorry, we need to wait for Taeyeon’s brother for driving us there because my eyesight is decreasing” said Mr. Kim, “Thank you for accompanying Taeyeon to be there”

“That’s fine” Mr. Jung smiled warmly, “My daughter was the one who called you”

“You must be Jessica” Mrs. Kim smiled, “Thank you”

“You’re welcome, Mrs. Kim” Jessica bows

“Kim Taeyeon was assigned to the best doctor here” Mrs. Jung smiled to the couple, “It would be fine”

“Thank you again”

“Since you are here, we will take our leave” Mrs. Jung bows and takes Jessica’s hand, followed by Mr. Jung and Yuri

“We’ll see you later” Mr. Jung bowed a little before proceeds to the seat near the door

“Sica…” Yuri halted their steps, “You can go home with me”

“No need” Jessica replied coldly, “You can go home and fix your car”

“But…”

“Yuri, since Jessica refused, let her be” Mr. Jung smiled again, he’s totally warm compared to Jessica or her mother

“Okay, I’ll pick you up tomorrow”

“No. Fix your car first and we will talk later” Jessica stated again and walks away to her parent’s car

“Do you want to talk about, who is it again, ah, Kim Taeyeon?” Mrs. Jung looks at the rearview, to see Jessica is crossed her arms and her face is tired

“No, not now, Mom,” said Jessica

“Sica…”

“We can talk about it tomorrow, huh?” Mr. Jung placed his hand on top of Mrs. Jung and caresses it gently. He knows both of them are stubborn and it would be harder if they talk with their tiredness like this

“I hope it’s not affecting your engagement, Sica” said Mrs. Jung, “You know it would be hard to tell Wori and Eunjung about that”

“How is it related to Yuri?” Jessica challenged
