"Can you say it again?" I asked Irene.

"No." She shortly answered.

"Pleaaaaase." I begged.

"No."

"Just one more time."

She rolled her eyes and asked, "How many more days would you bug me about that?"

"I'll never stop. Not until you say it again." I grinned.

"Then, if I do, you'd stop?"

I nodded and said, "But I can't promise!"

"I won't then."

"Argh~" I pout sadly.

I just want her to tell me those three words again. What's so hard about that? Hearing it once would never be enoughhh.

"Do you prefer hearing things than feeling it?" She asked out of the blue.

"I prefer feeling it, of course." I answered.

"Then stop bugging me about that. Let's just be normal." She feeds me.

"Or maybe, not so normal when it's just you and I." She said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Let's talk and act the same way when we're around people who know us. But if it's just you and me just like now, we could do some acts like what I did earlier."

"You mean, feeding me?"

She nodded and said, "But still, let's not talk with the sweet tongue. I'm just not the kind of person who can do that normally. Just focus on my feelings I'm sending through my actions instead, can you?"

"If you say so, then, okay. But I still hope I'd hear that again."

"Maybe if you're a good girl."

"Don't talk like I'm your child."

"Should I talk like you're my mom, then?"

"That was a joke, right? I think I prefer the more serious Irene. Bad joke, really."

"Whatever." She feeds me again.

After eating, we began studying for our exams.

"Would we still compete for the top spot?" I asked.

"School won't be fun without that." She answered.

"You've got a point. But I want us to make deals this time. If I lose, you decide on my consequence. But if I win, you tell me those 3 words again."

"I can't think of any consequence to give you yet if I win. But okay, let's do that. Just give me time to think of the consequence."

"Sure! Now, that's a deal! I'd make sure you'll say it again!" I smirked.

After studying for hours, we took a break to have dinner. 

On our way going to the store, we saw a pup.

"Aww what a cutie!" I pat its head.

"I've always wanted to have one, but it's not allowed in the dorm," said Irene.

I looked at her and I could say that her eyes turned into hearts. 

"Dogs are the cutest of all." She gives the pup a treat.

"I always take treats with me for dogs I see on streets." She said.

"Ahh, I know!" She snaps.

"What?"

"If I win, be my dog for a week."

"Don't you think a week is too much?!"

"No."

"You're so unfair!"

"Are you afraid of losing?" She chuckles.

This girl is really testing me! Huh! You can't provoke me!

"I'm not. I just hate unfair stuffs." I defended myself.

"I see, someone is worried about the consequence since she'll sure lose." She laughs in an annoying manner.

"Youuuuu!! Ok, deal! Don't go crying if you lose because you'll have to say it again and again!"

"Ohhh, changing her condition, I see. Too scared." She nods.

"I won't be swayed anymore!"

Because of that crazy consequence I'd have to face if I lose, I studied very hard. Yes, even harder than usual. I feel like I'm already about to go crazy for staying up for night
