Third person pov

The morning sunlight was filtered by the white curtains of jiyong's small living room.  His body was still lying on the couch facing the back rest.  His face was a mess.  A cut on his lower lip, disheveled hair,  a drool marks on his face,  indeed,  one can say that this guy had gone through something.  Jiyong felt a sudden discomfort so he adjusted his position and turned his back against the back rest.  He carelessly moved his body when suddenly..

Blagggg!!!!

"Ouuuch!!! ! " jiyong curses out when he fell from the couch.

He scratched his head and squinted his eyes as he tries to adjust his sight.

"What happened last night? " he asked as he tries to recall what happened.

His eyes roam around and realized that he actually fell asleep in his living room and he saw three empty bottles of whiskey on the floor.

"Damn!  Did i really consume all. Of those? " he asked as he eyes on the  bottles scattered on the floor.

"Yes you did consume all of those" a sweet voice suddenly echoed the room.

He lifted his head and there he saw CL,  standing in front of him, crossing her arms.

"Please don't look at me like that" jiyong put his head on his palm as he tries to ease his headache and to avoid CL's judging gaze.

"You drank a lot last night.  I tried stopping you,  but there's nothing i can do. " CL sighed.

Jiyong pulled away from his hand a bit and there he saw his knuckles,  bruised and has traces of blood.

"What happened last night? " he asked CL.

CL just deeply sighed and looked at jiyong with a sorry eyes. "Dara.. "

That's right..  Dara..  The girl he loves,  the girl who completes his world,  and the girl who cheated on him..  Everything that happened last night came back to jiyong vividly..

Flashback to last night..

The sight of dara with a guy hovering on her made jiyong furious to the point that he felt a vein popped out and made his vision pitch black. He can't understand what he's feeling, he's at the state where he just allow his body to do a move that doesn't require his consent. He only snapped back to reality when an aching sensation touched his face,  and there,  he saw blood on his lips. It turns out that insung landed his fist on his face. As he looked at the man in front of him,  he saw insung filled with blood on his face, his nose broken and a black eye on his left eye.

"Jiyong stop it!  Please!! " dara pleaded as she tries to stop jiyong from hurting insung more.

Jiyong didn't listen and released a jab on insung's jaw which caused him to fall down on the floor.

Dara pulled jiyong away from insung with all her might.  The petite girl dragged jiyong going towards the door while crying.  She felt a mixed emotions that time, but one thing is for sure,  she is scared.  She knows what he is capable of doing,  and what she saw was just the tip of the ice berg.

"I'm begging you jiyong,  stop it! Don't cause any scene! " dara pushed jiyong out of the room, but her strength is nothing compared to jiyong.

"How long have you been ing that guy dara?!  Tell me! " jiyong yelled which made dara flinch. Jiyong paced back and forth waiting for dara to speak up,  but to his dismay,  all he can hear was sobs and plead.

"So i was right all along.. My damn intuition was right all along! " he sarcastically laughed and spit his saliva mixed with blood on the floor.

"I trusted you dara.  I gave my everything to you! I supported you in your ambition even though i am against it.  And this is what i get? you dara! "He spats her.

Dara could only manage to cry in embarrassment.  She tried to pacify jiyong by holding his hand,  but it only lead to her being pushed away by jiyong.

'Jiyong you dont understand,  just please hear me out first! " dara frustratingly pleads.

"What is it that i don't understand dara? " he roughly runs his hair with his hand in frustration.

"It's clear to me that you chose to that lame coach of yours because he's filthy rich.  Tell me dara,  since when did you become a ? " jiyong yelled,  not bothering whether somebody might hear him.  He wants to hurt dara physically, but he knows he can't , and so he opted to insult her to get back to her. He was about to say another word when he felt dara's hand slapping him harshly.

"You don't have the right to insult me or call me !  You know nothing! Leave now or I'll call the police! " dara threatened.  She then went to insung who fell on the floor, unconscious because of the jab he received from jiyong.

"Don't you ever show your face to me again! " jiyong warned dara.  He stared at her with a questioning eyes.  He couldn't help but to ask himself where did he go wrong. He looks at her,  and he can still see the girl the she loved,  the girl who made him whole.  But as the eye contact progresses,  jiyong suddenly feels pain,  and that lead him to make a last glance of her and turned his back going to the door.

End of flashback

He leaned his head back on the couch as he still sat on the floor with his palm on his face.

"How can she do this to me? I've been a good partner to her.  Just why? " he said while his is still covered with his palm. 

CL could only listen to his rant.  As much as she wants to help him out,  but she doesn't know how.  She sat beside him on the floor and rubbed his back.

"It will be fine in the end ji.  Im sorry if you have to go through this. " CL tried to comfort her friend. Somehow,  she feels bad for jiyong.  How she wished she could just have him instead of dara having jiyong.

"If there's anything I can do to ease the pain you feel,  just let me know ok? " CL cheered up jiyong.

He peeked at the blonde beside him and smiled.  The ray of light touching her face made her look like an angel sent from above. He couldn't help but to admire the beauty she has,  both inside and out. 

"You really are an angel" he said in his mind.
"I'll be fine CL.  Don't worry" he assured her.

And that made CL fee
