“Wonwoo.” Soonyoung’s voice was uncharacteristically hard and cold. Jihoon sighed and placed his glass down, afraid this would be Soonyoung’s way of getting back at Wonwoo for interrupting a very important moment between the two. He was preparing to signal to Soonyoung somehow that he hadn’t mentioned the whole seungcheol thing to Wonwoo when he noticed Mingyu clawing at Soonyoung’s arm and whispering for him to stop.

“Hyung?” Wonwoo asked and Jihoon turned back to face his best friend, feeling like an extra in some corny drama he would see on tv.

“Wonwoo you didn’t have to be so rude to Mingyu.” Soonyoung stated, placing a hand on his hip before continuing. “If I would have known you liked Jihoon I wouldn’t have gone for him but when you gave me little tricks and tips to help me get Jihoon I thought you were okay with us. Mingyu was trying to be supportive and you stormed out of the room without even the slightest thought about how he felt.”

Everything seemed to pause just for a second as Wonwoo processes what Soonyoung had just told him. Mingyu didn’t reject him? He thought Wonwoo liked Jihoon? Did that mean Mingyu hadn’t rejected him?

"I know Mingyu is stupid and hasn't told you about how he feels, but still he took care of you and he stopped himself from-" Soonyoung continued his rant until his mouth was covered by Mingyu's hand and Jihoon found his chance to cut in
