N is in his room, watching their old performances videos when he hears a knock at the door. He sits up from where he was sprawled on the bed but before he can ask who is it or invite the person in, he hears a yelling instead. 

"Cha Hakyeon! "

The voice that is unmistakably Hongbin echoes through the door of his room, making him frown as he quickly get up to open the door, bewildered and confused because one, Hongbin has sounded so desperate that it makes him wonder if the visual is in any sort of trouble and two, because the visual totally disrespected him by not using proper title. 

He throws the door open urgently but is once again confused when he sees no one outside the door. Did he perhaps misheard it? He wonders as he closes the door back but before he can even reach the bed, there it is again; the yelling of his name. This time, the tone sounds mischievous instead of desperate. 

"Cha Hakyeon! "

N huffs, shaking his head in irritation as he turn around to reopen the door but again, there's no one there.

"Hongbin, stop doing that! If you want to see me then come in and talk properly! "He hollers back into the hallway as he spots a sliver of hair from behind the couch. 

Sheepishly, Hongbin appears and he grins at the leader. "Hi, hyung. "He says and N rolls his eyes at him. 

"Hi, Hongbin. What do you think you're doing shouting my name like that? "He demands, crossing his arms as he stares at the visual. 

Hongbin scratches his neck awkwardly. "I'm just wondering what you were doing in your room? "He says hesitantly. "You've been in there since morning and I was curious. "He explains and N sighs, shaking his head. 

"I'm watching our old videos. "He tells him when an idea pops into his head. "Care to join me? "He invites and he swears Hongbin's face brighten at the suggestion. 

Hongbin nods a little too eagerly. "Sure. I'll go grab us some snack first. "He says, strolling into the kitchen with a wide grin on his face and N chuckles at how adorable he thinks Hongbin is being. 

It doesn't take long for Hongbin to come inside his leader room and once he does, he immediately jumps onto the bed, eager as he sprawls next to N in front of the laptop. 

"Popcorn? "He offers, placing the bowl of popcorn that he brought with him in front of N and N hums, muttering a thank you. 

Hongbin smiles, setting his gaze on the screen of the laptop which is now showing one of the variety shows they did as he not so subtly shifts closer to N until they arms and shoulders touch. 

N raises his eyebrow at Hongbin's unexpected contact and Hongbin just let out a smile whine. 

"It's cold. "He murmurs childishly, pressing himself even closer to N. 

N shakes his head as he reaches for the blanket at the foot of his bed and covers the both of them with it. "You know you can just ask if you want to cuddle, right? "he teases and Hongbin's face goes a little red. "Do you want that? "He asks and Hongbin gives a shy nod, twisting and turning until he is eventually half sprawled over N's broad back. 

"We used to do this a lot, didn't we? "Hongbin mutters quietly, voice muffled considering that he have his face against the shirt over N's back. 

"Do what? Cuddling? "N asks and he feels Hongbin nods. "Well, we used to share a room and you slept next to me so cuddling is a given. "He says as if it's a fact and Hongbin scoffs before whispering something unintelligible. 

"What was that? "N demands and shyly, Hongbin repeats what he said. 

"I miss this. "

N fights back a grin. "I miss you too. "He says and Hongbin splutters. 

"I didn't say I miss you! I said--"

"Yeah, yeah. I know you miss me too. "N cuts Hongbin's words off and Hongbin huffs, snapping his mouth shut as he knows there's no use going against N. 

"Fine. I miss you. "
