It was the Saturday that Mina had been waiting for, and honestly, Mina couldn't have been more excited. Today were two things she had been looking forward to for a while now. In just a few hours, the talent show would be underway, and later, her and Momo would hang out. Mina quickly got dressed, making sure to take her time. She packed her clothes for the performance, her clothes for the date, and perfume, just in case. 

                             The Japanese girl hurried downstairs and greeted her mother. Her mother gave her a huge smile, laying her breakfast in front of her.

                             "Are you excited?" Mina couldn't help but grin a little.

                             "Yeah."

                             "I'm pretty sure you both practiced a lot."

                             "Yeah, I hope we in." She took a look at her phone. "Oh, I need to go. Bye, mom." She finished her breakfast and left. "Don't forget! It starts at one!"

                              Momo had texted her a day earlier asking her if it was okay to meet for one last time for a short practice. When she arrived at their usual practice space, Momo was already there, warming up. 

                              "You made it." Momo flashed the girl a small smile. "Are you ready?"

                              "Yep." The two practice for a little more than an hour before their teacher called for them to start getting dressed for the talent show. Mina looked visibly nervous now.

                              "Hey, don't be nervous. You're gonna be great", Momo assures her softly. Mina smiles at that, silently thanking the quiet girl.

                              Thirty minutes to start and the school's spacious auditorium was pretty much full with plenty of students as well as parents, waiting to see what the students in the talent show had to offer. Everyone was excited as the talent show was always something to attend every year. 

                               Mina looked out into the audience from backstage, growing more nervous by the second. Not to mention her mother was in the crowd, and was going to be watching her performance, with another girl. There was no doubt that she was shaking from fear. A few minutes later, it was finally their time to perform.

                               "This young lady has been a long time student of mine. Tonight she's performing a alongside one of her friends. Her tonight with a contemporary dance, here's Momo and Mina!" There was a roaring applause for the two as they entered the stage, taking a bow.

                               The faint music filled the hushed stadium, and Momo and Mina allowed themselves to move to the music. As Momo holds Mina in her arms, the two becoming one, the audience is captivated by the two. Mina, with her blindfold on, stands still while Momo, circles her. Mina then falls to the ground while Momo hugs the girl closely, looking visibly distraught. As the songs ends the silent crowd roars as they cheer on the girls. Mina blushes and tries to hide herself behind Momo's shoulder as the other girl bows and smiles.

                                Mina hops offstage, followed by Momo.

                                I couldn't help but feel so happy right now. I genuinely thought we did great, and I think we could win. I don't know what came over me but in my happiness I hugged her, surprising her.

                                "Oh", I heard her say. I blushed and pulled away quickly.

                                "Sorry", I said softly. A smile spread across her face.

                                "It's cool."

                                "Mina! Momo!", we heard. We saw everyone coming towards us, including my mom. They all ran up and enveloped us in a group hug.

                                "You guys did awesome", Dahyun said happily. Everyone else nodded and agreed.

                                "See Momo, I told you you'd do fine." Jeongyeon clapped her Momo on the back, to which Momo scoffed and shrugged her off. 

                                "Shutup, you." My mom then popped out from behind the tiny crowd around us.

                                "You both did so well, sweetie", she cooed. I became embarrassed and hid my face in my hands. "I missed seeing you dance."

                                "Mom", I whined. She pinched my cheeks, causing the others to snicker and coo at me too. "Shutup, you guys. And we need to sit down so we can hear the winner at the end of the show." They all nodded and headed to their seats. We found seats near the front.

                                As the show went on, of course, the rest of the acts were amazing. Some of them danced, some of them sang, and a couple read original poems. As usual, the show went on nicely, and it was about time for the winner to be anounced.

                                "Did you all enjoy the performances today?", their teacher asked. The crowd responded positively. "Alright, I won't keep you all waiting." Everyone waited anxiously for the first result. "In 3rd place, we have Park Jimin." There was a generous applause, and said boy stepped up to receive his trophy and small prize money. He bowed one last time before going to his seat. "In second place, Son Seungwan." The audience cheered loudly for the girl who impressed everyone with her sweet and powerful voice. Their teacher had to quiet the auditorium down again before anouncing first place. "And in first, we have... Momo and Mina." The said duo quickly hopped out of their seats, engulfing each other in a hug before going to the stage together. The crowd roared for them, making them both feel proud.

                                 Their teacher hugged them both before handing them the first place trophy and prize money. The two bowed to the audience several times before heading off stage. After that, the show was over and everyone d
