Daehyun knew that being an idol was a tough job. He had to spend most of his time practicing choreography and singing for his fans, that every moment he spent with Youngjae, was precious. He savored how beautiful Youngjae was, whether he was eating or singing. Daehyun loved watching him, especially when they made love. He loved when Youngjae came to him when he needed comfort, cuddling into his side and softly calling him hyung. It never failed to set his heart aflame. His lips, his eyes, his graceful yet stiff body, Daehyun cherished every moment they had. He was grateful when Youngjae listened to his problems, supported him through his drinking and smoking problems. He felt so secure when Youngjae held him through his withdrawal, through the sobs of pain. Daehyun knew then that he could never let Youngjae go, he wanted to be by his side forever.

So he was grateful when Youngjae caught on to this train of thinking and tried to spend more time with him. Even going as far as buying couple rings and promising Daehyun they would live together after BAP's time and adopt children. Daehyun was grateful he was given Youngjae, his beautiful soulmate. He didn't deserve him but god did he need him.
