Gary's decision is never been easy and it's even harder knowing that he won't be able to see Ji Hyo again.

Before his announcement, he already told the members beforehand. Everyone tried to stop him but since they know that this is not an easy decision for him, they will still support him in his decisions and plans.

And, after the announcement everyone were shocked and didn't expect it to happen sooner. The members express their sadness and support for him through interviews. Before his last filming day, Gary decided to talk to the members in private. 

Everyone came Jae Suk Hyung, Suk Jin hyung, Kim Jong Kook, HaHa, Lee Kwangsoo and also Ji Hyo. Gary started by saying sorry to everyone. And each members express their disappointment as well as their support for Gary. Everyone has tears in their eyes, but someone didn't say anything at all. And then Jae Suk spoke, Ji Hyo ya say something. Ji Hyo keeps holding her tears. Then Gary told the members if he can talk to Ji Hyo in private. Everyone agreed and leave them together.

It's been 20 minutes since the members leave but both of them are not saying anything. Silence filled the room. And then,

Gary: Ji Hyo ya.. mianhe (Im sorry)... 

Ji Hyo: (She can no longer hold her tears.)(sobbing)

Gary: (It kills him inside to see her crying) Ji Hyo ya, Im really sorry.

And then Ji Hyo started talking while tears keep flowing in her eyes.

Ji Hyo: Oppa, (sobbing) Mianhe.. mianhe...

Gary: Ji Hyo ya.. you don't have to say sorry. 

Ji Hyo: Oppa, it is because of me? Are you leaving because of me?

Gary: Ji Hyo ya, no it's not. It's because of me. Please don't blame yourself.

Ji Hyo: Oppa, why Im feeling guilty, is it because of that?

Gary: No it's not. I told you its because of me Ji Hyo ya.. Please don't think that its your fault. Its not, OK?
