The music was on full volume, blasting in my room.  I could feel the beat of the music, racing my heartbeat. The music came to an end. I stood there, still in my last pose and closed my eyes.

That choreo was okay, I’ll teach them tomorrow. Actually, I’ll do it again, and write it down. I though to myself as I was heading towards my table to find a NORMAL pen in the pile of scribbled paper, colour pencil, paintbrushes, charcoal.

~knock knock~

“HURRY UP AND OPEN THE DOOR!” I opened the door and glared at my younger brother

“I am not deaf you know,” I hit him on head as I received the letter than he brought for me.

“well, you music says otherwise” he poked his tongue out at me and ran downstairs.

~ring ring~

I picked up my phone and placed it on loudspeaker

Silence.

“UNNIE?” I knew recognised the voice straightaway, it was my annoying little sis

“ARE YOU THERE UNNIE?”

“yea.”

“WELL, YOU SHOULD SAY SOMETHING, WHEN YOU PICKED UP THE PHONE!.”

“okay, go to the point.”

“oh yea, HAVE YOU GOT THE LETTER!!!???”

“is in front of me now.”

“WELL, LET ME TELL YOU, SME ACCEPTED US!!!! THIS IS CRAZY, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!? OH M…”

I kicked the phone away and threw my jacket over it and opened the envelope.

She wasn’t lying, SME wants to sign a contract with us.
