Youngjae couldn’t believe his ears! Did Jaebum just say what he thought he did? Youngjae’s heart was thumping so loud he was afraid it would wake Jaebum from his slumber. Questions ran through Youngjae’s head as he thought about the words that had escaped Jaebum’s mouth. Was Jaebum awake? Did he know he just confessed his love? Why did he think Youngjae would leave? Should Youngjae tell him what he had said in the morning? Or should he never mention it? People talked nonsense in their sleep anyway right? So this probably didn’t mean anything… right?

           Youngjae was so confused with the situation that
he found it almost impossible to fall asleep; it was the middle of the day
anyway. Youngjae decided to try to remove himself from Jaebum’s grip and look
into the job at the other bookstore. Doing this was much harder than expected
as Jaebum’s arms were locked around Youngjae and with every move Youngjae made
Jaebum’s arms only locked tighter around him. Youngjae decided he would wake
Jaebum up, but how? Jaebum was a very deep sleeper. Youngjae ran his fingers on Jaebum’s
jaw line and tried to tickle him but it proved to not work very well.

           “Jaebum!” Youngjae whined and Jaebum’s eyes
slightly opened.

           “Let me sleep mom.” A little giggle escaped
Jaebum’s lips as he opened his eyes, his arms also loosened and Youngjae
crawled off the bed. He threw a pillow at Jaebum and started to walk out the
room

           “There cuddle with that!” Youngjae yelled over his
shoulder but he failed to escape as he was trusted backwards into Jaebum’s
chest. Jaebum wrapped his arms around Youngjae and started to tickle him.

           Youngjae howled in both laughter and pain, and
Jaebum stopped but kept his arms tightly wrapped around Youngjae.

“I prefer to cuddle with you though.”

Youngjae could feel the warm blush wash over his face again as the
words escaped Jaebum’s lips. So did Jaebum know that he confessed? Youngjae
squirmed out of Jaebum’s arms and this time successfully exited his room.

“Put some clothes on you animal!” he called back at Jaebum who
mocked him before actually getting out of bed. Youngjae sat himself at his
desktop computer which looked like it belonged in the 80s, he looked up Job
listings and scrolled through to see if any were close to him, he found a couple
and bookmarked them. Youngjae closed off the computer and turned to see a fully
dressed Jaebum standing right behind him.

“Are you ever going to get a new computer? Or are you going to
live in the 80’s for the rest of your life?” Jaebum asked throwing much
more sass than Youngjae asked for.
