After 24 hours and a half, I was listening to music with my headphones in my room when Lizabeth confirmed that mom is now well but instead of meeting with the parliament, Queen Veronica is having a meeting with me?

With my headphones on my neck, I walked to the music room thinking and asking myself ‘What does she want?’, ‘Is this about me taking over the kingdom?’

I opened the door and this time she decided to play the piano. She was playing….. Blackbird? By The Beatles?

I was confused but I didn’t dare show it to her, she finished the song and turned around to look at me as she was sensing my presence.

“Good morning dear” she smiled brightly “you must be thinking why I sent you here well” she paused for a bit

“You will be going on a vacation out of the country with your friends for a few weeks”

My jaw dropped, this news…. I wasn’t expecting this.

“We’re not talking about my coronation or something? Decision of the parliament?” I questioned

“I hope that you respect my decision that I won’t be telling you my explanation for now. You’ll know it first thing tomorrow, I’ll be holding a press conference and will be inviting members of the parliament and all citizens of Adron” she answered

She respected my freedom and she’s asking me to give respect at least once. I nodded my head, “Okay” then I noticed a red velvet little box on the piano “What’s that?”

“Oh this” she looked at it as if treasuring it “one of my favorites, I am giving you the freedom to choose, my father was not able to give me such freedom but as your mother I am wholeheartedly giving it to you”

I took it and opened, the message in the box made me smile a little. “You’re kidding me”
