“Kai, please help us.” Suzy from the Drama Club approach him at the college studio after he finished with his practice. 

“What? How?” Kai put the guitar at the wall guitar hanger at the back of the studio. He gulp his mineral water.

“We need a song for our play. It’s about a friendship between a man and a woman. One of them eventually fall in love with the other.” A little bit shocked, Kai stare at Suzy. What a coincidence. Like how he fell in love with Ji Hyo, his best friend?

“Can’t you just use any song. I am sure there is plenty of song with that kind of concept.” He refuse. Not because he don’t want to help. It’s just the concept is just too depressing. It’s just too.... him? 

“We prefer a fresh one. There is one song that we like. But the feeling was not quite right when we try to use it in our play. It can’t connect.” Suzy move forward standing next to Kai. Kai feeling uncomfortable walk away to the chair in front of the studio. Followed by Suzy.

“I don’t know. Can’t you find someone else?” Kai still try to avoid it. Not just because the concept of the song is just like his love story, this girl that asking for his help also, the person that he try to avoid. 

“If we have someone else, I am not gonna ask for your help. Please Kai.” She try to act cute, begging him.” Beside, Mr Alan said he like your style.” Mr Alan is the director of their drama Club.

“Let me think about it first. I am not promise you anything. I will think about it.” Kai finally said after some thinking.

Suzy smile happily. She walk to the door. “Tomorrow? Give me the answer by tomorrow OK.” She wave goodbye at Kai and he just nodded. 

He pack his things and walk to the door. He pick his hand phone from his bag, slide and speed dial Ji Hyo’s number. “ Kai.” She said when she answer the phone. “What time you finish your work?” He is now walking to his motorbike outside the studio. “Late. Not sure what time. I have discussion with my team while having dinner tonight.” Kai sigh. It have been a week since she start with her new project and she have been busy since then. “Where? I’ll wait for you and send you back after that. I miss you like crazy here, you know.” Ji Hyo laughed. “I will message you the place. But don’t come before 9pm OK.” Kai smile hearing her answer. Finally he got to see her. They hung up. Not long after that he received her message.

He drive to his apartment that he share with his friends. Take a shower, watch some movies to kill time. He still have three hours before 9 pm. When he feel bored with the movie he play his guitar. He choose to play a song Lucky by Jason Mraz.
