“Are you sure you’re going to be fine?” I ask AeRi when I’m about to leave her for two days for a football competition in Incheon.

“Ng, you have nothing to worry about, I’m still 3 weeks away from my due date.” She helps me pack up my bag.

“I’ll ask another coach to come to accompany the kids if you want.”

“I’ll be alright, TaecYeon-a.” she gives me a big hug. Her belly gets so big these day that I cannot hug her without leaving a huge space between us.

“Aegi-ya, take care of Oemma okay, don’t cause too much trouble for her” I kiss her belly while rubbing it.

“Go, the kids are waiting.” She tiptoes to kiss me.

“See you in two days.” I kiss her back.

I get out of our apartment and head to the school. AeRi’s given her pregnancy leave 2 weeks ago so she can prepare the coming of our baby. For the next two days, I have to be the chaperone for our school football team. They’re competing in little league and had succeeded to climb through the semi-final. This is the big moment for the kids so I figure I’d spend two days away from AeRi to accompany the kids during their competition.

The first day’s a good day for us, our team knock out the long dreaded football team from Mokpo and saved a place in the final tomorrow, facing our old enemy the team from another school in Seoul.
