‘The things is…’ Heechul said. Jaejoong sat up straight he had never seen his Hyung so nervous. ‘What is wrong Hyung?’ Jaejoong asked. Yunho also looked at Heechul and saw that his best friend was so nervous that he was trembling. Yunho got up from his place next to Jaejoong and sat down next to Heechul. Warping his arms around him and trying to calm him down. Jaejoong did the same.

When Heechul noticed the arms around him he couldn’t help but smile. This was his family they would be there for him. When he was calm enough he started talking. ‘Well Jaejoong I did something without you permission.’ Heechul confessed. Jaejoong looked at him with confused eyes and waited for what his Hyung had to tell.

‘I don’t know if Yunho has ever told you this but I have a younger brother. We were separated when he was two and I was four.’ Jaejoong looked confused. ‘I see Yunho hasn’t told you yet.’ Jaejoong nodded. ‘But Hyung what has this to do with me and what you did without permission.’

‘Well I search for my brother and I couldn’t find him but when Yunho brought you home a few months back I thought maybe, maybe you are him. You kind of had the same bone structure as my mom and your eyes were like my dad’s. So when you were in the hospital two weeks back I asked the doctor to do a DNA test between your and my blood. So I could be sure if you were my brother or not.’ Heechul took a deep breath and looked at Jaejoong. He looked flabbergasted he didn’t know what to say. ‘What did the doctor say?’ Jaejoong asked in a tiny voices. ‘I don’t know I wanted to come clean with what I did and wanted to open this envelop with you so we could see it together.’ Heechul said while looking at the floor. Jaejoong grabbed Heechul’s hand and took it in his. ‘Hyung I’m not mad at you if you think that. I’m just really surprised. Why didn’t you ask me? I would do anything for you. Come on you gave me a house, a home but above all you gave me a family. This is the first time in years I have felt so free. You are my world together with Yunho, Hangeng, Junsu and Yoochun, even though he is a ert.’ Heechul and Yunho had to laugh at the last comment. ‘You promise me you aren’t mad at me.’ Jaejoong nodded and Heechul turned to Yunho. ‘If he is my brother I would watch my step if I were you.’ Heechul said in his old sassy voice. Yunho swallowed and nodded. ‘Hyung don’t be mean against my boyfriend. If we are brothers or not he already has to look out. You said it the first time when we got back from our date.’ ‘I know but if you are my brother I will be more protective over you. I don’t want anything to happen to you.’ ‘Hyung you know you don’t make sense.’ ‘I know but still I will be overprotective over you even if you aren’t my brother.’ Jaejoong laughed and looked at Heechul. ‘Well then I can be over protective and sit between you and Hangeng.’ Jaejoong said. Heechul looked at him and couldn’t help but laugh. ‘Well everything has a price right.’ Heechul said with a big smile. ‘Shall we open it? Before you two are going to make a plan where Hangeng and I will die.’ Yunho said. Heechul and Jaejoong nodded and looked back at the envelop in Heechul’s hand. ‘The moment of trued.’ Heechul said. Jaejoong nodded and grabbed his Hyung’s hand. Yunho sat behind them and put a hand on each shoulder of the boys before him. Heechul ripped the envelop open and got the letter out of it.

Dear mister Kim Heechul,

On the 21st of December you asked us to do a DNA test to look for your brother. The DNA we took was from Mr. Kim Jaejoong, born on the 26 of January.

Before we can confirm that Mr. Kim Jaejoong is your brother we had to look at different matching points in the DNA. After a long investigation we can tell you that the points were matching.

We can say for sure the Mr. Kim Jaejoong and Mr. Kim Heechul are full brother. They have the same mother and father.

We hope that this will help you and that you and your brother are in good hands.

Jaejoong and Heechul looked at each other with tears in their eyes. They couldn’t believe it. After so long Heechul had found his brother and Jaejoong had found a relative. The hugged each other and didn’t let go. Hangeng came in when he heard someone crying. He looked at Heechul and Jaejoong with a confused look. Yunho stood up and gave Hangeng the letter they had just read. Hangeng couldn’t contain his smile and hugged Yunho. ‘Finally after all these years his search has stopped. He has finally found his brother.’ Yunho nodded and looked at the two brothers he couldn’t be more than happy for his boyfriend and best friend.
