Author’s POV   After one month…D-day   Everyone is gathered in the training room. It’s D-Day broadcast of YG’s first reality show after a long time. Everyone, which includes the trainees (boys and girls), Dara, Bom, CL, Minzy and a few of the YG dancers, was nervous and excited at the same time. They already shot the first few episodes and is in the middle of shooting the preparation for the first challenge. At the end of the week, they will showcase their first performance on the first challenge round.   ‘Here’s the pop corn kids. Grab one handful and pass.’ Bom said. ‘BUT DON’T TOUCH THE CORN COB THAT’S MINE!’.   ‘It’s starting!’ Mino announced above the noise. The screen showed the intro which gained a lot of ‘Oooh’ and ‘Aaahs’ as each member is shown on the screen. It was the first time that they saw the finished production and the first time they are seeing themselves on TV. Naturally, a lot of teasing ensued, adding fun to the nervousness. Today’s episode is all about introducing each one of the contestants. The boy trainees were divided into 2 teams and will battle it out every week to challenges that will be given. The finals will determine which team will debut based on audience and judges votes. After the first episode finished, everyone was silent as if they can’t believe that everything is really happening.   ‘Wowww. This is it, isn’t it?’ Yoon said in a daze.   ‘Ya’ll should be careful from now on since you’re already a public figure even though you haven’t debuted yet. You will be recognize already.’ Dara warned.   ‘True! Hanbin, you can’t wear your pajamas to get a drink from the mart anymore.’ Bom teased.   ‘Arasso noona. But you two should also be careful from now on. You cannot wander around the supermarkets hoarding corn.’ Hanbin teased back.   ‘We don’t have to worry. We just had like 2 seconds exposure.’ Dara said confidently while everyone snickered.   Truth is, Dara and Bom had more than 2 seconds exposure since the first episode show a lot of teasers of the boys practicing with the noonas.   ‘Hey guys. Check out the comments on this Naver article!’ Junhoe said.   ‘Wait! Wait! Wait!’ CL interrupted ‘Knetz are savage, like really savage. If you’ll be sad or you think you can’t handle criticisms, better not read the comments section.’   'We can handle it Noona! We’ve been preparing for this for a long time, including the hate.’ Jinwhan answered.   ‘The feedback will help us with our next performances Noona. Don’t worry.’ Mino added.   Hanbin and Yoon, being the leaders for each team, started to read the comments while everyone else listened. Most of the comments are positive saying that they can’t wait to see what the trainees has in store. Some are already rooting for one team or one person as their bias. There are a few comments about how the trainees will not reach the level of Bigbang or Super Junior. And some obvious hateful troll comments.   ‘Well, it’s actually not a bad start kids.’ Dara said after the two finished reading. ‘Remember to tune out the hate and sift through the constructive criticisms.’   ‘But what shall we do with these comments?’ Yoon asked.   ‘Huh? Which comments?’ Dara asked.   Hanbin then started reading comments about Dara and Bom that they skipped.   ‘Who are these noonas in the training room?’ ‘Damnn, the one in the piano looks good, is she a trainee to?’ ‘The one in the skirt has impeccable legs.’   Bom gasped while Dara tried to find where Bom is sitting.   ‘YOU SAID WE JUST HAD 2 SECONDS OF EXPOSURE! WHY DID I EVEN AGREE TO THIS?!’ Dara said to Bom while actually facing poor Donghyuk.    4 weeks before D-day...   Bom and Dara are back at YG’s office to discuss their decision.   ‘So, have you decided already?’ YG asked.   ‘Deh Sajangnim. But before we tell you our decision, I just want you to know how thankful I am for this opportunity. Music is something that I didn’t know I’ll be meeting again.
