Woohyun's eyes shot open in startled shock.  He immediately sat up to find himself in a bed.  He glanced around the darkened room.  A slight panic rose within him.  He had no idea where he was.  The last thing he remembered was falling.  He remembered someone catching him to break his fall but when he had tried to see who it was, he was far too engulfed by darkness to recognise the face.

The sound of his phone buzzing jolted him back to reality.  He looked around for his phone before seeing it beside him on the bed, along wih his clothes which looked like they had just been washed and neatly folded.  It was only then that he realised he was wearing someone else's clothes which were slightly big for him.  He reached for his phone and glanced at the name of the caller.  His brows creased as he answered the call.  He knew what it was about and he dreaded it.

When the call ended, he quickly got changed into his own clothes before making his way out of the room.  Whilst trying to find the front door, he passed by the living room where he found a figure asleep on the sofa.  Wanting to know who had helped him, he approached the sofa and was surprised that he recognised the familiar face of the man.  He was surprised and yet embarrassed at the thought that the man was the one who had washed and changed him.  However, relief soon swept through him.

I'm glad it was you, he thought to himself with a smile.

The smile quickly disappeared from his face when he remembered the task at hand.  Just as he neared the front door, a voice startled him from behind.

"You're awake?"

Woohyun stopped and turned around to see the man awake.  "Sorry," he apologised.  "Did I wake you?"

Sunggyu simply smiled.  "I'm a light sleeper.  How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine now," Woohyun replied, glancing away to avoid eye contact with the concerned man.  He did not want to have to explain how he had ended up this way.  He did not want the man to know the reason he was willing to do something so foolish in order for his secret to be kept quiet.

The two stood and looked at each other for a moment in awkward silence.  Sunggyu had questions he wanted to ask but he was not sure if the boy was going to answer him. 

Finally, Woohyun broke the silence.  "Thank you," he said.  "I don't know what would have happened if I had bumped into someone else."

Sunggyu looked at him with furrowed brows.  Being in his profession, he was well aware of the drug that the boy had taken and he was concerned.  "Be careful next time," he told the boy.  "It's late.  Let me drive you home."

"It's okay, my father is waiting for me," he replied.  "Thank you, Doctor Kim."

All was quiet inside the luxurious hotel suite.  So quiet that all he could hear was his own breathing.  He stood, expressionless with his eyes fixed on the figure lying on the bed. 

After a moment, he took out his phone and dialled a number.  "It's done," he informed.

"That's my boy," came the reply.

The call ended.  With a smile of satisfaction on his face, he turned and walked out of the room, leaving the bloody figure on the bed with a knife plunged in his chest.
