My name is Aurora Aeron Sinclair. I was made to aid my father with his job as a genetics engineer. Unlike most who genetically modify humans to enable them to combat effectively, my father and I genetically modify them for entertainment purposes. This may sound rather awful but believe me; our work has given much pleasure to many. Like all my father’s invention, he made me as well. I was not modified to sing and dance like most of the beings my father had perfected. Instead, I was made to be his right-hand man and ensure that things runs smoothly for him. I am his most treasured and prized invention for he had made me with such precision. I had just turned 24 this year and I am more productive and useful as I have ever been. My father did not only make me perfect in every aspect but he also had made me age slower, much, much slower than anybody else after I reach the age of 20.

My father, Alphonse Auguste Sinclair, is a genius I could not even fathom into words. No one truly knows what he does and how he does but he provides all these perfect entertainers in quiet and secrecy. He started a race of genetically modified humans who were made with the most perfect physical features and with the most perfect talents varying from acting to modeling even to everyday things like cooking. There are beings who become actors, composers, dancers and of course, idols. There are only two people who work in depth with the building of all these beings: my father and me. Since I am his invention as well, he trusts me enough to let me into all that he is doing. Today, we are genetically modifying yet another fetus.

Of course, for most, this would seem really absurd and inhuman but in the world like ours, what’s right and wrong anymore?
