"It's hard to forget someone with such a strong personality” I murmured

“What did you say?” asked So Eun clasping the seat belt while I was turning to the right. Today my mother let me use her car in exchange to pick up her at six in the afternoon

I couldn't miss the chance to go out with my friend, besides the professor from our last class was absent due to illness

"I hear what you said "someone with a strong personality” So Eun insisted with the subject, moving the lipstick on her lips, retouching her makeup

"It's a line from a book, I read last night"

Yes that's me with my silly excuses, that So Eun believe a half. The truth is that I kept thinking in everything Mir said the first day of his college experience in Seoul.

"Where are we going?" she asked removing the rubber from her hair, and shaking it. So Eun had a sleek black hair that loose looks beautiful

"A place not so far from downtown" I suggested "and full of handsome men for you"

"Again" she complained moving the rubber on her finger

"Jae Rim is not the only man on earth" I stopped the car at the red traffic light, waiting to cross

"His brother is quite handsome" she returned me the ball

"You saw it?" I asked

"Everyone saw him, he is the kind of man difficult to ignore and more when my best friend have to help him to adapt" she said with sparkles irony. It was what I expected for spend time with him as his guide

"It's a matter within its father and mine. Nothing important" I moved the shifter and we set off.  I looked at my watch "Can you suggest me a place where we can eat and hang out, but not too far. I have to pick up my mother to in the publishing at six?"

"Let's go to my aunt's restaurant is fifteen minutes from here. On the second floor there is a room that we can use to eat and chat"

"Show me where it is"

It wasn't difficult to get there, as So Eun phoned her aunt before our arrival, she was waiting outside the place with her daughter of fifteen years old, who took us to the table on the second floor that was very comfortable

I thought about going to the mall, but just thinking in visit shops to wander just to buy a belt, stressed me out. And the truth is that I'm not very good buyer. In fact if wasn't for my sister and my mother I would refrain from making annual purchases to keep up my closet

"I love how you dress always, Jin Ah" So Eun said pouring some tea into her cup "I thought we'd go shopping"

"I'd rather eat in a quiet place" I put my elbows on the table, watching Bampo bridge and the horizon line, as far as the Han River reached "We should come here more often, why you didn't told me about this place?"

"There was no had a chance, I come once every two weekends to help my aunt. I'm thinking in work here this summer to earn some extra money"

"That's fine"

Sometimes when I complained about some silliness, I remembered the great effort my friend makes to study. Unlike me, So Eun hasn't an stable financial position, she studies Architecture by her scholarship

Not that I was rich, but thanks to the trust fund left by my grandmother, me and my sister we don’t had to worry about studies and other expenses for the rest of our lives

"I thought it would not be a bad idea work in a place like this to help you"

"Forget it" said So Eun taking two chopsticks from the basket "Your father would be angry, also you don't need it"

"I'm an adult" I replied taking a napkin which I folded in four "If he wants me to help the son of his friend, then he has to give me certain concessions"

"Speaking of" left the chopsticks, and looked at me "Baek Mir, is more attractive than I imagined"

"Yes, as Jae Rim"

"We're not talking about Jae Rim. How was your job as a guide?"

The truth is that it wasn't so bad as I thought, maybe the fact that my father saw Mir as  the perfect guy makes me feel animosity towards him, but Mir is actually not as cocky or arrogant as I thought
