Beautiful Restriction
Do Opposites Really Attract?
Donghae POV
“It’s good to be back.” I whispered as I enter the campus once again.
I never thought that I would be back again here after that accident. You see I like being in school because of my friends and the places here in Seoul University is really nice. I skip classes sometimes for ‘some’ reason. For example I just don’t want to see Mr. Boom because of his annoying voice or Mr. Yoo’s boring lecture about Science. But to tell you guys I may ditch classes but I have good grades on contrary so my professors don’t bother to look for me after all. Then my thoughts were disturbed when I bumped into someone.
“Ouch! Will you watch where you going?!” she glared at me
“Miss I'm sorry I did not see you, are you okay?” I explained myself
“Aish I'm not! See!? You ruined my project! Next time watch where you're going!” Then she left.
“Aish having a period eh? That girl is so grumpy.” I whispered
After that little incident I headed to the Cafeteria to have lunch with my friends.
“Hey guys what’s up!” I greeted them
“Whoa man you’re finally back!” Eunhyuk said
“So how’s your leg bro?” Sungmin asked
“I’m okay now I feel great after a long period of break from school. So how’s it going here got good news or something?” I asked then two guys took a seat beside me and Eunhyuk
“Oh Hae by the way we have new friends here. This is Leeteuk and Kyuhyun, they’re brothers.” Eunhyuk said
“Hi there nice to meet you I’m Donghae just call me Hae.” I said
“Hello bro nice to meet you too just call me Kyu.” Kyuhyun said
Then I reach the other brother’s hand
“Just call me Leeteuk.” He said
“Okay Leeteuk-ssi, nice to meet you too.” I said
“So what do I miss guys, aside from the lectures and stuff?” I asked
Then we chatted for a while, man I missed a lot of happenings here in school especially the basketball game the other day. While chatting we learned that Kyuhyun plays Starcraft and other online games so I invited him to join us some other time to play. Then Eunhyuk have a great idea that we should have a basketball game this coming weekend to welcome Leeteuk and Kyuhyun in our group. I can’t wait this coming weekend because after months of resting I can finally play Basketball again.
“Hae I almost forgot that Ms. Shin wants to see you today.” Eunhyuk said
“Oh really okay I’ll go to her now.” I said
“Wait we still have class after this, are you going to ditch classes again?” Sungmin asked
“Haha! Hmm I’ll think about it. Bye guys see you later” Then I went outside the Cafeteria to go see Ms. Shin
“Good morning Ms. Shin, Eunhyuk told me that you wanted to see me.” I asked
“Ah yes Mr. Lee I was wondering if you want to join the inter school quiz bee competition?” She said
“Wow thank you that would be an honor Ms. Shin. Is this an individual or group competition?” I asked
“Actually Mr. Lee we have those categories but it’s already taken so we decided to put you in the pair category.” She explained
“Oh I see so who will be my pair then?” I wonder who will be
“She's actually a freshman her name is Jessica Jung the heiress of Jung corp. Is that okay with you” She said
Woah a Jung hmm interesting I bet she's really smart that Ms. Shin chose her to be my partner.
“Yes Ms. Shin, may I ask when will be the practice?” I asked
“It’s tomorrow after class. Can you inform Ms. Jung about it? I forgot to tell her earlier.”
Wow this would be great I will finally meet my partner. I thought
“Sure Ms. Shin, may I ask where her next class is?”
“She's in 1G class down the hall right side.” She instructed me
“Okay Ms. Shin I’ll be going now thank you so much and have a nice day”
Then I look for Jessica Jung's class.
“1E… F... Ah there it is 1G class.” I knock the door and Mr. Yoo is their professor.
“Annyeong haseyo, may I speak to Ms. Jessica Jung for a moment?” I greeted Mr. Yoo
All eyes are on me right now then I saw the girl that I bumped into earlier.
Mr. Yoo called her name.
“Ms. Jung, Mr. Lee wants to talk to you.” Mr. Yoo called her attention
And then she stood from her seat and I was shocked.
“So it’s you!” I said
“Yes I'm Jessica Jung. What do you want from me?” She said coldly
“First, I just want to-“Then Mr. Yoo interrupted
“Okay BOTH OF YOU talk outside not here in my class you're disturbing my lecture.” Then we apologize to him
“Sorry Mr. Yoo...” I said
Then the whole class was chuckling and she went outside.
“First you ruined my project and now you just embarrassed me in front of my class so what next!?!” She burst out
“Okay... Chillax I'm really sorry about what just happened earlier.” I apologize to her again
“Ughh, just don’t ruin my day okay? So what do you want from me” she said
“Actually Shin asked me to inform you about the practice tomorrow for the quiz bee competition.” I told her
“Wait, so you're my partner??” She asked with a shocking expression
“Yes I am. Why? You got a problem with that?” I asked
“No I don't, but if you ruin my day next time I'm going to punch.” she said
“Okay chill Jessi I promise I will not ruin your day next time.” I said making a pinky promise to her
“Good but don't call me Jessi, we're not even close and I don’t even know your name!” I raised her voice again
Then I laugh and pat her head.
“You're so cute haha! I’m Lee Donghae” I said
“Yah! Don't touch me!” she reacted
“Okay, go back to your room now they're probably wondering what's taking this conversation so long.” I said
“Aish whatever!” then she marched to her room and slammed the door.
“She's cute when she's angry.” I whispered while chuckling
Aish why am I feeling giddy all of a sudden?
Then I went to my last class.
Jessica POV
I slammed the door really hard and then all eyes are on me.
“Oopss.. Sorry Mr. Yoo...” I bow and apologized to Mr. Yoo
“Just go back to your place Ms. Jung you already wasted your time for listening to my lecture. Then your project was a disaster.” He said
“Sorry Mr. Yoo.. I'll fix it later so I can pass it by tomorrow.” I said
“You better be Ms. Jung or else you’ll be receiving a failure mark for that project.” He said like threatening me or something
Then I went to my seat. After 1hr of boring lecture of Anatomy, Tiffany approached me outside.
“Hey what's with the 'may I talk to Ms. Jessica Jung' earlier?” she asked me in English so that no one can understand our conversation.
“Yah! Why are you nosy all of sudden? He just informed me about the inter school quiz bee thingy…”
“Ooohh.. Really? Then what took you so long outside?” She asked while grinning at me
“He... said sorry for the incident earlier…” I told her
“Why? What happened earlier?” She asked
“Well… He accidentally bumped into me that was why my science project was ruined.” I explained
“Oh okay I hope the two of you will become close because I think he's a nice guy” She said
“What?! Not a chance Fany! I hate him!” I said
“Ayiiee… The more you hate the more you love” She teased
“Whatever. Aish so how are you and Siwon oppa?” I asked to divert the topic to her
Then I saw her extremely blushing.
“Well… We’re okay.” She said shyly
“Omygosh Tiffany! Why are you blushing madly?? Did you guys kissed already??” I
“NO!! Why would you think of such things?? I just felt something.. Like my heart flutters everytime he's near...” She said
“Oooh~ so you're attracted to him? Aiyiee~” I poked her cheeks
“Yah! Jessi stop it! What if someone hears our conversation?” She panicked
“Fany most of the people here can't understand English so don't panic ‘kay?” I told her
“But some of the students here are just like us so we must be careful what if they eavesdrop or something then they'll gossip about it?” She explained
“Okay fine but seriously, are you falling for him” I asked her
“I... I guess? I really don't know Jessi! What if he doesn't like me?” She said with a worried look on her face
“Aw Fany.. Don't be like that. What if he does?” I said to her

Author's Note: Waaah! Sorry I haven't updated yesterday.. >.< Mianhe.. I was preparing my stuff for school, cleaned my room, and having an allergies =_= anyways Chapter 9 is up! This is dedicated to Haesica fans out there :D Hope you'll like it :) Btw I orange and banana thingy in the poster is the way I see Haesica in the story hahaha just came up in my mind lol.
