A Date to Remember

While everyone is arguing whose going to do my make-up and stuff, I’m still bothered on what’s going to happen later.

What if something goes wrong during our date?

Am I ready for this or I’m just telling myself that I am ready but the truth is I’m not?

Why is this so complicated right now?

Then my thoughts were disturbed when Sooyoung called me.

“Unnie, come here we’ll do your make-up now.” She said

I walked in front of the mirror and sat there so that we can start doing my make-up. While Sooyoung applying the foundation she noticed my facial expression.

“Unnie, you look unhappy right now.” She asked

“Oh…Uh... Nothing I’m just a bit confused.” I told her

“Are you having doubts of dating Siwon oppa?”

“I don’t know Soo, I just don’t understand why am I having this kind of feeling right now. I should be happy because its Siwon oppa, the one that who cares for me. The one that I know will not hurt me unlike Taecyeon oppa. This is too much why can’t I be happy for myself?” I suddenly burst out of tears

“Tiffany..”

“You know what? You’re just clouded by your past experience. You should forget about what happened before between you and Taecyeon. Wake up Tiffany, what is done is done. You should open your heart to someone that’s better for you. Let go and start a new chapter in your life.” Jessica said

They all hugged me. I’m thankful that my friends are here to support me. Maybe Jessi is right no scratch that. Jessi is right I should let go of the past and let all my worries disappear for this new beginning might be the wonderful than I thought.

“Okay so let’s finish this make-up now Fany-ah.” Taeyeon said smiling

“Okay.” I said

After finishing my make-up I was amazed on Sooyoung’s artistry.

“Wow is this me?” I asked while looking at the mirror

“Yes Unnie it’s you!” Seohyun said

“Sooyoung you are so incredible! Where did you learn that?” Yoona asked

“Well you know I love watching make-up tutorials on Youtube.” Sooyoung said

Then Hyoyeon entered the room.

“Okay guys let’s admire Tiffany and Sooyoung later because Siwon oppa is already here downstairs.” She said

This is it.

“Tiff, just enjoy this night. I’m sure you’ll not regret this one.” Jessi said to me

“Unnie just be you.” Seohyun said

“Tiffany hwaiting!” They all cheered for me then we went downstairs.

Siwon POV

Earlier today

I was in my room for more than half an hour thinking of what to wear for my date with Tiffany later. Seriously I am freaking out right now thinking of what ifs and stuff. I want Tiffany to have fun with our date later so I am bringing her to our family yacht. I designed the yacht to be a romantic place. I placed pink lights instead of normal ones. Then I made a collage of heart out of sticky notes. On those sticky notes I wrote the things that I love about Tiffany. I actually consumed the whole pad! So all in all I just made 100 things I love about Tiffany Hwang then I decided to call my artwork with that name. I also have three special things for Tiffany, First is the life size Rilakkuma bear, Second is the ring, and lastly well its a secret first ^^. While I am still contemplating on what to wear later someone is knocking on my door.

KNOCK KNOCK.

“Come in.” I opened the door

“Oh Hi Leeteuk and Kyuhyun what brings you here?” I asked then I saw Leeteuk’s face that looks like he’s mad or something.

“Why didn’t you tell me that you are going to have a date with my sister?” He said furiously

“Dude, I told you last time and Kyuhyun was there also there, right Kyu?” I told him

“Hyung I told you earlier. Siwon please bear with my hyung’s stupidity he’s not in the right mind right now.” Kyuhyun said apologetically

“Yah! I’m not stupid you idiot. Siwon we need to talk about this. I don’t want to see my little sister getting hurt okay.” Leeteuk said

“Hyung why are you so dramatic? It’s just a date for Pete’s sake. Besides he’s not going to hurt Miyoung, right Hyung? Kyuhyun said

“Yes, I’m not going to hurt Tiffany I can assure you that Leeteuk. I will prove to you that I can take care of her. Treat her like a princess and even give all my love to her.” I said

“Ewww hyung you are so cheesy!” Kyuhyun said

“Okay I’ll take all that you said. If you make my little sister I don’t know what I will do to you.” Leeteuk said

“Thanks Hyung for trusting me.” I said

“May I ask you something Kyu? I received a text from you last night and I think you got it wrong sent.” I asked Kyuhyun

“Oh what was the text?” He asked

“It says that, Seohyunnie Goodnight! <3” I told him while looking at his expression

“Ohhh.. That I can explain about that hyung hehe...” He said

Leeteuk look at us confused.

“Is there something going on between you and my little sister Seohyun?” I asked

“Uhh well you know... We are in the same boat hyung. Well you know minus the date of course.” He said

“OKAY. SO what is this all about?? Yah Hwang Kyuhyun you are in favor of this date because you have a thing with his sister?! HOW DARE YOU!” Leeteuk said

“Okay okay, I did that on purpose so that Siwon hyung will approve on me to court Seo bab- I meant Seohyun” Kyuhyun said

I was shocked.

“WHAT?! You used my feelings for Fany to have my consent on courting my little sister?! NO, that can’t be the price.” I said

“But Hyung I helped you in this, why can’t you let me??” Kyuhyun retorted

“Yah, this is a different situation. Siwon did not use anyone to get what he wanted, unlike you!” Leeteuk interjected

“Your brother is right! But wait how did you manage to talk to Seohyun like that? I thought our Maknae is not interested in boys?” I said

“THAT’S THE PROBLEM! She doesn’t talk to me unless I have your consent of courting her!” Kyuhyun explained while yelling at us

“Ooohh..” Leeteuk and I said

Then we laugh at Kyuhyun.

“So this is some kind of one sided love isn’t?” I asked

“Yeah… So stop laughing it’s not funny!” He said

“So Siwon are you going to allow my idiot brother to court your sister?” Leeteuk

“Hmm... I’ll think about it.” I answered

Then Kyuhyun shrugged.

“Hey don’t shrug if you really like my sister you will not give up.” I told him

Then I heard my clock alarming.

“Oh shoot I’m going to be late! What should I wear?!” I start panicking

Tiffany POV

As we went down stairs I saw him talking to my Mom while my Dad is talking to my oppas.

“Oh there you are Fany.” My Mom said

“Good evening Tiffany.” Siwon oppa said

“Hello Good evening oppa.” I said

Then my Dad joins our conversation.

“Be home early okay, it’s dangerous out there especially at night.” He said

“Yes Sir I’ll bring her home early.” Siwon oppa answered

“Good. Now you can go, Mr. Choi I trust you okay take care of my daughter.” My Dad is being over protective again

“Yes Sir I will with all my heart.” then I heard my friends giggling at the back. I tried to hide my face because it’s so funny when he said that. Siwon oppa can be this cheesy sometimes

We went to his car and then he opened the door for me then he get inside of the car as well. While we are inside the car he constantly talks to me so that I will not get bored. We talk about some stuff about school, our hobbies, and then suddenly he asks me if I’ve fallen in love before.

“Tiffany, can I ask you something?” He said

“Sure what is it oppa?” I answered

“Have you ever fallen in love before?” I was caught off guard by his question

“Yes.” Then there’s a moment of silence

He noticed that I was uncomfortable with his question

“Sorry if I asked that to you.” He said

“No its okay oppa don’t worry I just remembered something.” I said and gave him a smile

“Are you sure?” He said still worrying about me

“Yep, so where are we going by the way? It seems like we’re driving for an hour now.” I asked to change the topic

“That’s a secret for now. Actually we’re almost there.” He said

“Okay, you’re not planning to kidnap me right?” I said jokingly

He just smirked at me like a ert

“Seriously oppa??” I said while I cover my body

“Hahahaha! Fany of course not, I was just joking!” He said laughing at my expression

I playfully slapped him on his arms.

“Okay we’re here.” He said

I was about to open the door but he said suddenly stop me.

“Wait; before we go outside can you do me a favor?” He asked

I was confused so I just nodded

“Wear this.” He took out a blindfold

“What’s this for?” I asked

“You’ll see it later.” He said and winked at me

I wore the blind fold then I heard the car door opened

“Fany hold my hand.” Then he guided me while getting out of the car. I was clutching at his arms while listening to his instructions.

“Oppa are we there yet?”

I suddenly asked while we’re walking because my feet are starting to hurt now. Wearing three-inch high-heeled shoes was a bad idea. I never thought we will be doing this.

“Almost there Fany, wait I am going to carry you now?” He asked

“Oh but I- ah!“ Before I finished my sentence I felt his arms carrying me like a bride

“Sorry did I startle you? Wrap your arms around my neck so that you’ll not fall off” He said

I did what he told me to do. I felt the cold breeze of the wind against my skin but it was nothing because his body makes me feel warm. Suddenly my heart flutters because of this distance between us. My thoughts were disturbed as I felt his arms put me down.

“Okay you can take the blindfold off now.” I removed the blind fold. I was surprised because the place is so beautiful.

“You did all of this?” I asked

“Well yeah sort of but I asked Donghae and my sisters to help me as well.” He said

I am speechless right now. We are in a yacht and this place is so romantic. The lights that are hanging at the sides are pink. Then I noticed that there are some sticky notes on the center of the yacht forming a heart shape. I went closer to that part then I saw some written words so I pick one to read it.

I love it when you show your eye smiles to me. ^^

“Oppa seriously you are so cheesy.” I told him

“Well you know that’s how I am hehe.” He said

“So you wrote all of this?” I asked

“Yes, actually I call this as 100 things I love about Tiffany Hwang.” He said

“Ehhh~ how can you make 100 things you love about me?” I said while reading some of the sticky notes.

“Well you know what they say you can find so many reasons when you are in love.” He said

“Oh my gosh oppa you are so cheesy!” I pinch his cheeks

“Aw that hurts you know.” He said using his aegyo

Suddenly a man came out and called Siwon oppa.

“Master Siwon the dinner is served.” He said

“Oh thanks Butler Kim. Fany you want to eat now?” Siwon oppa asked

“Okay sure you look like you’re starving already.” I

We went to the table and he pulled my chair for me.

“Thank you.” I said then he sat on his chair as well

We start eating our food I must say it is so delicious. While eating we continue our talk earlier inside the car.

“Since you know many things already about me, it’s my turn now to interrogate you.” I told him

“Sure ask me anything.” He said

“Tell me about yourself.” I told him

“What do you want to know about me?”

“Hmm your likes and dislikes?”

“Well I like you.” Then he leaned on the table while batting his eye lashes. Aigoo this guy is so full of cheesy stuff.

“Aniyo~ aside from that what do you like to do?”

“Hmm let’s see I like sports, music, and acting.”

“Okay so how about girlfriends? How many are they?”

“Zero.” Then he laughed

“Seriously? You never had a girlfriend?” I was shocked because I never thought that someone that is so handsome and kind hearted doesn’t have had a girlfriend before.

“Yes, I never had a girlfriend before. Why? Don’t you believe me?”

“Aniyo I was just shocked because I never thought that someone like you never had a girlfriend before.”

“Hahaha! Why do you think so?”

“Well I just thought that someone handsome like you will have many girlfriends.”

“So you think that I’m handsome?” he posed like he’s in some photo shoot or something

“Yah! you’re so funny.” I laugh at him.

Gosh when is he going to stop being like that? He is so cute and funny!

“Oh Fany I have a present for you.” He called his butler again

“Close your eyes for a moment.”

“Okay you can open your eyes now.” Then I saw a giant Rilakkuma Bear

“Oh My Gosh! It’s so cute!!!!!!” I squealed for a moment

“How did you know I love bears?” I asked him

“I did some research you know haha.” He said

He took something out from the bear’s tummy, a tiny blue box.

“Tiffany I want you to have this.” He opened the box

“I don’t want to rush things with you; I know you’re still going on to something and I don’t want to force you with anything. If you are ready to accept me as your boyfriend just wear this ring. I’ll be waiting no matter how long it takes.” He said

“Oppa thank you for everything that you’ve done for me. For understanding my feelings, I’m so happy that you are there showing that you really care for me. I don’t want to rush things between us either. Let’s enjoy our company with each other and let’s see what happens in the future.” I told him

“So what will be the name of this Teddy bear?” he asked

“Hmm I will call him Wonnie.” I said

“Wonnie? How did you know it’s a boy?” He said

“Well I just assumed it’s a boy and besides it came from you so I just got it from your name Siwon and make it a cute nickname. Wonnie like Wonnie the Pooh” I made a pun out of it

“HAHAHAHA! You’re so funny FANY.” He said

“Hahaha! Looks who’s talking!” We laugh at each other

“Alright let’s go home now; your father will kill me if we stay late here.”

We left the yacht and went home. I must say I really enjoyed this night; I never thought that he has full of humor because in school he’s so serious and very sunbae-like to most of us. I hope this won’t be our last date because I really enjoy his company. ^_^

“Fany we’re here.” He woke me up

*yawns* “Oh okay.” I step out of the car and went inside our house.

I saw something in front of our door, a basket… with a puppy in it.

“Who left you here?” I touch the nose of the dog.
