[Updated w/ side story] Chance

Note: For "Rocketeer" (Konglish version) I would've translated the Korean but my Korean poor and I only understand BITS of it. LOL! As for romanizing the Korean, I was too lazy so I left it in hangul. If you can't read hangul, I'm REALLY SORRY! Don't kill me D: !

"And I'm DBSK's U-Know! Here to represent SM Entertainment!" Yunho said as he stepped onto the stage.

'Should've known.' Jeong-Ah thought to herself.

Forcing a smile, she turned to the audience and said, "Now, to kick off the show, ISA will have Clara come out and sing her hit song, Heartstrings!"

"For our first segment we'll have a question and answer portion!" Jessica said. "Hi everyone, I'm SNSD's Jessica and I'll be questioning our two MCs for tonight!"

The audience screamed as they were excited to hear the questions given as well as listen to the answers that the two MCs will give.

"The following questions are for the both of you." Jessica said reading the card. "Unless a question is directed towards just one person, I'll ask it to a specific person. Fair?"

The two MCs nodded.

Q: How many kids do you want in the future?

Jeong-Ah: 2
Yunho: 25

Jeong-Ah turned to him and gave him a look in which he just shrugged.

"Wouldn't that be a lot to handle?" Jessica questioned.

"But I love kids so I'm sure my future wife would be okay with it." he replied.

The two girls nodded.

Q: Are you both single?

Jeong-Ah: I'm definitely single! If there's any guy out there who wants to try to win my heart, call me :D !

Jessica laughed at Jeong-Ah's straightforwardness but also how cute she said it.

Yunho: I'm single but I have my eyes on someone.

Jessica tried to question him further, "Is she a celebrity?"

He just smiled.

Q: When do you want to get married?

Jeong-Ah: I'm currently-

"Omma!" a voice cried and the little figure ran upstage and jumped onto Jeong-Ah's lap.

"Changhyun!" she cried. "What's wrong?"

For a brief moment, the audience began to mumble things to each other wondering why the little boy who just ran upstage called Jeong-Ah 'omma'.

"Jeong-Ah! I thought you were single!" a voice from the crowd yelled.

"Aww, does that mean I have no chance?" another yelled.

Yunho turned to her and saw her sad expression.

"I'm single, yes." she said to everyone. "And no, I never got married."

"Then explain the kid!" one of the audience yelled.

"Hey! Don't talk to her that way!" Yunho shouted trying to defend Jeong-Ah.

Everyone stared at him.

"Changhyun is my friend's kid." she said. "Many of you probably know that after three years of being a singer, I terminated my contract with YG Entertainment and headed to the states. I coincidentally found my friend again after many years. During the time my friend was pregnant, she'd always come to see me and I'd be her family doctor during the time period. Sadly, my friend passed away after giving birth to Changhyun. Before she passed away, she asked me to take care of him. I'm single, not married.  I have a son but he's not my biological son."

"But why does it matter if he's her biological son or not?" Jessica questioned. "If you're a fan, you wouldn't meddle into a star's private life. Yes, you're curious but you shouldn't assume things and jump to conclusion."

"Whether or not Changhyun is her biological son, it shouldn't matter." another voice said and stepped on stage. "Hi everyone! I'm DBSK's JaeJoong and also-"

"My appa!" Changhyun happily said.

JaeJoong nodded and scooped Changhyun from the ground and into his arms.

"Aww, they're so cute!" an audience commented.

"I wish they were married!" another cried.

Jeong-Ah smiled and walked towards JaeJoong giving a peck on the cheek.

"But if you're curious as to who Changhyun is related to and don't believe Jeong-Ah..." someone said. "Hi everyone, I'm David Choi and I'm Changhyun's biological uncle!"

The crowd was silent.

"My cousin passed away after giving birth to Changhyun and yes, her request was to have Jeong-Ah take care of Changhyun that's why he refers to her as 'omma'. If my cousin didn't request for Jeong-Ah to take care of Changhyun, then our family would've taken care of him. But because Jeong-Ah said she wanted to fulfill her friend's request, we allowed for her to adopt Changhyun and take care of him. I guess overtime, Changhyun got used to JaeJoong's presence and began to call him 'appa'. Please don't put on the blame onto these two as they did anything wrong. I also hope this won't affect DBSK's reputation."

Everyone on stage smiled, seeing as to how happy the 'family' was and how supportive the audience was after the explanation.

"Alright, to move on from all this." Jeong-Ah said, we will now have a joint stage in which I'll be performing with the guys of Kollaboration. "Followed by a stage with SHOCK-1!"

"Yes!" Jessica said. "The next song, Jeong-Ah will be singing 'One Year Later' with SHINee's Onew followed by a stage with JaeJoong singing 'A Whole New World' and lastly, with DBSK's subgroup, Yunho and Changmin."

Yunho quickly pulled her by the waist making her follow the lyrics as she put her hands on his chest

Jeong-Ah looked up and stared straight into his eyes seeing his sincereity. She closed her eyes and inhaled his scent.
 
Step three, Shut your ears for just a moment and feel the truth
 
She quickly pushed him away as she went back to the dance routine with her cheeks red from what just happened.
 
Everything are traps that were created from jealousy. No matter who knocks on my heart, you’re the only one who can open the door to my heart

"I'd like to thanks SM Entertainment and ISA for collaborating together and giving me the opportunity to MC this event!" Yunho said. "Thanks to all the fans as well for coming out and support us."

"We love you guys!" Jeong-Ah and Yunho said together and bowed to the audience.

I hope you guys like the interaction between Yunho & Jeong-Ah during the "Rumor" performance o_o;; LOOL!

I just read it all, spent the past 3 hours reading it and it was so nice. I was a little rooting for Jaejoong to end up with Jeong-ah and I'm a little disappointed that they didn't. I'm still curious about how Changhyun handled the whole Yunho thing. And also the ex bf that hurt her that made her hate the river side, still wondering about that. Oh well, I guess like life there has to be some mystery.<br />
