Miyoung

Donghae quietly took the last seat remaining amongst us all.

I tried my best to avoid contact with him and staring at him, but an urge within me couldn't take it anymore.

I took a quick glance at him but it ended up to be longer than expected.

He sat there looking forward with his arms crossed, expressionless.

Seriously, he looks more handsome when he's not blabbing his mouth.

I stared a little longer than expected, still covering my face with the notebook. 

I analyzed his eyes, nose, and even his mouth. 

He's actually really handsome... 

He suddenly turned and caught me staring at him.

I quickly turned away and looked forward.

His eyes are still the same; cold as ever. 

I never bothered to stare at him throughout the class period.

Wooyoung 

I sat there, staring at Miyoung; analyzing her eyes, nose, and her lips... They looked so soft. 

She is too beautiful for words.

But why must she like Donghae?

I took a glance at Donghae who sat two seats from me.

"Aish." I softly mumbled to myself. 

What's so special about that guy? 

He'll break your heart, Miyoung.

Don't waste your time on a guy like that.

She suddenly turned and caught me staring at her. 

I quickly looked away.

What was he staring at? Is there something on my face? 

I turned forward and stayed that way throughout the remainder of the class period.

When the bell rung for our first class, I quickly stood up out of my seat and walked away. But as I walked, someone tightly grabbed onto my wrist, preventing me from moving forward.

"Ohh-- Hey Wooyoung," I hesitantly said when I noticed that it was Wooyoung who grabbed me.

"Why are you in a hurry for?" He asked laughing. 

"Oh nothing," I answered, trying to look behind him where Donghae stood.

He looked like he was waiting for someone to leave the classroom, and when that person met up with him, my eyes widened. 

It was that really pretty girl.

They began talking to each other and at one point hugged; something that I've never done with him.

I guess they know each other well.

"Miyoung~~~"

I blinked my eyes several times. 

"I'm sorry, Wooyoung... I sorta zoned out..."

"It's fine," He said, rubbing my head.

I tried to avoid looking at Donghae and the pretty girl together. 

I guess I felt jealous. 

Nope, I felt jealous, period.

"Hey Miyoung~" Wooyoung laughed, waving his hand in front of my face. 

"Oh sorry--"

"We should get going," He smiled. 

"Yeah..."

The next few classes flew by quickly. 

Donghae and the pretty girl would always sit next to each other during every period. 

Who was this girl?

When lunch came, I noticed her sitting down alone at a table, while everyone else sat with friends. 

Deep down in my heart, I felt sympathy for her. 

"Hey..." I softly said, while approaching her.

"Oh hey." She smiled as she noticed me.

"I'm Hwang Miyoung, I'm in most of your classes." I potiely said.

"Pleasure to meet you," She smiled, "I'm Im Yoona"

What a pretty name... 

"Are you new here?"

"Yes, I actually am," She smiled, "I came here because my best friend is attending here; Lee Donghae."

Only best friends?

Thank goodness.

"Well it's mostly because.." She continued, "I really like him..."

My heart loudly pounded out of my chest. 

"I'm sorry if I'm revealing too much, it might be weird for you because we just met," She laughed.

"Oh-- It's fine..."

"He may come out as a cold hearted person" She paused, "But he's acutally very warm hearted."

Warm hearted?

Lee Donghae... Is warm hearted? My cheeks began to turn pink. Am I blushing?

"Oh he's coming~" She said excitedly, waving at Donghae, who was approaching the table. 

I covered my face with a napkin.

He waved back at her, while smiling. 

I'm so jealous.

I tried to stand up and leave but Yoona pulled me down.

When he approached the table, he sat down and the two talked to each other while I, I sat there like an outsider. 

"Who's your friend?" He asked, finally noticing me.

"Her name is Hwang Miyoung, I just met her~"

I looked to see his reaction, while still covering my face.

A smirk appeared on his face, "Ah, I see."

I looked back down at the table in confusion. 

Why isn't he being mean to me? Is he trying to impress Yoona or something?

"Yaah. Miyoung." He said. 

My eyes slowly looked back at him. 

"Nice to meet you," He said, with cold eyes.

You're such a liar, Donghae.

"Hi." I said, coldly, glaring at him 

His eyes widened.

Yeah, this nerd can play at this game too. Hah.

"Yay, we're all friends now," Yoona said, cheerfully as Donghae and I both glared at each other. 

"Well," I suddenly said, "My friends are waiting for me. I'll see you guys later." 

"Bye Miyoung!" She giggled.

"Hmmph," Donghae mumbled under his breath. 

Warm hearted; my . 

We both glared at each other one last time before I turned around to leave. 

I placed my hand on my heart, while walking away, it felt like it were to burst out of my chest. 

No... Don't tell me this is happening.

I am I falling for him more?

"Miyoung!" 

"Oh... Hey, there Wooyoung." I said, realizing that it was Wooyoung who called out my name. 

"The others are looking for you," He said, while placing his arm around me, "We should get going."

I took one quick glance back at Donghae before leaving. 

He looked happy when he was with Yoona. 

He must really like her... 

Besides, she likes him...

-Sigh-

It felt as if a million daggers had just punctured my heart.
