HARI’S POV

The smile in his face faded away suddenly, his eyes became as big as an owl’s. My body seemed to cringe and my heart started beating so fast. No… no, not now.

“Oh, Luhan, this is Hari , she is going to be my new assistant from now on” the manager said  excitedly. Why is he so excited?

We kept staring at each other, ignoring everyone else who was looking at us.

“I…” and before he could even finish his word I interrupted him

“Nice to know you, I am Hari, I hope we will have a good time together” and then I tried to bow firmly as if he was some stranger to me.

When I looked up, I saw him surprised from the way I acted. Why isn’t he getting along with my acting, come on, please don’t tell them…Luhan.

And finally, he smiled back.

“Nice to know you too…Hari-shi”  

How much I miss his smile. We were in high school when we started dating, his passion for dancing was above everything, everyone, even me. That night, when he told me he was going to audition for SM entertainment, I felt that our relationship is going to fall apart…because of his dream. Though we truly loved each other, his dream of going to Korea to become a trainee was more important to him. He told me to come with him, but I refused.

To be honest, our relationship was not perfect; we were not one of those romantic couples out there. We didn’t even hold hands, let alone kissed, but we were ok with it.

I was still staring at Luhan when suddenly the manager started asking

“Where is Sehun??!”

“He came looking for you earlier… in your office” I answered while recalling the rude behavior of that kid

“What did he say?”

“Nothing” Yes he said nothing, and he was interrupting me rudely

“That kid!! I have to go to look for him” and then he walked out of the room

I guess Sehun was the trouble maker of this band.

I was looking at the closed door, when I felt eyes looking at me from behind, I turned around and I saw Luhan looking at me, rather staring at me.

 “Nice acting” he said seriously

I looked around the room to make sure that no one was listening; everyone went back to his spot playing, eating and texting.

“You too…” I answered trying to hold back myself from collapsing

“So… you are going to work here, from now on?”

“Yes, and I would really appreciate it if you don’t tell anyone about…Hmm you know” I took a deep breath as I turned my head to look at my right trying to avoid looking at his face. I saw Jongin smiling at his phone, he was still texting! 

“I won’t…if you don’t want me to” he finally answered

“Good, because I don’t want this to affect my work, and what happened… between us is just from the past ok?” I tried to explain as possible as I could

“Of course, don’t worry…Hari-shi”

He used to call me Hari…just Hari.

“Where do you live here?” he asked making me look at him astonished

“What?”

“I mean did you rent a house or what?”

“Yes, I rent a house; I live…not far away from your dorm”
