HARI’S POV

       I stared at the corner of the street; the huge building of SM entertainment was right in front of me. This is it…This is the moment…I can’t let this opportunity go!

I sighed heavily and made a step forward. As soon as I reached the front of the building a huge crowd was appearing. Fan girls! Don’t they have anything more important to do? I squeezed between them to make some space for me to go through.

“Excuse me”

“Sorry…”

“Please…I want to go through”

I was mumbling excuses to walk between the girls and I only got stares from them, they were screaming whenever a car passed by, Shoving their phones to the front. Don’t they have classes to attend? I bet most of them were skipping school. I took a deep breath when I finally reached the end of the crowd! I was in front of the door of SM. I stepped forward when a huge hand touched my shoulder.

“Excuse me Miss, you can’t go there”

I turned around and saw a security guard glancing at me

“You should move backward…please” he said while pointing to the back where the crowd was. Some girls were shooting me glares and I could hear whispers like “what is she trying to do?” , “entering SM?  Haha…seriously?”

I looked back at the guard trying to explain what I was trying to do.

“But, I…”

“Please Miss, fan girls are not allowed to enter the building” the guard said in a sharp tone

“I am…I am not a fan girl…Sir, I came for work. I am the new manager…co-manager”

“Where is your pass?” he asked

“I didn’t get one…yet”

“Sorry then, you can’t go in” he answered trying to push me back where the girls were standing

“Wait!! My name is Kim Hari; I am not lying, really! You can ask the manager about me, I am here to work…I …I can call him now, he can come out to talk to you!”  I took out my phone while trying to explain to him

“Ok. Do whatever you want Miss, if he comes out, you can go in.” indifferently, he walked back to his position

Ok then, I pressed the call button when I found his name in my contacts.

“Hello, Lee seunghwan-shi? emm yeah, this is Kim Hari , I am in front of SM…The security guard didn’t allow me to go in…Yeah…I am waiting , Thank you “

I was sweating, great! My first day at work and I probably smell now! Why is he taking so long to go out!? It is really hot today. I looked around at the faces of the girls, they didn’t even look tired. How can their parents let them come here and stay the whole day just standing, taking pictures and videos of someone else.  That’s crazy! Suddenly I heard beeping coming from the door and it opened. I shoved my hand for seunghwan-shi so he can see me since it was really hard for him to recognize me out of all those girls. As soon as he saw me, he pointed for me to come forward. And I did. This time the security guard didn’t even dare to stop me. I walked up the stairs till I reached the door, I bowed to him and he smiled.

“Come in…please” he said politely while closing the door again

“Thanks…” I mumbled walking behind him

I followed him to the entrance, it was huge! I stopped to look at the place. So, this is SM, the biggest entertainment agency in Korea.

“Follow me, please”

“Yes, sorry”

I started to walk again following him, music and dance steps could be heard behind the closed doors of the corridor. Everyone is practicing, though there were lots of people passing by us in a hurry, holding papers, make-up bags and other things. And I thought; I am going to be one of them starting from today. I hope I can fit in here; it’s going to be hard.

“I have to give you your pass card so you won’t have troubles to go in anymore” the manager said interrupting my thoughts

“Yes, thank you” I answered firml
