“Unni.”

Miyoung called hesitantly.

Sulli was standing on the widow, staring on the lovely stars that enlighten the pitch black night.

Sulli turns to her with a straight face.

“Where did you go last week?”

Miyoung pales.

“Unni?”

“Tell me where did you go?”

“MT.”

Sulli slams one of the books on the table hard making the younger girl startled.

“Don’t lie Miyoung. “

Sulli sighs.

“Don’t you think I will allow you if you ask me? Why did you lie?”

“Unni, I didn’t mean to.”

Miyoung answers while lowering her head.

Sulli sighs again.

“Miyoungie, do you know how much I struggle to make all of you happy? Just tell me that you want to go sightseeing with your friends; I’ll allow you to. You don’t need to make MT as excuse.”

Miyoung still lowering her head and biting her lips.

Sulli sits on a chair and holds onto the hand stand; still looking at Miyoung’s face.

“Did I go against your wish even once Miyoung?”

The girl shakes her head.

“Mianhe unni.”

“I’m cutting your wages for this month as a punishment. Do you have anything to say?”

She shakes her head again.

“I’ve discussed with your teacher about the tuition. Start attending it from tomorrow. Don’t you dare skip it or I’ll punish you more than this.”

“Deh.”

Sulli stands up and hugs her sister.

“Now go to sleep.”

Miyoung hugs her tighter, showing that she really is sorry.

“Deh unni. Mianhe.”

She said while wiping her tears.

“I forgive you. Don’t cry anymore.”

She wipes the remaining tears off Miyoung’s face and smiles.

Miyoung kisses her cheek and walks out of the reading room.

Sulli palms her face and leans on the chair.

She wasn’t strong enough to handle her sisters and brother. She wasn’t ready to do it. When her parents died, she was lost. Holding a year old toddlers in her arms, she struggles to raise them up.

There were no relatives that were close to them, there were no family friends either.

Taemin’s mom was really a big help. She teaches her all the basic things in raising babies. She was very grateful to her. Even though she don’t know her that much, she still give her very best to help them. That’s why she really can’t leave it when Taemin was involved in a problem. She will be the first one to help him.

Sulli walks to the window again.

“Omma, appa, did you rest in peace now? I hope you were. I’ll try my best to raise them to be a great person that you will be proud of.”

She smiles and wipes a tear that drop from her droopy eyes.

“Kyungsoo, are you coming?”

“Deh.”

“I’ll wait outside neh.”

“Deh noona.”

Sulli look at her sisters and smiles.

“Let’s put on your shoes neh.”

The twins nods and follows Sulli from behind.

“Unni, won’t Miyoung unni go with us?”

“Miyoung unni need to cook for your dinner.”

Jimin widen her eyes.

“Wae?”

Sulli asks her while chuckling.

“Ani.”

She answers and smiles.

“Do you want unni to help you with that Minji?”

“I can do it myself. Oppa had teaches me.”

“Oh chinca?”

The twins nod again.

“Oppa said that we should do the simple thing ourselves.”

“That is true.”

Kyungsoo said when he walks out of the door.

“Right noona?”

Sulli smiles and pats his shoulder.

“Thank you Kyungsoo ah.”

He smiles.

“Kenchana noona. I know you are tired from work. Teaching them those simple manner won’t hurt.”

Sulli smiles.

“Kaja.”

She holds the twins hand each and walks to the playground near their house while Kyungsoo following behind.

“I can watch them play noona.”

“I’ll sit here then.”

Sulli then leans to the twins.

“Don’t run around, play safely, listen to oppa neh.”

“Deh.”

They answers and place a kiss on Sulli’s cheek each.

“Be careful Kyungsoo ah.”

Kyungsoo nods and smile.

Sulli’s phone rang when she was looking at the twins who were playing the slides happily.

“Hello, Minho ssi.”

“Hello Sulli ssi. I’m just wondering that if you are home.”

“I’m not home Minho ssi, I’m taking the kids out to the playground. Waeyo?”

“Ani. I’m standing in front of your house but it seems quiet.”

Sulli stands up and turns to her house. Minho’s car was there.

“I’m in the playground in front of my house; turn around and you can see me.”

She said while waving her hand.

“Oh I saw you. Can I go there.”

Sulli laughs.

“Of course.”

“Okay, I’ll come.”

Sulli ended the call and waited for Minho. He was walking out of the car, wearing coat and suits.

Sulli smiles.

“Hi Minho ssi. Are you from office?”

“Aniyo, I’m from my house.”

“Ah. I think you are back from a meeting.”

Minho looks on his outfit.

“Sorry. I always dressed like this.”

“Kenchana. Sit down.”

“Deh. Kamsahamnida.”

Sulli too take a seat on the same bench.

“That are my sisters, who was playing on the slides, the boy in the checkered shirt is my brother.”

Sulli said while pointing at her younger siblings.

Minho nods.

“But you said you have 4 right?”

“Deh. Miyoung is making dinner, she didn’t come along.”

Minho nods.

“What bring you here Minho ssi?”

“I just wanted to see you.”

He answers with a stutter, like usual.

Sulli smiles.

“Just to see me?”

Minho nods while smiling shyly.

Sulli chuckles.

“Let meet my siblings neh.”

Minho nods while following Sulli to the centre of the playground.

“Kyungsoo.”

She called him and signaling him to bring the twins along.

“Meet my friend, Choi Minho.”

Kyungsoo bows to him and smiles, so do the twins.

“Introduce yourselves.”

Sulli said smiling.

“I’m Choi Kyungsoo, 17 years old.”

“Annyeonghaseyo. My name is Choi Minji. I am 4 years old.”

“Annyeonghaseyo. I am Choi Jimin. I am 4 years old.”

Minho smiles to them.

“My name is Choi Minho, I am 27 years old.”

“Should we call him ahjussi unni?”

Sulli smiles and ruffles Jimin’s hair.

“Call him oppa like you call Taemin oppa neh.”

“Deh.”

They answer.

“Nice to meet you oppa.”

The said simultaneously.

“Nice to meet all of you too.”

Minho turns to Sulli.

“Can I treat them to ice cream?”

Sulli nods.

“Where is the ice cream booth here?”

“Let just buy it from convenient store neh.”

“Deh.”

“Let me buy it.”

Kyungsoo offers himself.

“Okay. Be careful Kyungsoo ah.”

Minho gives him some cash.

“Deh noona.”

He bows to Minho before he ran to the convenient store.

“Your siblings are full of manners. You done great.”

“Kamsahamnida. I don’t want them to be label rude by others.”

Sulli tidy up Minji’s hair while Jimin waits for her turn.

Minho looks at her with a smile.

“Oppa, can you help me up?”

Minji ask after a while.

Minho lifts the little girl and make her seat in between him and Sulli.

“Me too.”

Jimin said while tugging the end of his coat.

Minho smiles and does the same to Jimin.

“Oppa is taking too long for the ice cream.”

Sulli smiles.

“Oppa will be here after a while. Why don’t you talk to Minho oppa?”

“I don’t know what to say.”

“Ask him if he want to be your friend.”

“Can I?”

Minji ask with a wide smile.

“Sure.”

Sulli said as she glances to Minho.

“Here.”

Kyungsoo come with the ice creams even before Minji get to ask Minho. She was then too absorbed with her ice cream to even care about Minho.

“Stay with us for dinner.”

Sulli said while wiping the twins’ mouths.

“Won’t I be a disturbance? It’s your time with your family.”

“Kenchana. You are my friend, so you are family too.”

Minho smiles and nods.
