Amber PoV 

I walk out and went to the backyard after i heard what my dad said. I cant believe this!!!!!! How can he MARRY her!!!! After what she did to me......to his OWN daughter, i know my dad can be STUPID and naive sometimes BUT this is to much!!! 

I look back thru the sliding doors, i can still see everyone in the living, probably asking my dad and my "stepmom" bunch of questions.

I turn my back at them and decided to sit on the grass. I close my eyes and trying to calm myself. Im not even sure if im still happy to see my dad. Thats how upset i am right now. 

"Hey kiddo, can we talk?" im so busy calming myself that i didnt notice my dad came out here, not until he sit right next to me and ask me a question. 

I just look at him for a second and then look upfront not uttering a single word.

"I know your mad at me for marrying victoria" he started

"You probably thinking or feel that i disregard what she did to you, But to be honest amber i didnt forgot or ignore the FACT that shes the one that give you that curse, i swear to your mothers grave, i wasnt planning to marry her at all" 

"So why did you marry her then" i ask but still not looking at him 

"Its just, i fell in love with her" i instantly look at him after he said that and he genuinely smile back at me.  

"Its not part of my plans amber, its just happened....actually i even plot a revenge on her, i want her to suffer. And as i was searching for her, my anger for her keep growing and growing each day" he said as he turn his face upfront. Reminiscing on what he went thru

"And that moment when i found out where she lives...my chest got tight from anticipation, a mixture of hatred and happiness cause finally i can revenge you..i run to her village. And when i saw her in front of her hut, tending on her garden, i called out for her i was like; Sugar lips!!! You need to pay on what you did to my daughter, and when she look up and saw me, i can tell that she remembers me on how she reacted... We endup in a hand to hand combat. You know like some sort of martial arts,... And when i got a good punch at her, she run in the forest, i chase after her, and then i jump and did a high kick and hit her back that made her fall on the ground... Then i was "

"Dad...., we both know that your NOT a good fighter, what are you talking about MARTIAL ARTS and doing high kicks??" I roll my eyes at him like come on, his pretty much out of shape already and since when did he know how to do martial arts stuff.

"Hahahahahaha come on give me some slacks here haha, i just want to make my story exciting" 

"dad..." 

"Ok ok, what really happened is, we did endup on a fight BUT we just throw stuff at each other you know like plants, pots, stones, vegetables, basically anything we can grab. And when she run out of things to throw at me she run in the forest and i chase after her, then i trip at one of the branches and landed on her back that causes her to fall on the ground. She turn and face me while im still on top of her. We had a intense glaring moment, and then i felt something...." He look at me and hold his chest

"I felt something here, my heart skip a beat, and theres like a gravity pulling me towards her" 

"Gravity....." I said to him 

"Yes.. Gravity...its like my heart made this force of attraction, I didnt fight it and let it pull me towards her.. Towards her lips, and next thing i know, we both in the middle of the RAIN FOREST!!oohh amber, shes STILL so flexible and really really good, just like how she was when we first " 

"Yah!! Dad please, i dont want that image to be stuck on my head, spare me the details please" i shook my head in disbelief, i dont want to get traumatize here.  

"Ooohh sorry... As i was saying, after that long hours of intense love making in the forest, we went back to her hut, she ease some of my bruises i got from earlier fight while we talk. From there i found out, she was tortured that night by her manager cause i escape and didnt pay her. I even saw the scars from it.  Thats when i realize..... Its wasnt really her fault amber, its all ME. Im the one you should blame and NOT her, if only i just payed her or face her manager maybe things will be different....i also apologize to her and she gladly accept it. As weeks pass we get to know each other more and from then on we slowly fall in love..and decided to marry.." 

"...." I didnt say anything, im still observing all what he just told me.

"See, it just happened...Mmmmm soooo basically, if i didnt let that GRAVITY pull me towards her, we probably still be trying to kill each other now" he continued

"And please amber, i know this is hard on you, please dont blame her on everything which actually I AM the main reason for all this, and im sorry, please dont be mad at your old man" he said as he pout, and pleading for my forgiveness

I sigh, after seeing my dads face like that, to be honest he really does have a point, victoria i mean my step mom is also a victim here from my dad crazy acts...i look up and sigh again before saying...

"ok dad...... And i forgive you too" i really cant stay mad at him for long... He is my DAD after all, what else can i do sugar lips makes him happy

"Really!!!! Thank you thank you!, i got the best daughter in the world" he said as he hug me tight 

"Eeehh sooo whats up with the longface?" He ask when i weakly smile at him after he release me from the hug 

"Are you also thinking about the kiss thing?" 

I nod my head in response. 

"Huh? Why?, your a LIU, im pretty sure you already got a girl or guy crazy over you...... Unless your mom cheated on me and your not really my daughter" 

"Dad!!...." 

"Hahahaha kidding kidding.... So whats the problem... You dont have someone SPECIAL yet" he ask

"Mmmmm i kinda do dad, ahm her name is Ailee, shes actually our school princess" yes me and ailee still hangouts even after the rose accident, and eventhou till now we STILL havent had a decent DATE. All my friends were shock by this cause usually they say if you messed up with the PRINCESS you better say hello to HELL. But I guess she really likes me ALOT that she always forgives me. 

"Shes very pretty, y and very understanding person... Ooohh she has this very cute eyesmile too dad" i added. 

"But....." 

"Huh?? What do you mean BUT" i got confuse when dad said BUT... What does he mean about But?? 

"the way you describe her sounded like theres a BUT at the end, like there still an addition to your story" 

I pause for awhile, dad is right, there is something been bothering me lately

"Is there another person in the picture thats bothering you amber" he finally ask 

"Mmmmmm sort off, well you see thats the problem there dad, SHES not suppose to be in the PICtURE like that in the first place" i said 

"And why is that" 

"Cause shes my BESTFRIEND, i shouldnt be feeling like this towards her, you know im saying dad, shes my friend, isnt it should remain that way and i know i like ailee" i brush my hair with my hand, to be honest i do feel like there is some weird emotions building inside me towards soojung lately. And its confusing me, is it that im starting to fall for too like what i feel towards ailee or is it im just thankful and grateful towards her because shes always there for me, like for instance when me and ailee were hanging out at the school field for lunch with her and min. The schools sprinklers turn on and right before i turn in to a dog, soojung pulled the blanket that we were sitting on to cover min and ailees faces, BUT cause we still have our drinks on the blanket too, it spilled all over ailee and min, which is hilarious by the way. And theres also one time ailee and i went on another date, we went and watch a movie again. And as we were looking for a place to sit ailee trip and almost pour the whole cup of soda at me, but i successfully dodge it, but i really got surprise when i look up to see soojung with us, but i cant help myself not to laugh when according to soojung she also trip behind ailee and causing her to drop the bucket of popcorn on ailees head. 

"Remember amber there is a big difference between LOVE and LIKE" my dad explains 

"How would i know dad" 

"Mmmmmmm maybe you need to listen to your heart more, like let yourself get pulled by the LOVE GRAVITY, same thing on what happened between me and victoria., BUT just in case that gravity pulled you, dont DO it in the MIDDLE of the forest ok, its ITCHY as HELL" 

"Dad! Ewwww!!!........But....... I guess your right " i said as i look back at the sliding door and watch soojung talk to sulli. 

"Hhaaaaayyy......... GRAVITY.... Please pull me to the right one"
