Yuri's POV

As the umpire starts the game.. it is now my moment. I am nervous right now knowing that everyone is looking at me, my coach, my teammates and our fans. I also hope that Tae and Soo are also there watching over me. As I am now in position, ready to throw the ball, I saw Sehun staring at me. He has that you-can't-do-it face. But, I don't mind it at all. I want to prove to him that we can make it without him.

I saw the umpire's signal for me to pitch the ball.

I throw a fastball in the middle of the strike-zone. Xiu Min is the one who will hit it. Fortunately, he did not.

"STRIKE!" the umpire said loudly.

The crowd goes "WOOOOOHHHH!!!" they went wild.

Our fans are also students, professors and adminnistrators of SNSD University. They are very supportive everytime Doosan Bears have a game with other universities' baseball teams.

I look at the crowd and saw my two bestfriends cheering for me. I flashed a smile on them.

Then I saw a cute girl beside Taeyeon staring at me. Her look is like she was mesmerized on me.... "Hey wait Yul! What are you thinking." I thought. "You're assuming that the girl likes the way you play. Maybe she's just very proud of her school's team." My mind says. Pabo me!

Now, back to the game!

I see the hand signal of the umpire telling me to pitch the ball for the second time.

I move my legs together with the movement of my arms. I throw another fastball pitch.

"STRIKE TWO!" the umpire said.

"Damn it Xiu Min!" I heard what Sehun said to Xiu Min. He seems very annoyed having two strikes.

The crowd cheers "Doosan Bears! Doosan Bears!" Aww, it made me more excited to pitch for the third time.

As the umpire signals again for me to pitch, I immediately get in position.

I throw the ball using a cutter pitch, which is the combination of a slider and a fastball pitch.

At last Xiu Min hit the ball! Now, here goes the thrill and excitement feeling of everyone.

Xiu Min runs over the first plate...

Chanyeol caught the ball fast and he pass it on me. Before Xiu Min arrives at the first plate, I immediately throw the ball to Donghae who guards the first base.

"YOU'RE OUT!" the umpire said. Making us all say "WOOOHHOOO!"

"DOOSAN BEARS! DOOSAN BEARS! FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!" the cheerleading squad shouts with joy in their faces.

The game continues.... It's now our turn as the batting team.

"Hey Yul!!!" I saw my two bestfriends running towards me. They have this smile on their faces.

"Hey Tae and Soo!" I greeted them happily.

"Nice moves you did there!" Soo said very proud of me.

"Yeah Yul! The Bears made it! Anyway, Congrats!" Tae said happily.

"Kamshamnida guys! Come on, I'll treat you!" I said to my dear bestfriends. I'm so happy that they watched me.

"To the cafeteria!!!! Kaja!" Sooyoung said while having a big grin. When it comes to food, she's so fast! Kekeke~

We are about to exit the field, when we did not see Taeyeon behind us.

"Where's Taeyeon?" I asked Soo confused.

"Nevermind Tae, she'll be at the caf later. Let's go now, I'm very hungry!" Soo said forcing me to go now.

"You shikshin! Let's find her first!!" I yelled at Soo. Lol. I look around and saw Taeyeon talking with her ultimate crushes! "There she is! I pointed Taeyeon who is near the cheering squad.

"That midget! Flirting again with Fany-ah and Sunny!" Soo said. She pulled me going to Taeyeon's direction.

"Hi Sooyoung! Hi Yuri!" Tiffany and Sunny greeted us with a smile.

"Annyeong!" We both said with a smile.

"Can we excuse Taeyeon for a moment?" Soo said politely to the cheerleaders.

Tiffany and Sunny nodded their heads.

Sooyoung pulled Taeyeon close to her. "What are you doing?! We are supposed to be at the cafeteria right now making our stomachs' filled with delicious foods Yuri will treat us!" Sooyoung said patting her tummy.
