So-Called Date (Part 2)
Give Me A Hint (My Real Love Story)Ninth Grade (Year 2012):
“Channie-yah, what do you want to do first?” Byunghun asked me after walking through the entrance of the amusement park, holding my hand tightly like a Mother who didn’t want to lose her child.
“Hmmmmmm, well we can’t go on roller coasters because of you.” I said joking and he let out a manly chuckle.
“Thank you for remembering Channie.” He ruffled my hair.
“Hyung! look!” I was excited to see the row of game stands in front of us. I practically dragged him over there.
We reached a game stand that had a bunch a stuffed pandas of all sorts of sizes. It was a mini basketball game and if you made five consecutive shots you would get the giant panda.
“Channie-yah, do you want the giant panda?” He asked me like I was a baby, and I simply nodded.
“That would be so fun, but you have to make five shots in a row. I’m not sure if you can do that. You’re a soccer player not a basketball player.” I said, and he raised an eyebrow at me.
“Are you saying I don’t have skills?” He said, and I knew that this was a start of a bet.
“Hmmmmm, yup. That’s what I’m saying.”
“Bring it on shorty. I’ll prove to you that I have just amount of skills as Changjo.” He said as he payed the man for five basketballs, slightly offended by him calling me shorty.
“Changjo? I’ve seen you play with him. Good luck, giant!” I said considering his height.
