“Hyung, I have something to tell you” Luhan bounded up to Minseok with a huge smile.

“What is it?”

“They will be revealing all the members of EXO in three months” He said laughing, “Hyung, we’re going to be famous together”

Minseok smiled and hugged the younger man. “Together Luhan” He smiled to himself, unknown to Luhan, Minseok treasured every moment he said “together” Because he knew that one day they would be.

Stop it

Minseok leaned in toward Luhan. He bit his lip and was about to pull away when Luhan did something unexpected.

He grabbed Minseok head and pulled it towards his, their lips meeting. It was the first of many kisses, but it was for sure the most special

I mean it, Stop right now

“Hyung” Luhan gasped as he passed his elder in the hallway of the practice building

“Luhan, I….” Minseok began, but was cut off by a kiss from Luhan. It only lasted a second, but Minseok’s heart was racing as he looked up into the younger but taller man.

“Minseok, I just wanted to say how much I love you, and that I think we should tell the others we have been in a relationship” Luhan said quickly.

Minseok gasped and smiled weakly

“yeah, we should, but maybe not today, let’s wait a bit”

“Hyung, you wait too much” Luhan said pouting

Minseok ruffled his hair and pulled him in a close embrace

“We’ll do it at the right time”

Please stop

“Hyung, It’s been two months since we started being together, can we tell them now?” Luhan asked looking hopeful.

“Not yet” He replied, “Just wait a bit longer”

“But hyung, I want to tell them before we debut”

“Not yet Luhan” Minseok began to get impatient with the younger man.

“Why not?” Luhan began, his voice getting louder

“Because I said so”

“What makes you so special?” They began arguing

Minseok could feel his heart burn at every mean word Luhan said to him. So what if he wanted to wait. He still couldn’t get used to fact they were dating, how long would it take the other members and the managers.

“I’m not talking to you until you tell them” Luhan screamed and rushed out of the room.

Minseok felt tears roll down his cheek, he didn’t want to hurt Luhan, but he was so confused about what to do.

Why won’t you stop?

Minseok passed Luhan in the hallway again, it had been a week since their argument.

He tried to smile at the younger man, but Luhan only glared back.

“Luhan, I’m sorry” Minseok began

“Stop it, just stop talking. I don’t want to hear it. We're through Minseok” Luhan said walking off

Minseok froze and he felt his heart burn again.

“I was going to say I was about to tell them” he whispered to no-one

He began to walk away, and swallowed as he tried to hold back tears.

I hate this

“So you see, we really like each other, I hope you can understand”

Minseok said, he had finally worked up the courage to tell his manager.

It had been almost three months since their first kiss, and three weeks since the argument. Luhan hadn’t talked to him; he had been hanging out with another trainee, Sehun. They seemed to like each other, so Minseok decided it was time to tell someone.

“Get Luhan to come here, I need to ask him”

After a lot of trouble trying to find him, Luhan finally appeared at the doorway and went to sit down.

“Luhan, is it true you and Minseok are in a relationship?” The manager asked. He had been very calm and understanding towards Minseok when he had explained.

Minseok swallowed and looked at Luhan, he watched closely as Luhan began to speak.

“No sir, we were, but not anymore. It was only a game; Neither of us felt anything while being together.” He said it calmly, and smiled towards the manager.

Minseok’s heart felt as if it had been set on fire and stamped on. He began to cry

"what?" Minseok said shocked

"Just a game Minseok, I told you we're through, you took too long. I have moved on" He said those word that peirced Minseok' heart so calmly, as if he wanted Minseok to be hurt.

Luhan’s words kept running through his mind.

He got up and ran from the office, he went to his room, and locked the door.

He stayed there for day, not eating anything, just crying.

Even though he Minseok was to blame too, he felt Luhan had hurt him. He had left a scar that could never be healed.

I hate you

Minseok had to go to the hospital because he had become dangerously thin, he had not eaten anything for days, and the rare times he actually did eat, he only had something small. He had fainted a few times too becasue he didn't have enough energy.

He had been stuck in his room crying so much that his manager was getting worried. But no matter how hard he tried to console the young man, the only words he said were “Luhan” and “just a game”

Almost everyone was worried about him. Everyone it seemed except Luhan, who had moved on, and was now with a boy called Sehun.

“Today we are revealing our 11 members of EXO”  The manager said in front of the interviewers.

One yelled very loudly “I thought there were going to be 12”

The manager smiled weakly, “there were going to be, but one left because of emotional problems, and relationship problems with the other members. Anyway, enough dwelling on the past, let us start shall we?”

All 11 members stood on stage and bowed in unison

“Hello, we are EXO and we are one”

Then each member began to introduce themselves. They began with Exo k

“Hello I’m Exo k’s leader Suho”

“Hello I’m Exo k’s Baekhyun”

“Hello, I’m Exo k’s Chanyeol”

“Hello, I’m Exo k’s D.O”

“Hello, I’m Exo k’s Kai”

“Hello, I’m Exo k’s Sehun”

Then came Exo m

“Hello, I’m Exo m’s Leader Kris”

“Hello, I’m Exo m’s Luhan”

“Hello, I’m Exo m’s Lay”

“Hello, I’m Exo m’s Chen”

“Hello, I’m Exo m’s Tao”

And that was it. All the members had been introduced.

It had started and ended for Minseok so quickly.

He would always remember the day he was told to leave EXO.

Why did you have to bring back those memories? I tried to forget.

(A/N) This chapter might seem weird and a bit confusing, but I really wanted to explain what had happened to Minseok and Luhan.
